The Jan Mayen Royal Military (Mayenstrunge: Huh? I've never heard of that.) is the major Mayen military organization responsible of the organization of several branches inside of the Jan Mayen Royal Military, the offensive commanding plans of Jan Mayen, and organization of militia, battalions, and troops in Jan Mayen. The military contains three major branches, that being the MGF, the RMN, and the MPA, with the MGF having three minor branches, being the MGF (the sequel)[1], the MNTF, and the RMA, with the RMA containing two minor minor branches, that being Army Group West, and Army Group East. As of 2024, the Jan Mayen Royal Military currently has three active soldiers, those being polar bears, while there are two currently deployed troops, one on Army Group West, and one on Army Group East.

Among nations in the Northern Hemisphere, the Jan Mayen Royal Military ranks the lowest in personal size, and economic funding.

History[edit | edit source]

The Jan Mayen Royal Military was established in 1919 after the ashes of the First World War as a self-defence force focused on garrisons across Jan Mayen, although it did not see combat until 1920 when the Norwegians decided to beat their asses. Then the Mayens decided to beat their asses.[2] The Mayens would create an organization called the North Arctic Treaty Organization temporarily, until it was abandoned in the Mayen Coup of 1971. The Jan Mayen Royal Military would demilitarize in foreign conflict after the Mayen-Soviet War, until 1971, in which the Mayen Garrison Force was designed to crack down on civilian unrest against the government.

The Mayens would invade Iraq and Afghanistan in 1999 to extract the oil supply from the regions to make sure the pesky 'Muricans would not get any oil from the invasion in '01 and '03.

Organization[edit | edit source]

Unlike many military organizations, the Jan Mayen Royal Military does not have any commanders-in-chiefs or generals, its only leader being Isbjørnur, the current leader of Jan Mayen. The base of the Jan Mayen Royal Military is set in Olonkinbyen, the largest city in Jan Mayen.

Structure[edit | edit source]

The structure of the Jan Mayen Royal Military is somehow fucking complex, even though 80% of the branches have nobody in them.[3]
