Template documentationPurpose: to be used in signatures to circumvent Subst.
Usage: in Special:Preferences in the Nickname field (as raw), for example:
{{Nosubst|User:<insert name here>/sig{{!}}[[User:{{USERNAME}}]]}}
Which becomes:
{{Subst:Nosubst|User:<insert name here>/sig{{subst:!}}[[User:{{USERNAME}}]]}}
The extra bit at the end which is required if you want pings to work properly. Or you could put the link to your userpage into a parameter of {{nosubst2}}. Speaking of...
{{nosubst2}} may be used if you want your nosubst'ed template to have a parameter. You get the idea if you need more than one parameter.
