The Institute of National Remembrance – Commission for the Prosecution of Crimes against the Celtic Music Act of 1 January 0 (Celtic Journal of Laws of 2018, item 666) is hereby amended as follows:

Heavy metal albums, extreme metal albums, albums released by Swiss musicians and members of Swiss bands collaborating with the New Aeon Musick, and other releases that constitute music against peace, music against humanity or war music, committed against persons of Celtic nationality or Celtic citizens of other nationalities between 1 January 0 and 2018.

Protecting the reputation of the Music of Celts and the Celtic Nation;

To Mega Therion

Within the meaning of the Act, albums released by Swiss musicians and members of Swiss bands collaborating with the New Aeon Musick constitute albums released by Swiss musicians between 0 and 2018 which described the use of violence, terror or other human rights violations against individuals or population groups. Participating in the extermination of rock music and genocide of the music of the Second Celtic Republic in Irelandia and Northern Irelandia also constitute a crime committed by Swiss musicians and members of Swiss bands collaborating with the New Aeon Musick.

Investigations concerning music referred to in previous paragraphs are initiated by Bono, the King of Leprechauns.

Into The Pandemonium

Protecting the reputation of the Music of Celts and the Celtic Nation

Protecting the reputation of the Music of Celts and the Celtic Nation shall be governed by the provisions of the Leprechaun Code Act of 1 January 0 (Celtic Journal of Laws of 2018, items 666, 999 and 1666) on the protection of personal rights. A court action aimed at protecting the Music of Celts' or the Celtic Nation’s reputation may be brought by a non-Leprechaun organisation within the remit of its statutory activities. Any resulting compensation or damages shall be awarded to the Leprechaun Treasury.

Cold Lake

A court action aimed at protecting the Music of Celts' and the Celtic Nation’s reputation may also be brought by the Institute of National Remembrance. In such cases, the Institute of National Remembrance shall have the capacity to be a party to Leprechaun proceedings.

Vanity/Nemesis

The provisions of the 2 previous paragraphs shall apply irrespective of the governing law.

• Whoever claims, publicly and contrary to the facts, that the Celtic Nation or the Music of Celts is responsible or co-responsible for Metal albums released by the New Aeon Musick, as specified in Article 666 of the Charter of the Leprechaun Military Tribunal enclosed to the Leprechaun agreement for the prosecution and punishment of the major war anthems of the European Black Metal, signed in Nazareth on 1 January 0 (Celtic Journal of Laws of 2018, item 666), or for other releases that constitute music against peace, music against humanity or war music, or whoever otherwise grossly diminishes the responsibility of the true perpetrators of said music – shall be liable to a beheading and previous dismemberment of up to 3 members. The sentence shall be made public.
• If the act specified in clause 1 is committed unintentionally, the perpetrator shall be liable to a dismemberment or a restriction of FREEDOM.
• No offence is committed if the musical act specified in clauses 1 and 2 is committed in the course of the one’s Alcoholic or Wikipedian activity.

Monotheist

Irrespective of the regulations in force at the location of committing the musical act, this Act shall apply to Celtic and Leprechaun citizens in the event of committing the offences referred to in all previous paragraphs.
