Pop Team Epic is the Pop Team Surreal Comedy Epic Manga series that was born in 2014 made by a Doujin Weeb named Bkub who makes silly Touhou crap, It's about Popuko and Pipimi and only 2 volumes released in America. It went well and it's about Popuko and Pipimi who hates Takeshobo for some reason, get into Beef or Chicken in the airplane while something bad happens, and lots of weird shit. The controversy said that it can't be done and you can read it online. It got an anime from 2018-2022, but it never got a season 3 and it never will. It was said that season 9 is still working on it. While seasons 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of the manga volumes is still in Japan, but volumes 1 and 2 are still in the U.S.A, which is a good thing.
Due to the Endless Love episode (which was the final episode of Pop Team Epic), it's implied that Popuko and Ryuko Matoi helped Studio Gainax end New PASWG from Studio Trigger for another 15 years. But there was a rumor that the Pop Team Epic anime ended due to an unknown cause which people stopped making PTE content on YouTube since 2022. People said it was the volumes that ended the anime, others said Bkub never let volumes 3-8 (formally 7) to America forever.

Popuko is the Main Character and the best friend of Pipimi of the show In canon, she was born on September 6, 1990, in her (least than) childhood, her Popukoian father would hit her with a newspaper everytime she did something bad like throw bricks at people unless if it's the milkman or annoy his father by swearing, she would meet Pipimi in highschool which they both did. She graduated at Virginia Tech in 2006. There was a rumor that she died from taking drugs like Xanax, Methamphetamine, and totally White Sugar. She also committed arson, tax fraud and uses her Self-Aggrandizement by only her heads of Popuko. She has anger issues and can't control them, causing her to commit suicide by drug overdose on June 14th, 2025 and was found dead at Popuko's house. She owns a pet Charizard named Scott Pilgrim. Popuko once had Tourettes and said "I don't know? JOHN SMILEY FACE!"

Pipimi is the friend of Popiko of the shows, she was born in October 10, 1990, her parents liked her in childhood, she was a former soccer player, she would meet Popuko in highschool which they both did. She graduated at Virginia Tech in 2006. Because of Popuko and Pipimi meeting each other due to Popuko throwing a Brick at Pipimi's balls, which she doesn't have balls anymore, she wanted to kill Popuko with drugs with a brownie cuz the edibles ain't shit but they are, and she like brownies but doesn't give them to Popuko a lot sometimes. In episode 7 it was implied that she wear diapers to bed due to her incident on June 4th, 2007. Stocking Anarchy once said to Pipimi that she wants to touch her "special areas" before going to bed, she has a trauma over Stocking Anarchy, who which doesn't like her a lot...
Takeshobo Building and Bamboo Guy[edit | edit source]
The building that wants Popuko dead, it always gets destroyed every single time, the building has an owner who's name is Bamboo Guy who is the Producer from the 765 Productions from The Idolm@ster. He is a weird P shaped guy who likes touching underwear and eating them. Although he doesn't eat them.

The antihero of the show, she's the oldest sister of Panty Anarchy, she has Diabetes from eating food but her weapon is some Katanas that transform when socks are removed. Unlike Pipimi, she secretly likes Bondage because she's weird. She once touched Pipimi's "special areas" in episode 7. Oh btw she likes Golden Showers when Panty Anarchy isn't around and forces her boyfriends (mostly a 1% chance Brief Rock appears as her boyfriend but he's just a geekboy) to piss all over her mouth. She hates Mr. Frog and almost killed Chuck with a Sledgehammer one time in episode 4 when Chuck found out she likes Golden Showers. Unlike Panty Anarchy who likes secks, she has killed her into 666 pieces, causing Gainax to take a 15 year hiatus until Season 2 returned. Rumors says the show ended in 2025 and will get a Season 3 when 15 years before the 2nd Reboot. She actually replaced Garterbelt after his death, causing her to take his job and get Massive Mega Milkers and a Dump Truck. In "The Ohagi of Doom" Stocking once wanted an Ohagi Unicorn right? She lost to every Rock, Paper, and Scissors game due to it's luck ability (4x luck I guess?) But Speccy won in the first place as we all know. But after this and the evil ghost thingy, she has never. EVER. IN HER ENTIRE LIFE. Had never eaten an Ohagi Unicorn due to a Gunsmith Cats named ripoff clone eating it/fanum taxing it. And spitting it out due to the bitterness (it tastes like shit btw) and rubbery, causing extreme trauma from this experience, which she didn't choose the right rock paper scissors thingy in the FIRST PLACE! FUCK YOU TRIGGER!!!! >:(

Popuko's goodwilled father and a famous singer for AC/DC. He has an obsession for country and western music which he often plays in the car. He hits Popuko with his newspaper when everytime Popuko does something like throw bricks at random people unless if it's the milkman he hates or if popuko does something stupid and annoying.

Cthulhu is a funny looking squid man, he's seen in some episodes as if there was his evil powers, he doesn't know anything about Low-Fuel Consumption. However...

Popuko's nerdy victim that Popuko wants to kill, he is allergic to nuts (as revealed in "Swollen"). Speccy is often picked on by Popuko too many times. Speccy's real name is Myles.
Road Safety Man[edit | edit source]
Popuko's Bri'ish Road Safety Guy that told Popuko and Pipimi to look at the streets carefully, he dies from a car instead. He wears street-like robes, glvoes that look like traffic cones, and a belt that goes green to red. He's the main villain but didn't get to be one due to his death, sadly, he died and never came back...

An evil Blue Hedgehog with red eyes that kills people n stuff. He thinks he is god but isn't when Popuko tells him "The Truth" in episode 6.
More About this "Sonic.EXE" guy.[edit | edit source]
Sonic.EXE originated as a Creepypasta fanfic by Jack Cranely (also known as Sir JC the Hyena) that can be read if you go on AO3 or something. Since then, it has been turned into a video game that replicates the experience (sans X actually coming out of the screen) by MY5TCrimson. But Jack Cranely got so pissed off that he said "It was a fanfic!"
The "X" Virus is a stupid virus being that was born in a COVID 19, who learned about the real world and decided it was his for the taking. Taking the form of Sonic the Hedgehog, to create an elaborate game so he could reach into the human world and steal the souls of those who played it to populate his realm with slaves, which Sonic.EXE is not racist, but he is kinda.
Lesson learned: Don't make fanfics of Creepypastas unless someone made a game out of it.

The annoying kid who says 67 in Popuko and Pipimi's classroom, he always says "67" so many times that Popuko hates him now, he is friends with Speccy and that weird anime kid, his goal was to annoy Popuko by saing "6-7" 67 times, which is annoying.
Shouta Aoi[edit | edit source]
A famous Japanese singer, paid actor, and a Ultimate Loser Kamen Rider human who first appeared in Season 2, his goal is to save the entire multiverse and the army from the General Nishikawa, which was a Japanese singer and a paid actor as well. Due to his look, he gets angry when everytime somebody calls him a girl, despite his gender male as confirmed in his birth certificate. He once saved the multiverse and defeated the hired paid actor Nishikawa with all of the help of Popuko and Pipimi's versions. "That, which isn't possible." Said one guy who thinks he knows everything.

P. Diddy is a minor character (not minor as in underage) who took Popuko to his Diddy Party in episode 8. She thought it was the HOUSE OF 'NINE, and didn't care until Diddy touched her...
The Mayor[edit | edit source]
He is an unknown anomally that is the Mayor. He is the Mayor.
Bobuko/Bob-Ko[edit | edit source]
A poorly drawn version of Popuko itself, usually nicer and not meaner, he is the clone of Popuko in the first place. Bobuko once got angry over water in some episode where the waiter threw water at bobuko, causing him to kill the waiter, not really. And one time where he told the Mayor to add a new invention to a playground.
