Thanks for the heads up. I usually don't criticize people's sense of humour, but this article is painfully unfunny. By the way, I just deleted it because I was told to "Steam Roll" it. I thought that meant to delete it in its entirety. I'll watch out in future. I am Les ClayPool's younger, less recognized brother, Sel PlayCool. That is all you need to know, for now.

- Just read your review. You brought out some things "I, like totally missed," such as keeping Minnie Rae's character visible throughout the article, setting up jokes for outsiders, and tying photo captions in more with the article. In this case, I think it helped that you weren't very familiar with Discordianism because many of the readers won't be either. Thanks! King of the Internet Alden Loveshade??? - It's a shame that it's in user space, because this would be perfect for VFD. Nominally Humane! some time Friday, 21:37, Apr 23 2010 UTC
sorry i dont understand that? please explain in retard. what is VFD?
- As it stands at the moment if this went to main space I would nominate it for being deleted (VFD stands for "Votes for deletion", more of which you can see here.) First of all you have added in a first person element in the first section by referring to yourself, which makes this un-encyclopaedic. Secondly because you've pointed out you've made this up it ruins the illusion that it is about something real, which destroys any parody. You've made mention to three individuals who I've never heard of before, which makes this vanity or cyberbullying, which is against our vanity policies. Fourthly it's random stupidity, which does not substitute for funny, and I had no laughs out of it. In short, this is the perfect example of exactly how not to write an article. Read HTBFANJS and BGBU and then completely rewrite. Nominally Humane! some time Friday, 22:17, Apr 23 2010 UTC
- I have a couple of things to say to that, 1.) the 3 people mentioned are not real people, they are simply made up names, i admit maybe it would be better to use some random celebrities. 2.) i was wondering if you were american or somewhere? as i am english, maybe the humour got lost there. i do need to improve it slightly however it is clear you have a complete different humour than me, for example i posted the link to the article on facebook and at least 10 of my friends read it and loved it.
Rollback Rights
Now that I'm no longer head of IC, I need something to give me the illusion that I'm still important and a worthwhile human being. So could I have rollback rights, you think? Seriously, I think it would be useful to have. I don't revert vandalism as much as some people here, but it would be handy to be able to use when I do. A few times I have reverted a number of edits of a user who signed on just to vandalise, and I just started doing it on a vandal but someone else with rollback apparently beat me to it. And I understand that before using rollback you have to be very, very sure you're reverting obvious vandalism. And as you're a new admin, I thought I'd ask you first. Plus I think you're swell. Then if one of those is banned, it can affect others. If this happens again, please use Special:Contact to let us know urgently. Seriously? Re-reading I'd say brief but constructive criticism on various areas with plenty of encouragement for a n00bish writer without becoming swamped in too much confusion. I was proud of that one. Seriously borderline? Nominally Humane! some time Thursday, 01:33, Apr 29 2010 UTC
- I tend to go with my gut feeling at the time of judging and I agree that there was plenty of good advice in the review, my feeling at the time was that it was still relatively short and didn't contain as many examples of implementation of advice as I would have liked. Borderline yes still gets a point for being in-depth so it isn't really worth losing any sleep over, it just demonstrates that when I looked the work over, I thought the review went most of the way towards being in-depth but falls short on a couple of occasions and that was my feeling from yours. A ruling needed
I come before the court again (presents his papers to the clerk), and beg the court's indulgence. Your honor, since no other admin is on duty, a question. There is a user page which consists solely of a priceless article which both Hiatus and I want to nom for feature. The user hasn't been back in awhile, but he did post the page with the name of the article on a template. This is evidentiary of an intent to mainspace the page and not just leave it as a user page. May we go ahead and nom it, and let the chips fall where they are laying anyway? Aleister in Chains 21:25 29 4 MMX
- The VFH rules say you can't nom the article for VFH if it is in userspace, and we cannot move this persons user page into mainspace without their consent. As far as the evidence for intending to mainspace the article goes, I'm pretty sure that the user page is intended to be an article, but we cannot take liberties with this persons user page. However, practically I doubt anyone would have that much of a tizzy if you go ahead nom it for VFH since user pages have been nommed in the past, just explain why you think it is exceptional if you nom it. --ChiefjusticePS3 21:42, April 29, 2010 (UTC)
- A Solomon-like decision. I'll check with Hiatus. My bribe is in your clerk's top drawer, on the left behind the candy and fishing tackle. Aleister in Chains 21:53 29 4 MMX
Helping a n00B
OK, I tried. I don't want to seem dumber than I may be, but where did I miss? Do pages need to be based in fact, or can an article start with things that just don't exist, and go on from there? Also, can the huffed pages be moved to my private area? I promise I won't repost until/unless cleared. OryxConLara 23:01, April 29, 2010 (UTC)
- Well, depending on what your writing, you can choose either one or both, as long as it does not violate HTBFANJS in any way, shape, and form, and it must include a construction tag (if you haven't known already). As for you second question, yes, but an administrator is the only one that can do that, so simply asking one (especially if they are the one who huffed it) when moved that page to your userspace, and you can work on it all you want until you don't need it anymore. I hope this helps.--DirectorWILLYOU 333 04:39, April 30, 2010 (UTC)
- The issue is that making something up is rarely amusing and some people simply find it tiresome, as for me, I deleted the pages because they made little sense even with context of the other. I understand that you may not have been finished and will move the pages into your userspace as you have so politely requested. I will drop links to them on your talk page, feel free to get back to me with any other questions you may have. --ChiefjusticePS3 09:07, April 30, 2010 (UTC)

Is this valid for pee review?--DirectorWILLYOU 333 04:41, April 30, 2010 (UTC)

- Yes. Similar to reviewing an UnTunes - I made it and I can change it. There's 1000 frames worth there as well as about 5 audio tracks involving about 200 individual sounds that also includes a song that has been significantly edited to fit with the ad. Timing, volume levels, production values, concept, humour, the page itself can all be critiqued. I'm after feedback on it and although PEE template is not perfect for it, the idea of a review from a contemporary is exactly what I need. If there is no feedback that can be given to improve it then give "Good job, 35 points" or something similar as a review. Nominally Humane! some time Friday, 10:04, Apr 30 2010 UTC
- Put a similar explanation on the review request page and I have no objections in that case. --ChiefjusticePS3 10:11, April 30, 2010 (UTC)

Yo.
IRC is IRC, Wiki is Wiki. Plus, he said he put NSFW before/after the link. Which technically makes it allowed. I've got ops right now in #uncyclopedia, and I'll be willing to unban you and mediate if you want to discuss the situation there.
- The ban is staying in place and I will explain why, he placed SFW after the link and then later corrected the error, on my admonishing him for posting it (while aware I had already done so when EMC posted it, he opped himself, removed my ban exemption and banned me from the channel. I would be willing to discuss the block with him except I have already attempted to do so and he decided that that was the appropriate time to act like a jackass. Since I recognise that I am relatively new to adminship, and Dexter may feel wronged by that, I have let Mordillo know of the situation and he will undoubtedly take remedial action if he feels it is necessary. For now however Dexter's ban is staying in place. --ChiefjusticePS3 16:14, April 30, 2010 (UTC)
- Colin, allow me to respond in kind, bollocks is bollocks. This is the #uncyclopedia IRC, not the goatse IRC, and the rules that apply in the wiki apply in the IRC. The next time I see someone banning an wiki op from the channel and preventing him to enter the channel for whatever reason, everyone involved will get very long bans and will lose any technical privelges they have, wheather it's rollback in the wiki or IRC ops. Also, please deliver the message that I better not see Dexter opped again in the IRC. ~ 16:48, April 30, 2010 (UTC)
- My point isn't that there aren't rules in IRC, it's that we don't traditionally ban people on the wiki for activities on IRC. If he had put goatse on the main page, as an example (like some jackass did), I can see him being banned on-wiki. But it wasn't. It should have been something dealt with in IRC (even if Dexter acted immaturely, but it's because some people don't take it as seriously, some interpret humor wiki a bit more liberally than others). I remember this issue coming about (with some jackass, once again) when a wikipedia page was vandalized. I'll ask the same question now that I asked then. Since when do we take action on-wiki for actions off-wiki?

Antennapedia
Antennapedia: I hope you at least looked it up on Wikipedia before consigning it to oblivion. Someone even requested the article... 94.173.17.23 20:43, April 30, 2010 (UTC)
- I did look it up, but given the article was a couple of lines long and created by someone who was not registered, I decided it was inappropriate for the wiki in that form. If you are going to create an article, please read the beginner's guide first and use a maintenance template if you are not finished. Feel free to start it again if you are prepared to do that. --ChiefjusticePS3 20:52, April 30, 2010 (UTC)

vfhvote template
Happytimes just pointed something out to me that I hadn't thought of previously. Can you change Template:Votevfh so that the line that says:
{|{{prettytable}} class="vote-box"
Instead says:
{|{{prettytable}} style="width:100%;" class="vote-box"
Thanks. Nominally Humane! some time Saturday, 03:16, May 1 2010 UTC
- Has such a change been discussed and agreed upon? If not then you would be better running it past one of the admins who deals with VFH stuff before requesting it be changed. --ChiefjusticePS3 07:23, May 1, 2010 (UTC)
- Okay, this is the discussion, and if you would rather this go through a different admin then I'll find one. In short, if you create a vfh vote at the moment you end up with a page like User:PuppyOnTheRadio/VFH test until there is enough text in it to stretch it out. Happytimes has been adding a gif image as a spacer to fix this up in the past, however by changing that line as above that will stretch out the template to take up the full width of the page. It's a purely cosmetic change and it will make no difference to any other areas of the vfh process. Nominally Humane! some time Saturday, 09:17, May 1 2010 UTC

UnSignpost 1 May
May contain traces of humor!
April 22nd 1st May, 2010 • Issue 85 • Insert penis joke here
The launch of a new and exciting weekend edition. Maybe. "Where is my signpost?" was the cry heard from the world wide masses this week. "There should have been an issue on the 22nd and on the 29th, and nothing seems to have been done about it." Fear not, gentle reader, for the signpost will not go gentle into the good night. We have instead taken a brief hiatus for no reason that we could conceivably come up with, and now we are back in a blaze of glory. For those who are unaware of our proud history, the next issue, coming out this Thursday, will mark the (roughly) 2 year anniversary of the creation of the UnSignpost, the unperiodic periodical started by Dr. Skullthumper and Cajek. The good doctor, at the time of the first issue, was asked what his feelings were towards creating the first formalised forum for spam within Uncyclopedia. It was from this that we now have the immortal words "Those assholes better appreciate this. They'd BETTER." Now, two years on from those words of wit and wisdom, the UnSignpost is still There have been varied reports as to why the USP has not been released. One suggestion is that regular contributors just "couldn't be bothered writing." Others have suggested that it comes down to the unwillingness of the head editor, who was recently heard to say "I'm so against... this... again... (E)xistence is far more than (it) deserves."[1] One of the more probable reasons for the lack of issues may be that the news has now gone viral, and is available more readily through facebook then it has been previously. One facebook semi-regular, who bears a remarkable resemblance to a Silent Bob inaction figure, has said of this development "Excuse me, but I think your geek is showing." Dexter111344 supported the move to the social networking site by saying "I won't be joining as I don't intend to ever make a Facebook." Another possibility is the number of users now communicating via UnSkypelopedia. When asked for a comment, EMC said "OH FUCKING CHRIST I'VE CUM" Dr.Skullthumper, however, said "I started both of them.", and then wished to make reference to some forum or something. Ethine, however, was somewhat more constructive, informing this reporter that "Since it's getting close to summer, we'll likely have more calls, as most people's schedules are slowing down. As well as calls, we have the neat little chat thing at the bottom, where everyone sexually harasses each other when calls aren't going." Despite several attempts, I still haven't been sexually harassed. One reason why users have not been as distracted recently is due to the enormous amount of work going on at PEE review. At present there are articles waiting for review which have been there for over three weeks. For all those who are looking to get the review process back and alive, please pick up an article for review today. Your time and investment into this proud tradition can create the next great article, like the recently featured A wizard did it or the recently nominated UnNews:Windows 999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999 came out, hailed by some as "the most profound and groundbreaking article to hit Uncyclopedia in over 50 years" Another reason why many users may be distracted is the number of collaborations that are currently in progress. Of those there is Tim Burton, being cleaned up by the team at ΥΣΣ, lead by the fantastic Skinfan13. Also starting to make some ground in the spread of reliable information is the team at Multiliteralist/Summit of Spin, lead by the wonderful Multiliteralist. And of course, coming out blinking from seeing the light of Discordianism is the ever faithful Imperial colonization, lead by everyone's favourite canine, And of course, another reason might simply be that the team here at USP are all running around arranging bake sales to assist with Poo Lit Surprise, the bi-annual competition that actually gives prizes to the winners. The most likely explanation, however, is that nothing newsworthy ever happens on Uncyclopedia |

Karen Gillan page
Greetings from Ingerland sir. My page on Karen Gillan is quite short as she hasn't done much in her career yet. I know its not a long page but its hardly a one sentance article. Must say I like being mentioned on your talk page at the top :-) Cls14 19:24, May 1, 2010 (UTC)
- Greetings from the north of England sir, the only reason I tagged the article is to ensure that you know it is not to remain in that form, I did so at that point as it had been unedited for nearly half an hour, I will change it for a more apt tag, since you appear to be working consistently on it. --ChiefjusticePS3 19:36, May 1, 2010 (UTC)
- Don't really understand. I know this isn't Jimmy Wales' site but on that one the article would remain. Karen is a relatively new actress who has had a very short career. Surely it's best to keep satire based loosely on fact rather than padding it out with total nonsense? Cls14 19:39, May 1, 2010 (UTC)
- Unfortunately on wikipedia a magical article writing fairy would appear and turn it into a longer article, here it would be likely to remain the same length and would likely remain that way, the template I have left on it will shelter the article from deletion and will allow you to do as you please with it. I would strongly advise you read through HTBFANJS and the beginner's guide, as they will help you understand the differences between here and wikipedia. --ChiefjusticePS3 19:45, May 1, 2010 (UTC)
- Ok, taken on board. Rules is rules. Cls14 19:55, May 1, 2010 (UTC)
- Just remember, we try not to take ourselves too seriously, use common sense and you will get along just fine. Also since there seems to be a humour deficit here: SCROTUM . --ChiefjusticePS3 20:03, May 1, 2010 (UTC)

Recent Review
I just thought you ought to know about this. I'm aware of the past problems, but seeing as you are the more legitimate and knowledgeable authority concerning IWKY's past reviewing difficulties, I thought you would be better suited to handling this. What bothers me is that the time between booking and completion was well over 4 days and the effort needed to do this review was obviously only a few minutes worth at best. -- 02:02 EST 5 May, 2010
- My main concern was that he fails to complete without saying anything and thus just leaves the tag there. From his messages it does seem as though he was keeping the author waiting, but was letting them know about delays. The review is very short and is certainly not in-depth but my feeling is that we should be thankful a review appeared, regardless of length. Please bring any other instances of this to my attention as I will probably get the banstick out. Hi ho Silver awaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! --ChiefjusticePS3 08:02, May 5, 2010 (UTC)
- Also, The top 5 for May, why was IWKY taken off, he has an in-depth review, just because he isn't 100% this month doesn't mean he should be excluded from the list imo until other users knock him off the list with their number of reviews. -- Sf13 11:09 EST 10 May, 2010
- I suspect he was originally taken off in error, but considering the width of the table at the moment and the considerable alterations we would have to make to fit him back on I don't really think the change is worth it. If he does another review then I would be happy to slot him back on and I will likely do it when I swap the tables around at the end of the month. --ChiefjusticePS3 09:55, May 17, 2010 (UTC)

- It's a server misconfiguration at wikia and the problem is effecting lots of people all over wikia; a server is providing its internal IP rather than that of the user the autoblock is intended for, thus people on that server end up autoblocked mistakenly (this is what they told me when I enquired before). To help wikia sort it they have asked me to ask you to take a screenshot of the autoblock screen and then send it to them using the special contact page. Practically you can bypass the autoblock by reattempting your edits a couple of times. I hope this helps. --ChiefjusticePS3 16:29, May 10, 2010 (UTC)

Discordianism and Chiefster
You may know that, while Discordianism got 13 for votes, it didn't pass VFH. I'm asking all those who voted no for suggestions for improving the article. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated, and other formal talk. I must admit I was surprised you voted against after we made changes based on your Pee Review, especially when your score indicated it might be ready for VFH before your review. In any case, I'd appreciate your comments--you've been a big help for many articles. If you'd like to post specific suggestions on Talk:Discordianism, that would be great. Thanks! I ask for your Judgment
It seems that Pee Review is moving rather slowly these days, and I was wondering if you could review my article HowTo:Part the Red Sea. Funnybony is itching to nom it, and I've been taking advise from both he and Aliester; and Aliester suggested I get a Pee Review so that I can fix up the remaining flaws. Just for quick linking here it is: Uncyclopedia:Pee Review/HowTo:Part the Red Sea. Much appreciated if you could find time in your schedule to review this.-- 17:04, May 12, 2010 (UTC)

Template
Hey there! Just had a question about User templates. I created one and wondered if I need approval to release it into the wild. If not, can I get a manual or schematic or something to detail exactly how I do that? Here is the template in case you need to review it or something. User:John Lydon/Template/Epic Beard Guy --—John Lydon 14:22, May 13, 2010 (UTC)
- I'd say you are good to move that to main space, chuck it onto the relevant page here and
leave it to rotlet people put it on their user pages. Feel free to ask me if you aren't sure how to move it to the mainspace, though you should be good if you just move it to Template:Epic Beard Guy. Hope this helps. --ChiefjusticePS3 14:42, May 13, 2010 (UTC)

I just read your pee review and you write them like you're writing on instructional manual on communicating via the written word. Impressive, educational, and I thank you for the chance to read such good advice. Game
The pages I created were part of Create A Game. The point of the game is to create pages with broken links so that you or other users can go in and then create new pages, please do not delete pages that are part of this game.
- What part of my message did you have trouble understanding? I know what the point of the page is, my point was that the page was deleted because it was created and left, as several games are every day here, it is my job to sift through almost all of these, and ensure that they do not simply remain like that, as many of them do. Coming to my userpage and talking down at me like I have no idea what I'm doing is not the correct way of approaching this situation. I strongly suggest that you read HTBFANJS and the beginner's guide before making any further changes. --ChiefjusticePS3 21:01, May 14, 2010 (UTC)

You infi banned PortuguseOttersTryRadios? I'm really curious as to why. The user is obviously not new here--knows relatively obscure inside jokes and a lot of background about members, plus makes edits with the types of comments I see from regulars. But perma-banned? I'm guessing it's not for that--technically someone could lurk here for a long time and pick stuff up, or edit as an IP for a long time and get the hang of the place. Not likely (and when asked PortuguseOttersTryRadios claimed to be new), but possible. As you're one of the rare reasonable admins, I'm assuming I missed something. It's probably nothing and won't matter in a day or two... but
It seems that the only person who voted against the HowTo:Make a Sandstorm on VFH has no other contribs and gave a rather shoddy reason for voting against. It just makes me wonder if he might be a sockpuppet for someone, and I know that you admins can check that stuff out. If he's a real user, than I guess he's entitled to his strange against voting reasons...--
04:45, May 17, 2010 (UTC)- Sannse has the All-Seeing Eye. Seek her out! Actually, you did right asking an admin first, even though it takes Sannse or one like her to do it. But that does look rather odd--sockpuppets usually vote for articles. And now there's now two votes against--both by someone who made only one edit, which was their against vote. Doubly weird. King of the Internet Alden Loveshade??? (royal court) 04:56, May 17, 2010 (UTC)

Platinum Pisser
Just giving you advance warning; I stand at 49 pees right now. I intend to do number 50 any day now. So you might want to get one of your assistants to go to the warehouse and get a platinum pisser dusted and ready for me. And please don't deliver it COD. The shipping cost on those things is outrageous.
Also the description of Diamond Dumper really needs to be changed--it still sounds like it's the ultimate award, and because somebody went and raised the top pee level through the outhouse roof, it's not anymore. I can reword it if you like--it requires 75 quality pees, right? King of the Internet Alden Loveshade??? (royal court) 05:57, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
- It will be delivered to you as soon as I check your 51st in-depth review in, as you will note from the text, you must complete over 50 in-depth reviews to get it. As to changing the text of the diamond dumper I don't think it is really necessary considering the award has only been given to about 4 people, so it remains a lofty target for most people. Why not do a few reviews to take your mind off it? --ChiefjusticePS3 07:07, May 19, 2010 (UTC)

My mom won't help 'cuz she has an appointment with the pool boy (I didn't know pool boys took appointments) and my dad just drinks and swears (which would make for a great article if I could reach the keyboard during the beatings). Anyways, I need some adopting if you're still in the market. Thanks. --—John Lydon 17:58, June 2, 2010 (UTC)

21:12 Budapest 2 Jun, 2010 Regretful against. I too enjoyed the post. But in my opinion it's too short for a feature, and it lacks images. We should have at least a photo of mom with the pool boy, if not a full video. And of course one or more pics or drawings of the beating. In my opinion, all feature articles need a combination of images of violence and of mom with the pool boy. I would suggest the writer submit it for Pee Review. In my usual style, I'll be happy to write a review of at least 8,000 characters, 100 of which will actually say something useful. Please forgive me my skepticism

Hello again!
I see you're on the 'Adopt a Noob' list - please adopt me?? After the disastrous 'British Big Cat' episode, would be grateful for another pop at an article. I have the new one already on my user page, but am having so much trouble uploading pictures onto the page, I wondered if you might take a quick look at it first, and if it's rubbish and you huff it (again!) I won't have to bother with them and it'll save me a load of trouble - if it's worth keeping and tweaking, then I could perhaps get some pointers from you as to how it should be changed, and where I'm going wrong with the pictures (Cardinal Wolsey is floating around somewhere, I can't find him). I really want to do this, please help! (please note the most EXCELLENT header and username now AFTER the message) Oh, please don't ask me to link you to it - I can't do that, either. (yet)--Ohnogodnotagain 02:09, June 3, 2010 (UTC)
- Linking is very simple, so simple in fact that I can do it. This is an invaluable guide to links and their use thereof. As for your image of Wolsey, here it is. Hope this helps. --ChiefjusticePS3 08:53, June 3, 2010 (UTC)
- LOTS of helpful stuff, many, many noobie thanks. Took it all on board, I think I'll read a dozen or so of the featured articles before I hit the keyboard again. Pee Review
I really enjoy doing these. I've read several and am working on making mine better. I tell you all that to ask this; how do I join the Pee commitee? Also, can I put a sweet tag on my articles like Skinsfan13 and others do, or do I need to be a commitee member first? – Preceding unsigned comment added by John Lydon (talk • contribs)
- In order to join the Pee committee you should list your membership request here in the section for membership requests. You will need 5 in-depth reviews to get into the committee and you can check up on your number of in-depth reviews as well as all sorts of other fascinating information here. Look for your name at the bottom of the Peeing proletariat table for 2010. There is nothing to stop you tagging articles before you get into the committee. Hope this helps. --ChiefjusticePS3 17:19, June 3, 2010 (UTC)

Random Bashing
Mornin' Chief. If you have a minute, I made some alternatives to the ferret randomness and wonder what you think? Would you have any more clean-up ideas, please? That would be good, as I'd have some time today to work on them. --Ohnogodnotagain 05:56, June 4, 2010 (UTC)
- I'll have a look when I get a moment; likely this evening. --ChiefjusticePS3 16:20, June 4, 2010 (UTC)
OK, some good work there. What I would suggest is that you try and reconcile what you are trying to do. You are having some issues, still, with randomness and I'm still feeling that you are trying to tell a story rather than explain an event, and on top of that you aren't explaining what the article is trying to do until the middle. Look at some wikipedia articles and investigate how they give context to what they are going to say. Your article badly needs direction and you need to clearly define where you want your article to go and then focus on getting there. You can write the funny stuff so now you need to focus on where you want it to get you. --ChiefjusticePS3 20:51, June 4, 2010 (UTC)
- Chief, been thinkin' about what you said. For it to make sense and have a proper direction, I think I need a clear introduction outlining the climate that the event was born out of. Then link the contents of the paragraphs and make them run sequentially in a sort of time/event line down the article. Expand the characters. The 'party' has got to go (and the ferret. The ferret has to go, it most definately has to go). I've got to go and do some more research into the events leading up to the Field of Gold, and after. I'll do this, re-write it and come back to you, and ask if you'll kindly give it another look-see for me. See you later, alligator, and thankyooooooo!! --Ohnogodnotagain 00:25, June 5, 2010 (UTC)
Take This
I'm sure you have a closet full of these but this one is special because it's from me. Your Pee Review was full of great advice. I followed most of it (some of it I couldn't really follow but that was probably the combonation of heroin and Yeager. My doctor warned me about combining those but it tastes like baby Jesus is dancing in your mouth!) Anywho.... I put the article back up for review with the new changes. Check it out if you get a chance, and thanks for the help. – Preceding unsigned comment added by John Lydon (talk • contribs)

Strikethrough
Chief, I don't agree with the harsh words for HELPME on overuse of strikethrough, on an awards page or any other page. We communicate under conventions by which we can literally not take back our words--or even communicate privately. Strikethrough says, "I wrote it, but now that I see how it looks, I no longer endorse what I wrote." Given these rules, the ability to indicate you've changed your mind is a vital tool. HOLA
I am an ambitious Uncyclopedia noob. When my friend and I discovered that Uncyclopedia was lacking a Miss Teen South Carolina page, we felt there was a hole that needed filling. We reserved a weekend and promptly (or actually rather slowly) set forth contructing her article, like such as. We did a little background check on her, using her legitimate wiki page to discover that she had dropped out of college after her snowboarding course was too difficult and had modeled for the donald. Upon completion of our article, we found that it had been huffed like an orange kitten. The reason was listed as "QA". No lo comprendemos. What does this mean, and how could we improve our article in order to get it de-huffed? We were planning on bluelinking some of it later and adding a picture or two, but i feel like that was not the reason it was huffed. Please assist us noobs, oh wise ChiefJusticeDizzleShizzle! --TheGreatOmNom 18:39, June 8, 2010 (UTC)
- Your article was huffed because I felt that it wasn't of the correct structure and I noticed a fair number of formatting errors when I looked it over. In hindsight my decision to delete may have been slightly premature because of a multitude of minor errors I saw when I looked it over. I will restore the page to your userspace and drop a link to it on your talk page. While it is in your userspace it can be edited without fear of deletion or interference. When you are finished you can move it into mainspace, feel free to ask me if you aren't sure how to do so. --ChiefjusticePS3 18:49, June 8, 2010 (UTC)

This guy to be specific. You deleted TOAST's article, but that's not why I'm here. I'm here because this guy removed the article from QVFD and removed TOAST from ban patrol. Question on Peeing Etiquette
I recently found myself looking at an article with absolutely zero redeeming qualities. I know you're not supposed to bash someone when peeing on them, and I usually employ the compliment sandwich method when critizing. But what to do when there is absolutely nothing positive about the article? Bad formatting, grammer, no pictures, totally random and unfunny. Can i just put try again?
Also, happy birthday. Just for the record, I'm not late, you were early. --—John Lydon 12:22, June 10, 2010 (UTC)
- Best thing to do is try to be as encouraging as possible. If you think that the article is truly cannot be reviewed then notify myself or UU who can make a final decision on that. If it is just very poor then you need to focus more on ways it could be made better, and try and give the author as much to work with as possible. Look at something like this for the way I try and tackle such articles. Hope this helps. --ChiefjusticePS3 17:45, June 10, 2010 (UTC)

Fable 2
I see this was voted for deletion and promptly done. How many votes did this get, and for what? Surely some time to redeem any faults was not that hard to allow? – Preceding unsigned comment added by VanMorgue (talk • contribs)
- The VFD mechanism works so that if an article drops to 4 delete votes with nobody stepping in to save it then it is deleted regardless of when it was nominated. If you wished for time to continue to work on your article then the best thing to do is post a comment expressing that. If you wish to see the comments on your article you can find them here. If you wish to have your article back so that you may make improvements then I can put a copy of it in your userspace where you can work on it without fear of deletion, returning the article to mainspace after this would be subject to a Pee review of your article. Let me know how you would like to proceed. --ChiefjusticePS3 21:41, June 10, 2010 (UTC)
- Hmmm no I think the article only applied to people who had experienced the game and all that related to it, hence it's demise. I'll leave it at that I think, thanks for your time.
Question
Ok, I rewrote this article, but it's on another persons userspace Here's the link. User:HelloByeBye/Grand Theft Auto: Cartoon City Would that be some form of colonization and it could be moved to my page as my creation, or would it be wasted effort because I'd made major, minor, and quickly reverted edits and the user that originally created the article hasn't been on for months. 2nd Question
How would I adopt a noob or get a rank? Tell me please. --Gamma287 03:21, June 13, 2010 (UTC)
- OK, if you have written the majority of that article then you can copy and paste it over to your userspace, and then change the other persons page back to how it was before you started writing. In future I would strongly recommend you don't touch articles in other user spaces as they are there to be worked on privately. As for ranks and adopt-a-noob you can find information here and here. Hope this helps. --ChiefjusticePS3 08:03, June 13, 2010 (UTC)

--Gamma287 18:55, June 13, 2010 (UTC)

Review or Something
Hey. I submitted an article called Only for a True Uncyclopedia Fan and it was tagged as an ICU article. So I completely edited it and made it twice as good, and then removed the tag, which is allowed. 2 minutes later the ICU tag had reappeared. Could you read it and see what's wrong with it or something, or at least tell me how I can find out who placed this tag. Thanks. --Some Idiot 01:55, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
- It's in the history...I just put it back because you didn't talk to the ICU'er or an admin. That was Ethine.-- On Monday, 01:59, June 14 2010 UTC
Ok. It just said on the ICU page that if you've tried really hard to redo the page then you don't have to get permission. But do i still have to redo it any more? Is the page all right now? --Some Idiot 09:07, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
- I would suggest a bit more work as the page is presently pretty short and doesn't have that much content. Try reading HTBFANJS which is excellent for tips on how to increase your article's funny and you can also try submitting your article to Pee review if you want some feedback and criticism on it. --ChiefjusticePS3 09:26, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
Ok, I've started making it a bit longer. Just ONE more question. How do you create a Infobox? I've seen these around so I went into the edit the page option for the page that had one, copied the infobox and pasted it onto my page. It was a Infobox President, surrounded by {{ }}. If I changed the content of the infobox and then saved it, it reverted back to it's original content, so I tried to delete the 'President' category and when i saved THAT no infobox at all appeared. Lost Work
Hey mate,
My browser just crashed and completely lost my work from this evening. I previewed it several times, is there any way of getting it back? English peasant 23:39, June 16, 2010 (UTC)
- Didn't you see Chief's header on this page, "Chief's domain of death"? Your mistake was not taking it literally! Aleister 1:24 17 6 MMX
- I'm afraid if you hadn't saved the page and you experienced a browser crash there is nothing you can do. As when you preview stuff it doesn't save, but simply displays how it will look on the page. It happens to everyone at some point, I lost an entire review once, that I spent 3 hours writing. My advice is to do what I do: if you are working on a big piece of work, periodically copy it into a word processor and save, that way you retain a copy even if your computer shuts itself down for giggles. --ChiefjusticePS3 08:06, June 17, 2010 (UTC)
- Or just accept that the universe didn't want your work to exist and destroyed it in a Final Destination style, before continuing to delete the rest of your contributions. Soon it will be as though you never existed at all... -- Sir Mhaille (talk to me)

Total Chaos!
Not really, but I did notice this. I'm having trouble reviewing it because it doesn't seem to exist any longer. I figured I could handle remedy the situation by leaving a message on the authors talk page but alas, the author doesn't seem to exist either. Did I miss the rapture or something? Anyways, Is there a way to take it off the list? --—John Lydon 12:19, June 17, 2010 (UTC)
- The user had linked it incorrectly, I have fixed the link now. The user should exist, if you are having trouble linking through the signature then the page history should provide an easy link to both the user and talk pages. Hope this helps. --ChiefjusticePS3 12:24, June 17, 2010 (UTC)

I'm sorry
I can't believe I dropped doing a review I booked and I'm sorry. I don't even have a decent excuse--things came up and I simply forgot about it.
On a related note, my time here right now is going to be rather limited. My life is undergoing some major changes, but not all bad. Among them is a chance to work on a book with a collaborator or two. That actually already started, which is why my writing here dropped off.
I will try, however, to never again book a review and then not do it. King of the Internet Alden Loveshade??? (royal court) 17:46, June 19, 2010 (UTC)

- It seems to me that the game is still incomplete as many of our games are, unfortunately you will have to wait until the rest of the game is completed by another user. As I said before there is no delete history for the page so it strikes me as simply being incomplete. I apologise that you have run into a problem playing the game, but unfortunately this does happen sometimes. a further option, since you seem acquainted with what is going on, is to complete it yourself, nobody owns articles or game pages so if you want to have a go at completing the game you are welcome to do so. --ChiefjusticePS3 22:10, June 19, 2010 (UTC)

Mafia review
Cheers for the review.. very in-depth. The main problem with that article is that there are so many equally valid and funny approaches to it; it's also something which has been done oh so many times before. I'm guessing it's probably one of the toughest articles out there, as it easily turns cliche'. Thanks again for your input, I'll see where I can take the darn thing. Godspeed. --SonOfPhyllis 16:06, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

Can you do me a solid?
Yeah, I just went 1930's gangster speech on you. Once your head stops spinning from that totally awesome thing that just happened, can you take a peak at this? I really think it's VFH worthy but I'm biased. I just figured you would be able to offer some suggestions on how to make it VFH worthy. Also, is there a way to get an article nommed without completely whoring myself out. I did that for years before I found Uncyclopedia and I really don't want to fall back into it. Thanks --—John Lydon 13:44, June 21, 2010 (UTC)
- I've had a look, my main recommendation would be that you clean-up a bit of the excess profanity as a lot of time it doesn't fit. I would also try and encourage a more coherent series of events leading to the end of the article, since this is a guide I would encourage a less obvious idea than "get a lifeboat" since we have already established that that is unlikely to happen. Those are some of my more general impressions from the article. As for getting it to pass VFH, that's a difficult one, I'd say use the advice you have been given as much as you possibly can, and then, if you are happy the article is as you want it, then you can nominate it on VFH, link any reviews you received. The worst that can happen is that people vote against and if they do, ask them why, then, if it fails, re-nominate at some point in the future. Good luck. --ChiefjusticePS3 15:50, June 21, 2010 (UTC)

n00b Help
Me and my friends are sickipedia n00bs, and we created the article Harvington. Unfortunatly, the article we created was deemed offensive by someone from Harvington who stumbled upon it and now we are in deep shit. Is there anything we can do to remove it from easy public finding/delete it? Thanks :)
- The first thing not to do is repeatedly blank and remove content from the article as it will just get you blocked, nobody owns any articles here. If you wish to get rid of the article then you are very much at the mercy of the community; the only way that the article can be removed is via the VFD process. If you wish to nominate the article for that then I strongly recommend that you read the guidelines you will find on the page I have linked you to above. --ChiefjusticePS3 19:43, June 21, 2010 (UTC)

Conservation Week Approaches
Fancy watering Uncyclopedia's forestry? Want to be a good conservationist? Fancy taking up the rewriting sword of justice, and righteously smiting the dragon of shit writing? Actually, the hell with that, do you want to take a bunch of bad articles, and make them suck less? Then you, my friend, are in luck! Conservation Week 2010 starts on July 5th, and actively encourages users to scour the wiki (perhaps through judicious use of Special:Random, or possibly through exploration of Category:Rewrite or Category:Ideas or even Special:Lonelypages), find lame articles that they consider are taking up the very space which could be occupied by something less sucky, and then using their skill and judgement to turn those articles into shining examples of comedic writing. As this is a competition dedicated to simultaneously reducing the number of useless articles on the wiki and increasing the number of good ones, some naysayers believe it to be completely pointless - Uncyclopedia is the worst, they say, and no amount of well-intentioned competitions can change that. But were it to exist, the Cabal would probably beg to differ. They may call it something like "a genuinely good thing", and "a ray of hope, signalling that occasionally, even the most worthless dreck may be redeemed". So if you think what your userpage is missing is a template called the "Greasy Mechanic Award", then prepare to rewrite like you've never re-written before. Just don't forget to make your new version better than the original. Something summarizing the events of the last month or so It has been said by one of our esteemed administrators here at UnSignpost that if it wasn't reported in the UnSignpost, then it didn't happen. As there has been no UnSignpost produced for the last few days, due to one of the editors having a real life, and another one being lazy, there are several things that didn't happen. Yes, the loss of the UnSignpost for so long sent a shiver down the spines of many an Uncyclopedian. So much so that one member of the community decided that it was timely to look at a new way to produce the UnSignpost. One such idea was to release a monthly periodical in the place of USP. Although there has been several attempts by this reporter to obtain a quote from said insurrectional community member, to date no response has been heard. As part of the ongoing struggle to maintain our independent stance from Wikia, several members decided that it would be a wise idea to create a way to cash in on the popularity of the site. As such the UnShoppe has been created, where you may purchase any one of a number of Uncyclopedia-related pieces of merchandise. So far all purchases have been made by the individuals who created the store. However, if you are looking for the place to buy a shirt that shows that your nipples have been featured, that a wizard did something, whatever it was, and that you have an in-depth knowledge of who Dan Kwon is. There was a competition. Congratulations go to mrthejazz, who got the pun. Imperial Colonisation has taken a brief hiatus after the new head of IC became the old head of IC. He was an Australian, and his example has inspired the entire nation so much that the new head of Parliament for the country is now the old head of parliament. Congratulations go out to the new new head of IC. A strange bandwagon has been created by a drunken Bonner, who has challenged all and sundry to ask him anything at all. As such there are various forums dedicated to asking regular Uncyclopedian members things. These previously were known as user talk pages, but who can stand in the way of progress? And that's all that didn't happen. Although now it's listed in UnSignpost that means it actually did happen. Which suggests that by editing UnSignpost I have the power to change the past. If I could change anything about the past, what would it be? I had sex with a real person![1]

The Pee table needs its daily checking. Don't want to wait too long or else I'll be a long day for you.--DirectorWILLYOU 333 07:13, June 25, 2010 (UTC)
- Daily checking?? You have gotten far too used to people being efficient. Back in the day it used to be that the table wouldn't get checked for weeks then it would get done in one big checking spree. I'll get to it, worry about doing everything that you need to do and far less about what I'm doing. --ChiefjusticePS3 14:57, June 25, 2010 (UTC)
Um Chief
The article you just deleted. It only had a score of 2. Things only get deleted from 4 and onwards. I'm a bit confused now.
16:18, 25 June 2010- It had been on VFD for a week, I tend to delete depending on score after a week; my logic being that if it hasn't gone over 4 by then it isn't likely to do so in the near future. I hope that clears things up. --ChiefjusticePS3 16:26, June 25, 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, um. If an article is that long at VFD without getting a score of 4, an admin is supposed to put Closed nomination on the article title and a poopsmith can then archive it. That's how it's been done for the last couple years at least. 16:32, 25 June 2010
- Well I figure that is very much flying in the face of any consensus on the article, personally I'm not convinced of it. What I did with that article has been my practice on VFD the last couple of months since I started deleting and keeping stuff; I keep if the vote goes towards keep after a week and delete if it goes towards delete. Obviously if there are only a couple of votes on the article overall I will keep, but in the case of that article a reasonably large number of users had voted on it. --ChiefjusticePS3 16:41, June 25, 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, but I'd call two votes more hardly a majority. It feels really inappropriate to delete something that quite a couple people have voted to keep without a clear majority. That's why the 4 margin was established. I really don't quite get why you want things differently.
- Well I wouldn't really see keeping the article as fair when the majority of people have not voted that way. It feels very inappropriate to ignore the majority decision simply because the margin isn't big enough. In the case of that article 2 votes is simply a small majority, common sense suggests that deletion is favoured by the vote, if only by a little, 5 people thought the article should be deleted and 3 did not, I see no reason to favour those 3. That's my reasoning. If you feel the decision was very unfair or if that goes against policy drastically I would invite you to run it past a more experienced administrator, who may restore the article should they feel it necessary. --ChiefjusticePS3 17:20, June 25, 2010 (UTC)
- One might say that, but it's not just about respecting the vote's result. I think deleting a not-too-terrible article is worse than keeping a not-that-funny article. Moreover, besides the votes, what's really important are the reasons behind the votes. If some people don't like the article and vote delete, but a couple other people contemplate the article in a more serious way and decide that it just needs a bit of a rewrite, then should the article really be deleted just because there's 1 or 2 more delete voters? What bothers me the most about this, however, is that such a big change has been made to the conditions of keeping an article, while most if not all of the voters are completely unaware of that change. Some voters might be more reluctant to vote delete, knowing that just 2 votes can delete an article.
- The point is that is simply the way I have chosen to deal with articles that have spent a week on VFD. It is incorrect to say that 2 votes will delete an article, a difference of two can have that capacity should a week elapse since the article was nominated but I feel that 4 or more people should have voted delete before that becomes the eventuality. In this case 5 people voted delete and while the keep voters may have possibly put more thought into their vote it does not, in my view, increase the value of that vote. It is hardly a big change to voting rules anyway, the rule that I can find is simply "An admin will delete the page if a consensus for deletion is reached". --ChiefjusticePS3 17:54, June 25, 2010 (UTC)
- It is a big change, because voters have up until now thought an article would only get deleted with a 4 vote majority. That's what has been the rule up until now, that's when a consensus was considered to be reached. Going from 4 to 1 is a huge change. I'm not saying you're not allowed to decide to change the conditions of when a consensus is considered to be reached, but don't you agree the voters should know if such a change has been made? 18:17, 25 June 2010

- Yeah, but I'd call two votes more hardly a majority. It feels really inappropriate to delete something that quite a couple people have voted to keep without a clear majority. That's why the 4 margin was established. I really don't quite get why you want things differently.
- Yeah, um. If an article is that long at VFD without getting a score of 4, an admin is supposed to put Closed nomination on the article title and a poopsmith can then archive it. That's how it's been done for the last couple years at least. 16:32, 25 June 2010
As a voter on VFD I always thought it was five or so, and even then the five only held if the article wasn't being worked on and rewritten. I don't know which page was taken off, but three for votes usually keep a page in my experience esp. if some of he people had rewritten or edited the page in the meantime. I thought that one of the reasons for VFD was to present pages so others could work on them during the time the page was being voted on, and thus save it. Aleister 18:23 6 MMX
- I'll think about the suggestion that Socky made and, I'll have a word with some other administrators and see what they think. I understand what you are saying and would rather base any sort of change on a mutual agreement and not simply on what I have decided; I completely agree that it should happen only with voter notification. Thanks for letting me know about the previous arrangement, I was unaware that the previous arrangement was to keep unless the article was at +4. --ChiefjusticePS3 18:28, June 25, 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, the breakfast war page, I should have voted delete and shot it through the head. I think the 4 or 5 was only solid if the page wasn't worked on by some of the "keepers", because often a person will vote early in the process and then not come back to see if the page has improved or not. Oftentimes it has, so the earlier vote is often practically a vote for a different page. That's the one and only reason I kicked up a fuss when I saw the format change on voting, that mere numbers very often don't tell the story of the page's progression on VFD. Let this be a learning experience for all of us (and psssstt, kill the breakfast page as soon as you can, it sucks syrup) Al 18:50 25 6 MMX
Insane Men
Okay, how do i make Insane Men more coherent? Because I don't think it should be coherent as it's about insanity. (for example: the Insanity page isn't coherent so why should mine be?) Psychotic Spartan 18:45, June 25, 2010 (UTC)
- The main issue is that the insanity article is a one off joke, whereas yours sounds like it could be an easily developed concept. My recommendation would be that you read HTBFANJS carefully and consider submitting the article to Pee Review for a more in-depth look at your article. Let me know if there is a problem with the above. --ChiefjusticePS3 18:49, June 25, 2010 (UTC)
Yeah how do I submit for a Pee Review? Psychotic Spartan 18:55, June 25, 2010 (UTC)
