Comments	While I realize it's kind of a kill to explain a joke, I felt it was necessary to point out that this joke plays into the fact that Tigger seems constantly hi, and this being an attempt to explain why. I would not for example, find this joke funny if it was Piglet taking the catnip. It is a contextual joke, but I think most of you didn't get that. The other thing is, humor is entirely subjective and personal. The way it works is, you vote for something if you like it, against if you don't, but doing so doesn't mean your opinion becomes the sole view of something, you merely represent your own personal taste through your vote.
