Uncyclopedia:Pee Review/Mattress
Finally got it out of the queue and gave it a nice review. Nice article. Don't Panic --Striker2117 06:46, May 2, 2010 (UTC)
- Good article! You took the backbone of a page and ran with it, very nice. VFH quality for sure. On the frat, I'd suggest we hand this month's head to Cheddar if he want it, he can herd us creatures into "Chicken" and the edits of Tim Burton. Puppy will look over Tim given time, and others will too. I never did an edit sweep of it, just let Matfen go for the gold on this one, he did great work on the page. More soon, but I hesitate to write more knowing your schedule, I just saw you were out and about the site. And Mattress, yay! Al sans chains 11:08 2 5 MMX
- Thanks for the review Striker! I was beginning to wonder if any of my three articles in the list would see the light of day lol. I might not get around to working on it for a while, but the advice is greatly appreciated. -- 16:41 EST 2 May, 2010
And one more thing, of course
Thank you again for your nom for wotm in April. Much appreciated. There are quite a few people who will win this soon, and when you have a look at the clubhouse, whoa! Thanks again. Al 11:10 2 5
- No problem Al, you're writing is really funny and I'm always looking forward to the stuff you contribute in the collaborations, much deserved and congrats! -- 16:43 EST 2 May, 2010

My idea: Encyclopedic, misinformed, biased and hyperbolic. And the fact that the main gun and the engine are german, the armor is british, and while we're at it, fire control is korean, electronics are japanese, machine guns are belgian - will add to the hillarity. SIRE FREDDMOOSHA AMUSE ME 09:21, May 6, 2010 (UTC)
- I think that that's actually a really good approach. Another idea could be that the page was written by the main producer of the tank, you know, a critique of the military industrial complex. I do like the misinformed American patriot approach, but if we do that, we need to avoid the redneck cliche. --
- Well, I don't know what the "Redneck cliche" is, so I guess we're fine.. Oh, and lets make it our PLS collab. SIRE FREDDMOOSHA AMUSE ME 07:22, May 9, 2010 (UTC)

Jordan Ruddess
I did your review, brotha! --Matfen 21:13, May 7, 2010 (UTC)
- hey thanks brah! I appreciate the feedback. Rudess' nickname is in fact the wizard and he really does create music using household objects. There's a lot of Dream Theater fan humor in the page, which is a lot of what the god humor is about. I should probably take non-DT fan's perspectives into account though. At any rate, here's a funny video help demonstrate http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SKMYeXkYcgs Its not Jordan Rudess, but rather John Petrucci the guitairst for DT, but the humor should feel familiar
- anyway, thanks again. --

Dreaming
Dream a little dream . . .hi, and I hope all is going well with you. I've been working on Dreaming on and off to fit in with your pee review. Excellent suggestions, and I've used most of them (kept the See also up against the pic because the See also is supposed to be within the dream too, a weird twist on a See also section). If you have a minute could you glance at the page and see if it fit into your vision of where it should go, Thanks. Hi. I've been slacking off the frat thing this month, and will put in some time on the page. Lots of irons inside that fire there, and that's one I've kept in until it's melted. How have you been, are your studies ending for the year soon? Or is it an all year program? More soon, and I'll try to get to the page before long. Or the iron will continue to melt. Al des chains 19:21 18 5 MMX
- Yeah, finals wrapped up about two weeks ago and I was granted leave from VMI on the 16th, so I've been home since then. I'm actually studying in Europe for a month this summer at in Hungary for the month of june. I should be able to drop in from time to time but I'll probably be very busy studying and, ahem, checking out the local historical monuments. at night. in the night clubs. I hear they have fantastic statues in those places. Anyway, I'll invest a good amount of time into the chicken page and my PLS rewrite of captain morgan over the next three days. -- 14:17 EST 20 May, 2010

Speaking of
The chicken page, I realized why I haven't done much with it (am now working on it, off my lazy behind to get me some Chicken) is that the encyclopidic looking thing on the right doesn't fit with a page about a PETA poster/handout asking people to become involved in the chicken campaign. Can we huff the bar and play with it from there (I thought that this month wasn't a boring very exciting! encyclopedic style page, but a more open format)? Thanks. Chicken
Hi, and I hope things are going well. Are you back from Europe, and did you meet with Cheddar when you were there? Ptok? European women?!! The format of the large print on Chicken, the changes you made scrunched the lines up on my laptop, it does those overlapping things. So different screens will see different things on this one. Did it look real bad on your screen, or just a little out of line? I won't try to tweek it until I hear from you, maybe just a couple of lines in between the lettering would do it. Thanks, and I've kept out of Taco so far, and will check in on that at some point. Bean tacos are my faves! Aleister 17:30 22 6 MMX
- Yeah it was really messed up on my screen. I think reducing the size is the best option so that everyone is happy. I'll work on the formatting issues a bit more, drop back in and let me know how they end up. -- Sf13 12:21 Budapest, Hungary 23 Jun, 2010

My UnNews of today, extrapolating Tim McCarver's remarks on Saturday, is a stub that needs a real sports fan like you to pull it in a few additional directions, if you feel inclined to. Spıke ¬ 14:43 19-Jul-10
Rev. Zim has brought it beyond stubbiness with a masterful Nazi photo Shoop. - 1. I did write a requested article a while ago "100 worst laws", funny, i thought i came up with it myself, then i find that everyone wants it. But it got huffed...does that still count?
- 2. I did 3 reviews...although one really shouldn't count, and yet another is asking for a re-review, because he wants another point of view.
O.k that's all, and thanks for actually replying on my page! Most people ignore that i asked them. --Happymonkey39 Dah Meme Master 03:07, July 29, 2010 (UTC)

Anal sex
Since the failed VFH nomination of anal sex in mid-July, I've taken to fixing up the page. ChiefjusticeDS got around to reviewing it, scoring it 42/50 and making a number of recommendations. I've taken his suggestions to heart and improved the page in the areas he pointed out. The fact that it scored so well on Pee Review, combined with my personal opinion that it's a pretty good article, is causing me to ask: What made you vote against it? If there were any changes that could be made that would turn it into an article you could support, what would they be? --Andorin Kato 18:57, August 1, 2010 (UTC)
- my bad, let me finish up what I was doing really quick and I'll get back to you in a few minutes. -- Sf13 15:10 EST 3 Aug, 2010
- Well, to be honest, I thought that the subject matter and the picture were a little too strong for the front page, which I personally think should be held to at least a modicum of NSFW courtesy for one thing. Secondly, and much like Hyperbole mentions in his against vote, the initial concept of describing anal sex, the act of sticking things into someones pooper, as something clean while making a running pun on the term 'anal-retentive' is smile-inducing, but it isn't enough for a running gag for an entire article. These three things would make me vote against again if I saw it on VFH a second time. Its not that it isn't a good article, it's well written, but VFH isn't recognition of good articles, it's getting stuff on the front page for people to read it. Yeah that implies the article featured should be good, but not all good articles should be featured. -- Sf13 15:22 EST 3 Aug, 2010
- So essentially an article about anal sex is too NSFW to feature on the front page, no matter its content? --Andorin Kato 19:37, August 3, 2010 (UTC)
Contest Today
Happymonkey called for a writing contest which will start at 2:00 UTC (10 p.m. eastern time in the United States and other weird countries). Contestents will give each other an exact name of an article at app. 9:59 eastern time, and then we will write until 11:15 (3:15 UTC). We need at least one judge who will look at all the articles, say nay, or yay, or something, and tell us whatever they want to. Please sign up on Happymonkeys talk page, as participant or judge(s), and then we can pair people up around 9:30 eastern and let them know who they will give their page title to. (Inspired by DrSkullthumper's contest of a month or so ago). Aleister today

UnReviews
Dunno if this will be helpful, but: If you make sure that all UnReview reviews are in a category (for example the imaginative "UnReview" category} you can use {{PAGESINCAT:UnReview}} to automatically show how many reviews there are (to replace the static number you have on the homepage at the moment). Just thought that might be of use...I realise now that's a fairly insignificant thing I noticed. Ah well. Have a milkshake. —MALARKY WHORE Mr. Antonio Yettie (talk) [18:55 9 August 2010]
- No that's great stuff! I'd actually really appreciate if you would go ahead and do that for me, I'm currently working on formatting the library (browse by category list). --
- Done. What I've done is added to the Create an UnReview button thing is a preload and an editintro, which you can edit if you wish. The preload field (found here is what will automatically be inserted into the editing box. The editintro field allows you to provide help and advice above the editbox (if you so wish) by editing here. The preload is quite useful. I've just added the Category:UnReviews to it, so that the user will automatically start with his page being included in the category (allowing it to be counted on the UnReviews homepage). You may also want to add an UnReviews template to this preload page and possibly some tips on what to do in comments? —MALARKY WHORE Mr. Antonio Yettie (talk) [19:19 9 August 2010]
- On second thoughts have changed the category to Category:UnReviews Reviews in the preload (couldn't think of anything more elegant) so that only actual review pages will be counted on the homepage. Good luck! —MALARKY WHORE Mr. Antonio Yettie (talk) [19:21 9 August 2010]
- Thanks a bunch! I'll play around with it in a little bit after I'm done creating all of the subpages on the portal. I'm almost done -- Sf13 15:23 EST 9 Aug, 2010
- No doubt you'll get round to this, but may I suggest that that bar of links on UnReviews mainpage (About, Questions, Request a Review etc.) you make into a template and slap atop all UnReviews pages. Sorry to meddle. I shall get back to my life. —MALARKY WHORE Mr. Antonio Yettie (talk) [19:28 9 August 2010]
- It's not meddling, I love suggestions and help. Actually, I was going to do a HowTo style template instead of the UnScripts style header. --
- Oh, how do you mean? —MALARKY WHORE Mr. Antonio Yettie (talk) [19:54 9 August 2010]
- It will probably take a friggin long time, but I was going to make a simple small template to go on the top right of each UnReview page that is kind of like {{template:HowTo}}, but also include the 5 star rating the review gives. --
- Oh good idea. And that shouldn't be that difficult, just have 6 images (0 stars to five stars) which can then be somehow selected by the template...actually that could be tricky. Might be easier to have a bar showing a percentage or out of 10 rating. Or you could have a table with five boxes which could be either blank or gold (to represent stars). But what I was talking about was a header for all the UnReview pages associated with the homepage. Not actual UnReviews themselves, but the help pages, the advice pages etc. Would just make navigation easier. —MALARKY WHORE Mr. Antonio Yettie (talk) [20:16 9 August 2010]
- Okay! —MALARKY WHORE Mr. Antonio Yettie (talk) [20:36 9 August 2010]
- Ahh! I remember why I thought that that links header (About, questions etc) should be a template. You're probably, at some point, going to want to edit it (Add a link, remove a link, change a link, change the format...) which will be a real bitch if you've got to edit the code on each individual page. That's why I suggest you just simply copy the current code you have into a template and put that on the pages where you need it. Trust me, from my unlimited experience in creating pointless usergroups, it becomes a serious bitch when you want to change links that appear on all pages and you haven't created a template.
- Also, I think the featured UnReview's image should not be in thumb format with a quote, and should just be an image (similar to the style featured artciles on the mainpage are presented). And there was something else, but I forget what. Also if you're gonna need help with the maintenance of this, I'd be honoured if I could help you. I like helping with new projects and such like. I'll get back to you when I remember that one other thing I meant to say, but forgot. Damn memory. —MALARKY WHORE Mr. Antonio Yettie (talk) [21:32 9 August 2010]

Pictures
- Hello! So I've been working on a graphic for that template you spoke of but because it is so tiny, everything pixelates out of identifiability (surely I just made that there word up). And then I saw that you were using that logo thingy, which looks quite good. Perhaps we should keep it as is. Unless anyone has a suggestion of a smaller simple symbol. Also, and this might be too tricky again due to size and pixelation, but why don't you use potatoes instead of stars? --Dame 20:33, August 11, 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks for all the work, I'd like to see the picture if that's alright, but to be honest I think the template is alright as is. As for potatoes, well, yellow stars are more visually interesting, noticeable, and well-recognized as a rating symbol. Although potatoes would add more in-site humor, I think the stars are the best way to go. --
- Unfortunately, the pixelation made me have a hissy fit and delete the .psd file so the picture is gone. I'll have another go though. I agree that the template looks great though regardless of potatoes. Unreviews seems to be coming along nicely, well done. -Dame 20:59, August 11, 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks! Yeah, I think we should just go ahead and leave the template the way it is for now, we can revisit it again down the road if we need to when and if UnReviews becomes popular. Speaking of 'road,' I'm currently making the first real UnReview article about the movie The Road. Do you think you could quickly whip up a picture of Haley Joel Osmet photoshopped into a frame from the movie where the boy is with the father? That would be uber awesome. -- Sf13 17:07 EST 11 Aug, 2010
- Sure, I have not seen the movie though (we only get new releases several years after they cease to be new here in South Africa). So if you could just give me a link to a pic I could use that would speed things up considerably. --Dame 21:16, August 11, 2010 (UTC)

UFFL 2010 Kickoff
The draft is over, the NFL regular season begins Thursday September 9th, and everyone is geared up and ready to play some fantasy football(!).
This season promises to thrill and intrigue, and as the Uncyclopedia Fantasy Football League has grown from just eight all the way to 14 teams, each one vying for a shot at the championship, except maybe Neox's team. With all this excitement, however, comes questions. Will Rush and Kick FTW, the UFFL's first team based in Britain, be able to compete with the league's American teams? Will Cheddar's rebuilt Doritorians be able to play at the same high level as last year now that their roster is down from 50% Eagles players to just 30%? Will evil Nazi overlord and reigning league Champion Guildensternenstein be able to defend his league championship now that Top-3 players at the quarterback, running back, wide receiver and tight end positions didn't fall into his lap this year? Only brutal, primal, visceral, cerebral combat on the fields of Yahoo!'s fantasy football league servers can determine these questions.
That all being said, everyone should take note of two things:
- this is a link to the league--go here to do stuff, like select a starting roster (which, believe it or not, is important).
- this is the forum where we'll talk about the league and post banal sports banter (which, believe it or not, is even more important).
Good luck, gentleman. —Unführer Guildy Ritter von Guildensternenstein 16:05, September 4, 2010 (UTC)

I'll trade you Ricky Williams for either Santana Moss or Austin Collie. —Unführer Guildy Ritter von Guildensternenstein 15:43, September 15, 2010 (UTC)
- I might take that into consideration. I'm going to see how I can do through waivers first. --
- Whelp, the best you'll get on waivers are the likes of low-tier backup runners. Guys like Steve Slaton, Chester Taylor, Tashard Choice, etc. Ricky Williams, on the other hand, will see 35% to 55% percent of his team's carries in any given week, and could prove to be especially useful down the stretch given Ronnie Brown's injury history. I know you probably don't want to be out of a starting receiver, but it's a lot better than being out of a starting back, especially considering that the crop of WRs left (guys like Massaquoi, Edelman, and Kevin Walter) is a lot stronger than the crop of RBs left. —Unführer Guildy Ritter von Guildensternenstein 17:33, September 15, 2010 (UTC)

I haven't done anything with the frat, we are still stuck on Weird as far as I know, couldn't get motivated or find an angle to jump in on that one. We need you, come back from Afganisthan or wherever they've got you. Cheers! Aleister 00:43 21 10
- Yeah, I'm still at the VMI and I'm very busy, but I have a little bit of time this week to do some work around here. I'll be around, but I probably won't be motivated enough to re-start the frat. I'll probably focus on UnReviews and my other uncompleted article projects. If I find myself with even more free time (let's hope so!) I'll get to work on USS. Cheers! -- Sf13 2049 EST 20 Oct, 2010
- Good to see you back. Yeah, the frat has a great feature track record, I think all are pages have been on main. Black Flamingo and I discussed letting Weird stay under construction while also putting up another page to play with too. Your thoughts on that, when you have time? Thanks, and good luck this week and into the f-u-t-u-r-e. Aleister 00:53 21 10
- I think that's a good idea, weird is a tough one. It's not in my character to admit defeat, so lets just keep that one as a side project. -- Sf13 2107 EST 20 Oct, 2010
- Coolness and all that stuff. What is our next project then? I have no idea if any have even been nommed. Do you have one you really want to do? I don't know if you saw MadMax's contest, it was for articles from most wanted pages. Just occurred. I think Lyrtheria won three categories, and Ptok tied for one. Aleister 1:41 22 10
- Blockbuster appears to be the leading nomination right now, I think we could produce something funny out of that. -- 2143 EST 21 Oct, 2010

Blockbuster
Do you have something in mind for the direction of the page from where it's at now? I was thinking of just popping into a whole new point of view, the guy starts to talk to Janet, and play on from there. Maybe at the end the guy taking the tour can actually rob the place, tie the two of them up in the back room, and steal lots of Disney and Pixar films. Thanks for everything too, on the VFH room. Did you read California Marijuana Initiative? That's the one I'm whoring a read-for now, although in your case it may be a touchy subject, being a member of the oppressing army and all (although I did try to balance it out). Happy Halloween, and hopefully you will have many parties to go to there in Afganistan, sandy but Halloweeney. Aleister 22:01 30 10
- I'm kinda busy with school right now, so I haven't been too active the past few days, I should be back into the swing of things on Wednesday. I'll pop on over to blockbuster then. I'll cruise the marijuana page and give my thoughts on VFH right now though, I've got that much time :) --
- Thanks for looking at and voting for Calif. Mar. Ini. The issue will be decided today, and it doesn't look real good for passage. But I'll update the page once the vote is counted. I'm going to have to look at Blockbuster myself again, it's been a few days. It probably needs at least one or two more main topics weaved through it so it's not a one-joke page, maybe the mafia founding and owning it, and one other. Talk with you here when your schoolwork lightens. Thanks again! Aleister 12:58 2 11

Weird this should be featured
Congrats, frat master, Weird has been featured. The principal authors, Black Flamingo, Lyrthya, and myself, pay thee honor and bring to you another frat collab feature. I think all of them have been featured now, and the current one, Blockbuster, is still a work in progress. Congrats again! And I hope all goes well with you. Aleister 3:24 29 11
Feature this, please
I've written a game review of UnReviews:Seven Kingdoms Conquest and put it on VFH. As you can see, it's not doing too well over there, but one user had hinted this could get featured on the UnReviews page. As this is probably one of the first video game reviews posted on UnReviews, I was wondering if you could feature it. If not, tell me why and I'll work upon it. --Scofield 14:48, December 29, 2010 (UTC)
- did some copy-editing for you. Took out some minor things, added a few others here and there. Overall a pretty good UnReview. Congratulations on being the featured UnCritic of January, 2011! -- 01:55 EST 15 January 2011

You're back
Thank goddess. The frat house has big holes where smaller holes used to be, and spiders and rats have replaced the roaches and mice. Did you go on deployment (you couldn't tell us if you did, classefried, but I hope the bearded guy didn't put up too much of a fight when you singlehandidly stormed his cave)? As far as I know the frat is still working on Blockbuster, although, if I remember right, everything else we've done has been featured. Welcome! Aleister 12:50 15 1 '11
- p.s. Oh, the big news this week is Funnybony left, unless he's just in need of a rest after writing 310 articles.
- Wow? Funnybony? I wouldn't have guessed. I've just been really busy with real life stuff. I actually won't be deployed for probably another two to three years. Right now I'm preparing to go to LDAC this summer. I also kind of just needed a little break from Uncyclopedia, it was taking up a bunch of time, I was getting burned out etc, etc. So now I'm refreshed and ready to

And thank you, very much, for your vote on WotY. That means a lot, and almost no words to convey. Much appreciated. I hope that at least the three of us tie, Sog and Mhallie, jeez, I feel like I'm in an all star game with Ruth and DiMaggio. Sports metaphors downwind, too bad about your Redskins this year. I don't follow the game closely, although I'll catch the playoffs from time to time. Today's Packers-Falcons game should be interesting, as would a Packers-Bears playoff next week if things fall like that. And Funnybony, yeah, I hope he's only taking a break and then gets itchy in a couple of weeks when he makes up an odd angle on some news story and just has to share it here. He was maybe doing too much, and getting some negative blowback, so a "vacation" could do him well. Thanks again! Now I guess we should finalize Blockbuster, have you checked it out yet? Aleister 22:42 15 1 '11
- Yeah, I took a look at it, lots of good work has been going into that. I'll be sure to make some additions of my own tomorrow. I'm also starting up UnReviews again as that didn't gain too much traction while I was away. I also started to make a U.S. Army article. It's in my userspace, so hopefully I can crank that out over the next few days. -- 01:03 EST 16 JAN 2011

Interesting American football results all around. The build-up to the Packers-Bears game should be epic all around Lake Michigan. They haven't met in a playoff since 1941. I want to look at the army page soon, that should be a work from the heart. On Earth on the top ten, many pages are at the misfortune of being up against a few local memes and some other well-written illustrated pages. My best stuff, at least in my opinion, never made the top three of the month, so is left to linger in nil-zone obscurity. And of my favorite pages this year, Lyrt's Protagonist, also didn't make the cut. I do try to link Earth into as many of my articles as possible, and that opening pic is beautiful (and sad too as I always notice when looking at space pics of Earth how Marslike our soil has become, at an accelerating rate. People are almost morons when it comes to their food intake, which is destorying the Earth. Hmmmm, you know what, I'll do an UnNews just to unload my frustration at that. Will start it now, thanks for the inspiration! Aleister 13:00 17-1-'11
- Bears-Packers is going to be a great game. I hope the Jets make it to the Superbowl too, I hate the Steelers and I couldn't be happier that the Pats lost. I'm disappointed that Earth is currently tied for second most hated article of 2010 [/sarcasm], but I'm just glad I wrote a piece considered good enough for top 3 of a month. I'm not sure what overall tone I want for the Army article yet, so I'm not really writing any more until I figure it out. What do you think of the table on the page? -- 08:12 EST 17 JAN 2011
- Very good table, I like real history mixed with satire (and since I've elected the current Emperor, upheld after a discussion with the page's creator, it's nice to see that story linked). I see you are voting on VFH pages, have you read my HowTo:Go into the light? I hope you like it when you take a look. The football results were perfect, and I'll be hoping for a Jets win too. If they win any Superbowl match-up would make for a good game. Pittsburgh does nothing for me. Congrats on the Army page, it feels like a real good one (I won't read it until its done or almost done, but look forward to doing so). Enjoy. Aleister 2:00 18-1-'11

Moon
Nice work, a great metaphor. Socky nommed it, and the war goes public! One idea, maybe you can divide the lead into two or three paragraphs, the size of that block rivals the moon itself. By coincidence I've been reading/viewing some of the fear that, judging by the moon's position, the Earth has turned on its axis and the media is covering it up, funny as most other conspiracy theories put together. And a great discovery, if you enjoy quantum science and physics, CERN has a blog now, "Quantum Diaries", that hopes to bring together the world's leading physicists in a blog! Aleister 11:21 21-1-'11
Blockbuster
Thanks for voting for and liking Kitten Cookbook. Makes me feel all giggly like a girl. Hee, hee, (blush blush) hee. I saw your name pass by, and even earlier I wondered where you think Blockbuster is at in terms of pees or noms or VFD? The frat has a 100 per cent record so far, so you created a very successful group indeed. Aleister 3:30 24-1-'11
- aww, I'm blushing! Yeah, I'm proud of the good work we've accomplished so far, I'm now in the process of contemplating ways to make UnReviews more popular... I've been meaning to add another section to Blockbuster, but I'm pretty happy with the job you all have done. I need to figure out a way to message all the members better, because it's pretty difficult right now. Anyways, at this point we need to work on the queue and decide what to do next, cause I think we've milked Blockbuster for all its worth at this point. -- Sf13 2241 EST 23 JAN 2011
- Sounds gooth. Maybe you can put it up for pee or just nom it after a good edit sweep. Even if it's on VFH you can still add the section you thought of onto it. What's next? Maybe we should hold off until after Poo Lit has run to its ugly writing deadline, the 31st, and look at February as a time to do a new page. Black Flamingo is a genius, just sayin'. Have you see his new Baby TV page? Signing off for now, good "talking" with you again. Aleister 3:51 24-1-'11
Aristotle
I have added a footnotes section and a couple of minor changes. I have no problem if you want all these reversed. As I said on the vote, the only weak bit I thought was the circus origins of Aristotle which in my view didn't really add anything to the article. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 07:39, January 25, 2011 (UTC)
- All fairly good edits, thank you! I actually changed the circus thing just now to make it seem like a more "philosophical" origin if you will. --
- I added a couple of extra pictures and a footnote to the article. I think it is pretty good, almost of 'Wikipedian' depth on an important subject. By the way, in case you don't know, the old guy in the water is Aristotle Onassis. I haven't checked if this wiki has an article on him, he is a bit before the time of quite a few contributors here! --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 11:36, January 30, 2011 (UTC)

Another frat triumph! I think our pages have all been featured. And as I look over the comments on this page I can't believe I didn't thank you for your vote on writer of the year, I was sure I wrote to everyone. So if I missed your page, thank you, from the bottom of my black heart, for both your vote and your continued misplaced trust in me. Extremely appreciated. Al 13:31 14-2-'11

- It's our best yet, you guys did a great job (I just came along at the end and added some musings). And thanks for helping make BabyTV best article in the PLS too, I've taken your advice and trimmed the opening image-barrage a little. Any idea what USS are going to do next? --Black Flamingo 22:40, February 14, 2011 (UTC)
review of Ozone
Thanks a lot for the really good review. It was tough but GOOD criticism, I love seeing that. I have to say, the two of you who picked me said two totally contradictory things. You say its funny but desparately needs copy editing. Yes, it should be rewritten I agree. The thinker, says there is nothing funny about it but it was the best written anything in the whole competition. So I am left to guess that I should ask someone to copy edit it and I should add a few more punch lines. The variety of opinion! Thanks again for the really nice review! --Shabidoo 21:58, February 14, 2011 (UTC)
- Hey no problem! The thing with getting multiple views is that two people can see the same thing in a totally different way. Just take the best of the criticism and incorporate it into your article. Or ignore it completely lol. But yeah, you're welcome :) -- Sf13 1830 est 14 FEB 2011
Aristotle
It seems to be stuck on nine votes. If you know any Ancient Greeks interested in becoming contributors on this wiki, we could push it over the finishing line! --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 10:48, February 15, 2011 (UTC)
- I may be able to persuade idiocrates to vote in the Forum for Aristotle, but I hear they have a slight personal rivalry -- Sf13 0749 EST 15 FEB 2011

I have been working on the UnReviews stuff. I found examples of stuff that relates, I was tempted to move All Your Base Are Belong To Us (Literary Criticism) to UnReviews, but opted to do a redirect instead. But I treated it like a new UnReview. --KLips MUN,CM,NS,3of7 19:58, April 21, 2011 (UTC)

Anyways, I'm glad to see that at least someone has taken an interest in UnReviews. Cheers! -- Sf13 1603 EST 21 April, 2011
- I like the idea, and will do what I think is best, and you can corroborate or eradicate as you see fit. I am pretty easy and am learning the wiki way of collaboration more and more. IRL, I don't do much. So this is a nice escape from sitting, although, technically, I am still sitting. Good to "see" you again. And you're very welcome, it's about time you got wotm, lots of features and you started the frat and many other good things. Yay! As you may have seen we took many weeks of voting and long discussions, and now are doing two frat projects "Muse" and "Boyfriend". Black flamingo says people are working on them, I haven't looked yet. Am afraid too. It will take me some time to get up the nerve to look. Your job sounds fun, as the U.S. House is run by wild natives and supplicants, so I wish you luck when they hit on you. Watch out for Weiner and his camera. Zombiebaron has claimed to have 16 votes for uncy of the year, while I have 3. This is close enough for a recount, and I've so requested. Thank you for voting for me, very appreciated. What's worse than your vote is that you're not here! Come back, our eyes look out the window and there is no Skinfan (even the Redskins seek, and do not find). What's the newest? If you have time maybe you can play the Happy Monkey contest (above) on Feb. 11 and 12. Thanks again, and I'll let you know how the recount goes. Aleister 2:39 1-2-'12 (look at that, 1212!)
