Creating a melody based on the brain

When I'm practicing to play the piano I did just came up with a new idea, you know, there's 7 music notes (from A to G) from low to high. It occurred to me that my "making a melody based in my mind" dream has NOW become truth, by making "my own music" using the piano, can you do that?
