Sanctions and some other things

User:Brogo13 has mostly followed his UN:OFFICE sanctions, and while they cover his most egregious issues, there's still some more issues he has that I think need to be covered:

• He likes replacing hyphens with templates, which makes the source hard to read.
• He deletes messages from his talk page, commonly without replying, and when he does reply, his responses are even more obtuse than they were before the restrictions were put in place.
• He writes out numbers, which is sometimes okay, but he also does it when it really isn't appropriate (such as in percentages).
• He seems to be using a text editor, browser plugin, or extension that makes his revision differences really difficult to read.
• He links to an essay he wrote himself in all his edit summaries.

All of these issues (except the talk page one) can be seen in this edit.

While he's stopped doing this, I am aware that he used to add File:Knotes.jpg into the notes section of many articles. I feel like all these issues should be incorporated into his UN:OFFICE restrictions.

@Willy on wheels: Going back to the Brogo issue, none of those things are office-worthy:

• Those templates are actually helpful, see Template talk:SP.
• He’s allowed to delete messages from his own talk page. I know that his manner of communicating is extremely annoying, and when it’s also disruptive or dick-level rude, I won’t hesitate to block him for it. Let me know if I ever miss something.
• Usually writing out numbers is more aligned with wikipedia’s style. If using numerals for whatever reason works better in some situation, that’s fine, just let him know, if he acts like a dick he can enjoy a block.
• I also find the long ass edits annoying, but not office-worthy.
• Yeah the edit summary essay links are on par with his communication style, which again is always close to warranting a block.

My personal opinion is that both names are funny. Probably best to leave the original name tho since it's been around for so long, even tho it's longer and less catchy.
