Some of the selections aren't as funny as others, so I'm definitely open to ideas, critique, etc. I'm also considering adding links to Wikipedia articles for some of the more obscure references (like Harlow Curtice killing his friend in a hunting accident, Reagan consulting an astrologer, etc.). Hi @Alialfaisal:, I've taken another look at the article and some of the links in it. For the most part, it just looks like a normal encyclopedia article about a writer. Because I'm unfamiliar with the subject, I can't tell if there are any jokes in there at all, except for maybe the comment about "how Yemenis became Facebook addicts". The main thing you should do to improve the article is add some jokes. You can also remove most/all of the links to outside websites. We don't need to see all of this writer's work, unless it's something bizarre or funny. For all I know it might be, but since I unfortunately don't speak any Arabic, I can't tell. Maybe you can change the titles of the books to something that looks like Arabic but is actually something funny in English? Also, there are a few grammatical errors. I'm a big fan of studying foreign languages, so I know how difficult this can be. I'm more than happy to help correct them after the article gets funnier. Lastly, when responding on talk pages, please indent your responses by using colons (:). Typically we add one more colon each time we add something to a thread. This helps separate each response and make the whole thing easier to read. And of course, welcome to Uncyclopedia! Let me know if you have any other questions. MrX blow me 15:59, 21 July 2020 (UTC)

Well, {{Ping}} never worked on my native wiki (Lusophone Uncyclopedia/Desciclopédia) and maybe it will never work there because of our servers full of bugs. But I guess Ping depends on Echo extension to work. This extension is outdated on your wiki. So my tip is: Try updating Echo extension. If it doesn't work, I know of no other solution than to contact some programmer from Wikipedia or Miraheze for more information on how Ping's notification system works. But if you get it, please notify me because maybe I can make {{Ping}} work in the wikis of the Uncyclomedia Foundation too.

And could you suggest an active, evil administrator? I know a vandal who was blocked last year here at Uncyclopedia, created an unauthorized clone of my person (for hating me for blocking him at Babel, and so he harassed me in other wikis and was blocked in them) and now he has created a new account, is active here and requests sysops to make determined edits in the namespace MediaWiki. I don't know the Uncyclopedia rules, but if bypassing the ban is forbidden, then he is breaking the rules.

And I'm sorry if my English is bad.

Thanks for the suggestions of administrators. Generally, the person who updates MediaWiki and extensions is the administrator of the servers and others who have access to it. If I'm not mistaken, the administrator of Uncyclopedia's servers is Lyrithya (I'm not sure). And about you being beginner, I'm also beginner (but advanced) in relation to other older and more experienced users of Desciclopédia. Ok, well this is a joke encyclopedia with some very risque and profane humor all over the place. We are not going to be sensitive to younger audiences, because people who are too young to handle risque and profane humor should not be on this website. 5 or 6 year olds definitely should not be on this website. I'm not sure why migrating to this website would be a solution to being locked on WMF. Our purpose is completely different from theirs. Interesting, I didn’t realize that about rollback. I haven’t edited Wikipedia in a long time, and I didn’t have rollback when I did. I just thought it was a quicker, easier way to revert, especially when reverting multiple edits at once. I didn’t know that it implied the edit being reverted was vandalism. Creating Pages

Ok, tbh, I can do things like making the article, but I need your help with the info box. I’m busy the rest of the day though, if I can find a day to wake up at 6:45AM, I can do it then. I need extra morning time.(by the way, in UTC, that’s 10:45. Normally I get up at 8am, which is 12:00 in UTC, but for school it will be 7:15AM, or 11:15 in UTC. Ok, well whenever you like, you should try copying the infobox from the Wikipedia article. I'm not sure if the infoboxes for roads will work properly here, but you can try. If not, just copy something from one of the interstate articles here that you've edited. Also, if the Wikipedia infobox doesn't work, you can reach out to User:JPLSilva, who can likely help you. He mainly edits the Portuguese Uncyclopedia, but he has been very helpful with templates I have worked with, especially the NFL biography infobox I used on Colin Kaepernick. So as you can see, it didn't exactly work. I tried copying the infobox from the Wikipedia article, but Uncyclopedia is missing a lot of templates. I had a similar problem with Colin Kaepernick, and User:JPLSilva was able to help out. I'd recommend reaching out to him. Or, as I've mentioned, maybe just copy some infoboxes from the other Interstate pages, like maybe Interstate 95, and then change everything. It might be a little tedious, so hopefully Silva or someone can help with the templates. Do you know how to upload photos? It's really easy and would probably work nicely if you took the infobox from I-95 and changed the images. Take a look at this section of Y's talk page for instructions on uploading. Ok. So to answer your questions. I edited it as not only is it inappropriate, it's also extrodinarily rude, see WP:WP:NPA. Also, is MrX your account on Wikipedia? Your second question-I didn't revert that edit on Space, an annonomoys user did. [1]. I just gave them a warning[2], and welcomed the anon editor. Sure, it's a good faith edit, but IMO it's a mix of vandalism and funniness. And I'm a bit more conservative. I removed the hyphen because it otherwise it would seem like one word(for example, sixty-seven), but unless you can give me a good argument of why it should be one word, I wouldn't want it. As a side note, found out that it doesn't even look like a middle finger. It instead looks like a pointer finger. It's funny to think that, but still. Also when I welcomed the anon user[3] I was unaware of previous vandalism. Again, we don’t need to worry about things that are “inappropriate”. If it was truly directed at someone in particular, then that would be one thing, but it’s clearly meant to be funny. As for that imposter on Wikipedia, “he is a liar who can...” lol I think you get my point. No that’s not me, didn’t know there was one on Wikipedia but I can’t say I’m surprised. MrX was probably used in books and movies long before I was born. I know you didn’t revert the edit on space, but telling the user that it was vandalism and could get him blocked was less than correct. Once again, I'm not entirely sure what you mean, so I'll try to respond to what I think you mean. No, this is not an encyclopedia, as has been explained to you multiple times by multiple people. You can use undo on a mobile device. Maybe not in the mobile version of the site, but just scroll to the bottom, click on desktop, and it can be done. If for some reason your device still can’t do that, then it’s best to not make any edits with that device. If you thought the edit was in good faith then you should not have used rollback. @Gale5050: I probably won't make that article. I don't think I'll have the time, and I'm not sure I have enough good ideas for it. You don't need to worry about a coi issue, again, please stop posting Wikipedia policies here. While we're on the subject of hurricanes, about Hurricane Harvey, I probably won't do a pee review for it because it's currently too short, that's the main issue with it. I'd also recommend trying to incorporate some sort of funny concept with it, like calling the hurricane Harvey Weinstein, talking about how it raped people, etc. But that's just an idea, not a must-do. Hey GoatLordServent, I just read both articles. My first thought is that they are very funny! They both have cool, funny concepts. If you're looking for ways to improve, maybe add one or two more images to Frog Family and change the captions on the first and third images in Walter The Dog to something funnier. Other than that, maybe add a few more lol-worthy jokes. That's obviously the vaguest and hardest way to improve an article. If I get some good ideas, I'll add them and see what you think. But then again, these articles are pretty good so far. Several of my articles have funny concepts but aren't necessarily gonna make everyone laugh out loud when they read them, and that's okay. I've also got an idea to slightly change the controversy part on Frog Family. Maybe add something like the controversy first happened in the 1971, gov claimed to have retired them, however a frog sighting was reported the next day, so Nixon claimed the witness was high and declared drug abuse to be public enemy #1 and took the war on drugs to a whole new level. Then in a new paragraph, we can say the controversy arose again in 2020 when more frogs were seen. Republicans claimed that the Chinese had hacked the mickey mouse club to take control of the frogs. Democrats claimed Trump willingly handed over control to Putin and the Russians in an enormously elaborate and complex plot (while simultaneously claiming pointing out that he is too stupid to change a light bulb). @Hipponias: I just read it. 很有意思！ I love the concept. I made a minor edit, just some capitalization and bold letters. Right now, I don't have too much specific stuff to say to help improve this article. This article could probably benefit from another image or two, and I would definitely add some more "rituals". I also do have a thought, not really a must-do. This article is called Extinction Rebellion, but the words Rebel and Rebellion don't appear anywhere else. Perhaps renaming the article "Extinctionism", while also saying that it is sometimes called the Extinction Rebellion, could make it a little more consistent. Or another way could be to add the word rebellion/rebel a few times throughout the article. But the consistency thing I'm bringing up isn't a huge issue, just a thought. I'll hopefully be able to add some funny stuff myself (maybe rituals, maybe elsewhere in the article) later this week. I've also got some things I'm trying to do with the articles Walter The Dog and Frog Family (see above), and I haven't forgotten about our issue with Coca cola, but I should be able to tackle these things this week. I just wanted to tell you that there are lots of spambots running rampant on Uncyclopedia, because the abuse filter is being throttled. I have pinged Lyrithya about it.

If you have any spam pages to report, feel free to ping me as well on my user talk page about it. No amount of abuse filters will help stop throttled filters, unfortunately, so there isn't much I can do about it, except manually huff the page and the IP/user behind it.

Howdy once again MrX, I have managed to successfully contact Lyrithya, and the limit has been increased from 0.10 to 0.70; this means that now, for every 1,000 edits, at least 701 of them need to be spam in order for the throttle to activate itself. Hopefully this stops the "obvious" spambots from popping up.
