Against - I'm not sure how original this is (as per the caption and credit), but its also not very funny, so that doesn't matter. Well, it does matter. But the fact that its not funny is pretty important. -- TheZombiebaron 22:11, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

Against. - how is this funny?--Æ 18:20, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
Against - Well, I'm glad you went out of your way to explain the joke to everyone. As we all know, explaining jokes makes them funnier. Always. Not that this was funny to begin with. Or, really, all that well done. The exploding blimp and the building are all so obviously seperate that it doesn't even have a hint of realism. Also, the blimp would have had to punch a hole in the building to have crashed so low down. -- TheZombiebaron 19:32, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
GO AWAY! Jeese AE you should be behind this 100% seeing as Ron Paul is your lord and savior.
edit: For those of you who don't get it Ron Paul is a political nut job running for office and used a blimp for his campaign with the logo seen in the image....and well it's kind of a nod to something else too.

I'm going to abstain on this one, it is a very well made image, and the idea of a biplane strafing french cavalry is a bid comic, but I'm just not laughing enough to vote for. --Kaizer the Bjorntakkun(nya nya)(1961 model!)Check out T61! 18:35, 13 January 2008 (UTC)

Stung by critisism regarding Mona Lisa's lack of facial hair, Leonardo DaVinci painted the Mona Lisa 2, which turned out to be slightly less popular than the original.
Against. It's Mona Lisa. With a stache. --BurekSP 15:56, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
Against - We've already featured one Mona Lisa image. We don't need anouther one. Also, that moustache isn't very...real looking. It looks like you used the paint-can in MSPaint. And I doubt Mona Lisa picks up facial hair tips from Night At The Roxbury. On a final note, this doesn't make me laugh. -- TheZombiebaron 19:43, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
I put this up on the Reefer Desk over a year ago, and never nominated it. I don't think it's one of my best, so I'm not voting. Just throwing it up there. --Kaizer the Bjorntakkun(nya nya)(1961 model!)Check out T61! 04:46, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
Following the hilarious success of the first Special Olympics held in nineteen-ninety something, the United States Government commissioned a joint-assault commando duo of two specially trained para and quadrapoligic gymnastic gold-medalists to serve as recon operatives on the front-lines for the U.S. Marines. Although this film lasts only three minutes, it has become internationally acclaimed by many disreputable critics as being an unparalleled masterpiece in Action/Comedy.
As you can see, this picture -- the cover of John Lemonade and Poko Ono's album 'Abnormal Music No. 111: Two Nudists' -- has been tastefully censored. Notice the appearances of the words 'fart' and 'burp', and the 'smiley face' which is actually speaking. The psycedelic colours reflect the decade in which the album was recorded and released.

Against - While the picture itself is OK, I think it could do a lot better. Adding squares that aren't Blue Screens of Death would probably be a good first step. Second, although I am a Linux/Unix zealot who absolutely hates Microsoft, I don't find the old "M$ sucks" idea funny, and I believe that many others also agree with me when I say this concept is old. However, I have yet to see any humorous pictures stating that Linux, FreeBSD, or perhaps even Apple, suck. Try considering one of those. --SirStarnestommy(Talk • Contribs • CUN) 05:32, Jan. 27, 2008

As a reply to Starnestommy there really isn't a lot of jokes you can actually do besides like 5 other "acquire competitor" squares but then having those you just create an imbalance unless you have like the actual jokes make up half the board. And on the note with having it make fun of apple/linux etc. that wouldn't work because there really isn't a whole lot wrong with those OS I mean apple leopard was actually hailed by critics as being "flawless". -- CartoonDiablo
A modern drummer, demonstrating proper use of drumsticks. This particular drummer prefers to use one each of the "ice cream" and "chicken" varieties. Different flavors of each are known to produce distinctly different tones.
SNF Wasn't actually planning on nomming this, but I guess I'll give it a shot, since some people seemed to enjoy the much worse earlier version. This is actually a collab with Masterdbut I don't think this template was made for multiple usernames. Thanks for that ZB. -RAHB 08:52, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
Against - I do appreciate the betterness of the new version, but it still doesn't really do it to me. Ya'know? Plus, the sticks don't really fit in... -- TheZombiebaron 18:19, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
Against - yeah as good as you can possibly make it the whole concept itself isn't funny at all. --CartoonDiablo 04:02, 27 January 2008 (UTC)
Against - While you have a good base picture, there are two main things that stand out about it: One, the drumsticks look obviously like they were shopped, and two, the resolution could be a bit better. As for the humor aspect, I could not grasp the concept you were attempting to convey through this photograph. --SirStarnestommy(Talk • Contribs • CUN) 05:35, Jan. 27, 2008
Found fossilized on the side of Mount Sinai, this is believed to be the first thing that Moses did after reciving the tablets with the words on them. This is truly a holy shit.
Self-Nomination and For - I hate to do this. I truly do. This method — where I nom this image and make a comment about how VFP has turned into shit lately, urging people to get off their collective asses and make images — has worked in the past.
