User talk:Alula
Wang Jianzhang American informant[edit source]
This is the fourth time in a row this article gets re-created by a sockpuppet of God V (talk • contribs • deleted contribs • nuke contribs • logs • filter log • block user • block log). I don't know why they keep trying if they've already seen their article is not welcome... Do you think this user should be added to UN:LSD, as they've already used several sockpuppets for this? DaniPine3 (talk) 09:21, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
- Unless this continues for quite a while, no. Three sockpuppets in the span of a month isn't enough to end up on LSD in my opinion (unless you're Crocotta, but it was blatantly obvious that she wasn't gonna give up on vandalizing any time soon when she was added there).
- Makes sense. That said, I have the feeling this sockpuppeteer will come back soon. As far as I've seen, most users that engage in this kind of vanity articles only do it once and then leave after realizing their vanity isn't welcone here; but this vandal seem to be persistent for some reason. I don't get what they think they're achieving by constantly recreating this article; if anything, it's making me believe this "Wang Jianzhang" guy is the good guy in this story, and is being framed for reasons that escape me this moment... Thanks :] It was annoying to see how they were vandalizing the hell out of pages for no reason. I actually thought it might be svex for the "MilkyWay" thing, but they don't seem to have the same behaviour svex sockpuppets usually do... DaniPine3 (talk) 11:34, 4 September 2024 (UTC)
Permission[edit source]
The guy that kept redirecting his userpage plagiarized from this and claims that he didn't even though he clearly did. The page he made is here, and as you can see he very clearly just copied the text from my page. What I want to ask is if I can put his "Panther Empire" in QVFD, or is that not allowed? Also, also: this happened. Do you think you should do one of those "hide history" that admins are able to do? (not speaking about banning the IP because it's pretty obvious you will) DaniPine3 (talk) 17:02, 8 September 2024 (UTC)
- No, that's more or less just vandalism. Hiding vandalism isn't something that we do. 18:13, 8 September 2024 (UTC)

- I don’t think there’s any rules saying that only admins can archive pages, just that archiving specific things like VFD and VFH should be done by them. You could absolutely archive the Chess page on your own. 04:33, 12 September 2024 (UTC)

- The third sunday of this September is on the 22nd, not the 24th
- Trying to hit "edit" on this section actually sends the person hitting that button to edit the template itself. You might wanna find a way of substituting the header or something to make sure that doesn't happen. 20:51, 15 September 2024 (UTC)

Guppy[edit source]
Thanks for adding extended confirmed protection to that page. I was growing tired of reverting the same IP user again and again. What obsession do they have with guppies, anyways? It's just a fucking fish... DaniPine3 (talk) 07:43, 16 September 2024 (UTC)
- I don't know. My guess is that guppies are popular in the UK.
- Why UK of all places? DaniPine3 (talk) 19:43, 16 September 2024 (UTC)
- Because the IP editor used 3 IP addresses all from the UK specifically (also "guppy" sounds like a word they say in Britain).
- Guppy sounded to me like a joke word and never thought it was a word that actually existed. In fact the first time I saw the guppy article I thought they had just made up a new species of fish for the joke. But it turns out that words does exist. English sure is an odd language. He vandalized International Panther Association Council of Uncyclopedia Party by adding a needless "QVFD" tag, can you please fix this out or block him. That can help.
Without 2600:1700:103A:D800:1534:D1D7:A8D8:66CF's pumpkin shaped head, this was HIS fault. PantherZX0815 talk 02:18, 19 September 2024 (UTC)
- Sorry to barge in, as I'm not Alula, but International Panther Association Council of Uncyclopedia Party actually should be QVFD'd. It includes both vanity and it is too short. And I wouldn't say adding a needless QVFD tag deserves a block. Fenris2010 the moccasin-wearing Grue You hear growling... 02:36, 19 September 2024 (UTC)

- @PantherZX0815: I haven't read your article, but the fact that it featured your username on the title already makes it obvious that it was vanity. - Btw, @PantherZX0815: something I've seen is that so far all your edits have included vanity of some kind or another. Not in the sense of talking about your friends or about yourself, but more so that you always added your username on it. Like in the color ranking you did the other day, for example; which wouldn't have been considered vanity had you not added "panther" on the title. The problem with doing that kind of thing is that this is a wiki, and the whole point of a wiki is that everyone can edit, so articles aren't reall "property" (so to say) of anybody. I hope I made myself clear. DaniPine3 (talk) 12:49, 19 September 2024 (UTC)

Can you please change my name to Feliner05?[edit source]
Too much marking for my username. So I guess you could change it. Feliner05 is a better name compared to my current username (PantherZX0815). PantherZX0815 talk 15:57, 28 September 2024 (UTC)
- @PantherZX0815: Are you sure you want to change your name? You already changed it once; changing it more than that might create confussion over who you are. Plus, you've already associated yourself with the name "panther", specially considering you created a game called "Panther Escape I". If you change your name, you'll also have to change every time you've used the word "panther" to refer to yourself. Alternative choice: Change your name to Panther05 (although, as I said before, you already changed your name before...) DaniPine3 (talk) 17:27, 28 September 2024 (UTC)

Yet another God V sockpuppet[edit source]
Gosh darn it, I really hate that guy... At least other sockpuppeteers, like Svex and Crocotta, try to keep their edits varied, even if they follow the same themes... Didn't you guys made the spam filter check for these kind of edits? Why did it not block them this time? Last time, it worked... DaniPine3 (talk) 08:06, 10 October 2024 (UTC)
- Because abuse filters are generally extremely case-sensitive. And also they're quite easy to avoid apparently (the Svex filter and Wolverhampton filters were all deactivated because said users managed to keep evading their respective filters, for example).
- Well, that's a shame... I mean, both Svex and Walbro are harder to filter because they don't usually write the same things twice (they have similar themes, but different wording); but this "God V" guy is literally creating the same one article everytime they show up. And it's just getting annoying, honestly. At least with Walbro it's interesting to see what the guy might come up next, and svex tried to use different wordings; but this guy is just making the same thing again and again. Haven't they already noticed their article is not welcome here? I wish some they they give up and just stop... DaniPine3 (talk) 17:19, 10 October 2024 (UTC)
- I think if you set up the filter so that it catches both the uppercase and the lowercase variant of the words, it might work... DaniPine3 (talk) 17:20, 10 October 2024 (UTC)
- Yeah, it already does that. But it was evaded anyway, mostly by just... swapping the order of the first and last names. And there's probably more ways to evade the filter, too.
- You could oustmart the vandal by thinking ahead and adding every possible variation into the filter. Maybe, doing this, they will be fed up of always being banned before even editing something, and finally leave us alone... DaniPine3 (talk) 17:47, 10 October 2024 (UTC)
- No, that's gonna take way too much time. And also, the wiki software itself will probably flag the filter by that point, making it completely pointless.
- Well, that's a shame. Let's just hope God V will eventually go away...
btw, don't you think at this point they should be listed in UN:LSD? And also have their several sockpuppets in a sockpuppets category? In the same vain svex and Crocotta do? DaniPine3 (talk) 17:55, 10 October 2024 (UTC)- I don't know. Probably not, but maybe at some point. 20:05, 10 October 2024 (UTC)

- Don’t worry, we don’t have the usernames themselves in this filter. It just triggers when a new user writes in some very specific names into an article named something specific (which i’m almost completely certain no one who actually want to contribute here would ever try to add). 07:33, 11 October 2024 (UTC)

There's this IP called 95.133.48.110 (talk • contribs • deleted contribs • nuke contribs • logs • filter log • block user • block log) that keeps making nonsensical edits. They seem to be weirdly obsessed with colors and keep adding colored fonts and color-related terms in articles that have nothing to do with colors. They also like to hide the title of these articles for some reason, and have created really short articles that make no sense. It's been vandalizing since yesterday and it's getting annoying to revert their nonsensical edits. Do you think they should be banned? DaniPine3 (talk) 09:47, 11 October 2024 (UTC)

- Yeah, you can't patrol your own edits, since all user rights that let you do that also makes you autopatrolled. I think the only exception to this is being a Wikipedia admin that (for some reason) didn't give themselves any autopatrolling user rights. 20:03, 14 October 2024 (UTC)

Weird people[edit source]
I've seen you've deleted this article. Honestly, I feel bad for the guy that made it. It's pretty obvious they're just a newbie; I had to reach out the guy by talking in their own article because they didn't even know how to use their talkpage... Which, by the way, is what might have made it look like a hot mess. Maybe you should undelete the page and at least wait for the construction tag to expire... Even if it's just so the guy can see my comment on how to use their talkpage. Then I'll be able to tell them you've deleted their article when the day comes... DaniPine3 (talk) 18:10, 16 October 2024 (UTC)
- Yeah, maybe i pulled the trigger too early. I kinda didn't read more than the first section or so (i don't tend to do that for pages like this), so that's kinda on me. 20:26, 16 October 2024 (UTC)
Brogo[edit source]
pretty sure this counts as vanity. DaniPine3 (talk) 15:00, 18 October 2024 (UTC)
- I blocked him for a week, not opposed to an increase if someone else thinks that's necessary. MrX 15:07, 18 October 2024 (UTC)
- @MrX: I said it was vanity not because of the Wikipedia drama (I honestly had no idea what that image was supposed to be) but more so because he linked to his talkpage in a mainspace article. Not that it would be the first time someone would link to an userspace in mainspace, but this time, it was pretty uncalled for. DaniPine3 (talk) 15:11, 18 October 2024 (UTC)
- Not to mention that that image had nothing to do with the article topic. I removed it for that reason and he put it back, incredibly big, probably just to spite me. Brogo should have realized by now that kind of behavior is the reason why he's always getting blocked... DaniPine3 (talk) 15:13, 18 October 2024 (UTC)

This vandal is pissing me off[edit source]
There's this vandal whose IP is 174.81.176.96 (talk • contribs • deleted contribs • nuke contribs • logs • filter log • block user • block log) that seems weirdly obsessed with removing all kinds of swearwords on articles. I've tried to talk to them but they're ignoring me and won't stop. Please help DaniPine3 (talk) 23:43, 21 October 2024 (UTC)
- Also this vandal may or may not be tied woth a recently-registered account called Zhe Gubermenschlich whose only contribution - apart from uploading weird US-looking flag- was removing swear words from an article. That said, it might be a coincidence, but pretty suspicious nonetheless. DaniPine3 (talk) 23:47, 21 October 2024 (UTC)

- It's probably not Gale, because it'd be extremely apparent if he was the one using this IP, and i don't recall reading about him having problems with any sort of swearing/curse words anywhere.
- I don't actually think it was Gale5050, just reminded me of my first interaction with him (for the curious: see this, this, and this). He eventually got over the cussing but was still a nightmare, of course. MrX 22:01, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
- I'm curious. I've been hearing of this Gale guy ever since I logged in here, but by that time he had already been banned time ago, so I've (thankfully) never got to meet him in person. What is exactly what he did to be permanently blocked? DaniPine3 (talk) 22:12, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
- Gale5050 was a problem from the start. Actually, he was the biggest problem on this site ever from the start. He was a total fucking asshole, for starters. He also wasn't here to read/write comedy. He was here because he is obsessed with Wikipedia, got banned there, and so he came over here to be a dick. Clicking on those links above should give you an idea of what he was like, same with his talk page archive. We tried to work with him, he never listened, so we all wanted him gone, except for Cassie (I'll never understand why she tried to work with him, it was obvious from the start that he was useless and worthless). The final straw was when Gale5050 misgendered Cassie. He did it a couple times, it wasn't a mistake. That's when she finally blocked him for like 3 years or something, which I changed to indef after several incidents of socking. MrX 23:30, 22 October 2024 (UTC)

- But please block Brown9622 cuz he is crack on color pages (only leave him to edit Brown, include pages that have the entire page as HTML/CSS <span style"background-color: color here">text</span>), only leave pages that do not consider color pages and the entire page as background-color Gabri growl sniff 22:28, 23 October 2024 (UTC)
- @Gabri The Pawed Panther: Why do you want to block Brown? He's a really nice editor that did no wrong. Suggestion[edit source]
HowTo:Make Black Metal should be a featured article in Halloween, as it's realated to satanism and darkness in the same vain Halloween does, so it's pretty much the perfect match. DaniPine3 (talk) 19:11, 25 October 2024 (UTC)

More vandalism[edit source]
An IP named 188.58.56.81 (talk • contribs • deleted contribs • nuke contribs • logs • filter log • block user • block log) came into the sandbox and promised that Skipideist is going to come nack. I think you should block that IP to avoid that happening. DaniPine3 (talk) 07:52, 26 October 2024 (UTC)

- thanks :] no idea what the problem with that "skipideist" guy is. The first time they logged in, they seemed to be just an average user; and then one day out of nowhere they started vandalizing thousands of articles for no reason. Tbf, he kinda deserved it for acting such a dick by reverting someone's vote against his article on VFH and vandilizing their userpage (and also mine because I reverted them). I tried to talk to them about the issue and Gabri just spewed nonsense at me. No idea what's the matter with that guy. DaniPine3 (talk) 19:15, 27 October 2024 (UTC)

More vandalism: The Sequel[edit source]
It seems that "Skipidist" or however it's called guy wants to become a famous vandal in the same vain willy on wheels is, considering the amount of Uncyclopedias he's vandalised and the way they directly interact with the admins in search to be recognised. Which is funny, because I honestly consider them a nobody who logged in here once and was never really to be heard of again -albeit for some times they themselves have used IPs to come back. I'd say Walbro, Svex and Crocotta are much more memorable vandals and this Skipidist guy will never achieve to get to their level. Hell, the Chinese Propaganda Guy is even much more meorable than this "Skipidist" nobody. I don't even care if I wrote that wrong. DaniPine3 (talk) 15:44, 3 November 2024 (UTC)
- I personally wouldn't really give this person any attention at all. That's very clearly all they want.
- Attention is seriously needed on the simple english uncyclopedia, the person mentioned above has vandalized all the pages and I need help reverting every single edit he made. It is stupidly difficult with no active users, reCAPTCHA, and without rollback permissions. Please, if you could notify whatever staff is there for help that would be greatly appreciated. jackson • 🅱️😂👌 • 🫲🗿🍷 • 16:43, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- @Jackson: huh, really? I'd like to help you out, but sadly I don't browse that website. It's true that no admins are in charge there? Then how do you get rid of vandals? DaniPine3 (talk) 16:47, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- There is just ONE active admin who also tried to revert everything, but they only managed to revert just 5 edits out of hundreds of them. I have to painstakingly undo every single edit one by one. jackson • 🅱️😂👌 • 🫲🗿🍷 • 16:50, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- @Jackson: Well, I'm glad to hear there is at least one admin, because that means you could get rid of that guy. Shouldn't an admin be able to successfully rollback all of their edits, tho? (see: UN:VIP) DaniPine3 (talk) 16:53, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- @DaniPine3: Yes, they should. They did block the vandal but for whatever reason they only rolled back five of their edits before stopping. jackson • 🅱️😂👌 • 🫲🗿🍷 • 16:55, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- @Jackson: Well, that's weird. As I've said before, I don't browse Uncyclopedia in simple English, so I don't know if I can be of help. Sorry. At least you got that bastard blocked, meaning that you won't have to revert even more edits... DaniPine3 (talk) 17:02, 6 November 2024 (UTC)

- @Wikipedia Be Sucking: .info? I'm pretty sure it's .org DaniPine3 (talk) 17:48, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- @DaniPine3: I tried .org, it didn't load for me, also it seems the above page from .info is vandalized (though the site loads slowly for me, and I can't revert it) is the simple English encyclopedia a part of this one, in the sense that the UMF operates that one too? WPBS (talk) 17:51, 6 November 2024 (UTC)

- Yeah, all of the Uncyclopedias hosted by Carlb (like the Simple English one) has at least three different URLs.
- Who is Carlb? And why did the guy get three different URLs for each individual Uncyclopedia? DaniPine3 (talk) 18:34, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- He's a guy who hosts a bunch of different language Uncyclopedias (most of which have been completely abandoned for at least 13 years at this point). And i'm pretty sure the reason he has at least three different URLs for each of them is so he can switch them around so he doesn't have to pay a ridiculous of money to keep two dozen dead websites appear high on the search results (the ones that costs a lot are the .org ones, by the way).
- Okay, so, you're telling me that in order to avoid paying a lot of money, he's buying more than one url? Yea, that makes complete sense. DaniPine3 (talk) 18:48, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- I'm sorry if i explained that very badly. I meant to say domains, not URLs. And i'm pretty sure you can't get the .org URL for most of his wikis by just searching them up, and definitely not the Simple English one. Apparently that costs less.
- then how is it that the Uncyclopedia main page, in the different language section, links you to simple.uncyc.org? DaniPine3 (talk) 18:59, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- Because the person who linked it used that specific URL, and not the one you would get by searching up "simple english uncyclopedia" in a web browser. If you do actually search that up, then you get linked to simple.uncyclopedia.info instead (and it's further down on the list than you'd expect, too).
- it's true, it's actually the third result... the first one is User:Happytimes/Simple English Uncyclopedia. Perhaps we should move that to mainspace so that the first result isn't a link to userspace.... DaniPine3 (talk) 19:10, 6 November 2024 (UTC)

- @Wikipedia Be Sucking: .info? I'm pretty sure it's .org DaniPine3 (talk) 17:48, 6 November 2024 (UTC)

- @Jackson: I've just logged in in Simple English Uncyclopedia and I'm trying to get rid of the vandalism one by one. Hope it helps. DaniPine3 (talk) 17:28, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- Yeah, i can't really help with this. The Simple English Uncyclopedia is moderated by completely different people who will most likely not see this message. I'd suggest reaching out to one of the active ones there or try to alert someone on UnMeta about it instead.
- @DaniPine3: Yes, they should. They did block the vandal but for whatever reason they only rolled back five of their edits before stopping. jackson • 🅱️😂👌 • 🫲🗿🍷 • 16:55, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- @Jackson: huh, really? I'd like to help you out, but sadly I don't browse that website. It's true that no admins are in charge there? Then how do you get rid of vandals? DaniPine3 (talk) 16:47, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
19:21, 3 November 2024 (UTC)
- Attention is seriously needed on the simple english uncyclopedia, the person mentioned above has vandalized all the pages and I need help reverting every single edit he made. It is stupidly difficult with no active users, reCAPTCHA, and without rollback permissions. Please, if you could notify whatever staff is there for help that would be greatly appreciated. jackson • 🅱️😂👌 • 🫲🗿🍷 • 16:43, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
No, we shouldn't, because it's not a good article at all. I'm pretty sure that's the reason why it was moved into the author's userspace to begin with.
20:58, 6 November 2024 (UTC)- oh, you're right about that. btw, are you interested in continuing writing in the ASBOxAAT series? :] DaniPine3 (talk) 21:03, 6 November 2024 (UTC)

block thing[edit source]
Hey so several times I've seen you've blocked people without them editing anything, and I wanted to try doing the same, but it seems I goofed up. How exactly do I know when someone is a spambot or something like that? DaniPine3 (talk) 10:23, 15 November 2024 (UTC)
- It's mostly just a matter of recognizing them based on what you already know about spambots. That usually means looking through their abuse log to see if there's some spam that's been blocked by one of our filters. Their usernames aren't necessarily a tell of them being a spambot (although most of the time they do follow specific naming conventions), and neither is someone's IP being a proxy/VPN/webhost/datacenter/iCloud relay address. The main reason i block proxies used by spambots is that they could be used by spambots again in the future.
- I also have to note that you don't need to worry about new users being spambots anyway, because the vast majority of them (probably above 99% of them) get blocked from doing literally anything here in the first place. There's just been a recent uptick of some of them getting past that restriction.
- Oh, okay. Thanks for explaining :]
btw, while I'm at it, being an admin, I should be able to see an IP's edits in check user, right? I'm saying this because whenever I click "see edits" on the check user it brings me an error, and I don't know what the problem might be. DaniPine3 (talk) 10:58, 15 November 2024 (UTC)- I don't think that button has ever worked while i've been an admin.
- huh? really? then why is it there? DaniPine3 (talk) 11:08, 15 November 2024 (UTC)
- I don't know, but it's definitely broken.
- Well, that's a shame... isn't there anyone on this wiki that would know how to fix it? DaniPine3 (talk) 11:20, 15 November 2024 (UTC)
- No, a sysadmin has to do it. I could probably get one of them to do it if it's really important (i don't really think it is, because you can just copy the IP address and paste it into Special:Contribs to get their contributions anyway). 11:22, 15 November 2024 (UTC)
- that's true, but then it makes me wonder why that function is broken in the first place. DaniPine3 (talk) 11:39, 15 November 2024 (UTC)
- There's a lot of reasons that function could be broken (probably just from an older version of the wiki software), but all it would bring up is a list of all edits from that IP address (including logged in editors), which as Alula pointed out can be found almost as easily by looking at their contribs. User:Crocotta1 impersonator probably is a sock of User:Crocotta1[edit source]
Their edits don't really match Crocotta's style, but I'd still argue it's probably Crocotta for one main reason:
- Nobody gives a shit about Crocotta other than herself.
Willy on Wheels, The Fuerdai Vandal. (Babbling ~ Recent ramblings) 13:49, 20 November 2024 (UTC)
- @Willy on wheels: actually, I'm not that sure that is the same vandal as Crocotta. The first time that kind of behavior was seen on Uncyclopedia was with an user named DIRTY DILDO (talk • contribs • deleted contribs • nuke contribs • logs • filter log • block user • block log), which then came a second time as LET'S HAVE SOME SEX WITH A SMELLY DICK COVERED IN PISS SHOVED UP A GAPING ASSHOLE (talk • contribs • deleted contribs • nuke contribs • logs • filter log • block user • block log). When that second account was banned, Bad Motherfucker commented that it was probably Crocotta on the block log, which probably the vandal then saw and decided to create a third account called 'Crocotta impersonator' just for the lols. But they definitely don't seem to be Crocotta, because she has never been as profane and assholey as DIRTY DILDO was. In fact, Crocotta came back again not too long ago, and she was behaving the same as usual, so it doesn't make sense that she would have decided to act like a totally different person for like two days. I don't know where, but I'm pretty sure Jackson commented that it was a vandal from Encyclopedia Drammatica, which probably got banned there (btw, you have to be a real asshole to be banned from a place like Encyclopedia Drammatica) and came here instead. Perhaps Jackson can bring more light to this matter. DaniPine3 (talk) 14:34, 20 November 2024 (UTC)

He also made multiple edits at a time on admins talk pages, likely to flood their notifications if the echo system is installed. But yeah, that guy is a dick. Oh, and I forgot to mention, there is a page on ED quite literally named “I’M GONNA RAID ENCYCLOPEDIA DRAMATICA” which he made, and its just the middle finger and long list of profanities. I've seen lately you've been less active than before. It's probably nothing important, but I just wanted to drop here and ask how you're doing. :] DaniPine3 (talk) 13:58, 22 November 2024 (UTC)

Categorizing redirects[edit source]
Quite a few redirects here are categorized, so wouldn't it make more sense for us to categorize new redirects from now on instead of tediously removing categories from the previous redirects? WPBS (talk) 13:20, 25 November 2024 (UTC)
- No, there's no point in categorizing them. Categories are meant to help people find articles on specific subjects, and redirects don't help with that at all.
- yea, Wikipedia Be Sucking, I don't get why you like to categorize redirects so much. It's only useful if it's a redirect with possibilities, and even those aren't that categorized until someone makes an actual article out of them. Also you categorize both the uppercase redirect and the lowercase redirect, which is even less useful; if you're going to categorize a redirect, categorizing the proper-written version is more than enough. I hope you understand why it's kinda pointless. DaniPine3 (talk) 15:22, 25 November 2024 (UTC)
- @DaniPine3: Makes sense I guess, I'll go through redirects I've done so far, and remove categories for ones without possibilities. As for the lowercase redirects, I did that a couple times one day until you told me that it was pointless, and I haven't done it since. WPBS (talk) 17:12, 25 November 2024 (UTC)

kumon[edit source]
The ICU has expired. However, I still believe it should be left like this. This definitely wouldn't be the only article to have been left undeleted despite its questionable appearance - hell, some even got featured -, so I can't see why this one has to bite the dust. I just think its childish prose makes it unintentionally funny :] DaniPine3 (talk) 02:29, 30 November 2024 (UTC)
- I feel like there are some very clear differences from articles like the one you just mentioned, for example the fact that it's just uninspired childish nonsense and nothing else. I know that multiple of articles like these that got kept were either because 1: it became a huge in-joke, or 2: they were original. Our article on Kumon isn't either, instead being a literal example of what multiple examples on this page is talking about. 02:39, 30 November 2024 (UTC)

the panther case[edit source]
A side of me is sad that Panther got blocked only two days after getting unbanned; another side is telling me that perhaps one week isn't enough for the block, considering last time this user got banned for one whole month and doesn't seem to have learnt anything... DaniPine3 (talk) 16:03, 30 November 2024 (UTC)
- It’s not quite as bad as last time (MrX increased his block because he had also voted anonomously, which is something i didn’t really notice back then), but yeah, he very clearly hasn’t learned anything from that. I’ll wait and see what the inevitable email i get is gonna say before i do anything else.
- yeah, I too got emails from Panther during last block... I mostly ignored them, not because I wanted to, but because I genuinely don't know what the button to reply to the emails is... DaniPine3 (talk) 16:11, 30 November 2024 (UTC)
- I think it’s just thw regular reply button that emails normally have.
- the problem is by doing that I'd be using my personal email, and I'd like to send the email through Uncyclopedia, like Panther does. Isn't there a button on Uncyclopedia for that? There has to be a button for that... DaniPine3 (talk) 16:38, 30 November 2024 (UTC)
- There isn't. The only proper solution is to use a non-personal email. You could technically use Special:EmailUser to email back from the Uncyclopedia, but that wouldn't go in the same reply chain. 16:55, 30 November 2024 (UTC)

- oh. that surely won't make it confusing nor break anything; no way... DaniPine3 (talk) 14:33, 5 December 2024 (UTC)
- Definitely not.
- Absolutely completely not.
also, I just wanted to point out: when I put "VFD" on deletion I didn't mean the redirect, but VFD itself. that was the joke. but then again, deleting VFD for a joke would probably be dragging things too far... DaniPine3 (talk) 14:49, 5 December 2024 (UTC)- Yeah, i think someone on Wikipedia once managed to do that to their VFD, and it caused their servers to struggle quite significantly because of how many revisions had to be hidden. Obviously i’m not gonna do the same mistake.
- I already said this in the 'comments' section of the VFD deletion nomination, but while I was browsing the Spanish Uncyclopedia (Inciclopedia) I discovered that apparently those guys actually managed to get VFD (there called "VPB") deleted a long time ago, and the Wikia stuff got really angry over it. - Oh yeah, i was testing a template to make sure it worked. And it did.

- I'm not speaking of the single "meow", but about the ocean if meows that came after it. Then you deleted only a second afterwards, but not before commenting "nyaaa"... DaniPine3 (talk) 21:05, 5 December 2024 (UTC)
Factorial IP guy[edit source]
I was going to let them a last chance, but I've seen you've already fully blocked them. Honestly it's what I should have done. No idea what their issue is; if there really was a legal issue of some sort, you'd think the Uncyclopedia.com admins would have already come to tell us the same thing. They didn't even bother to register. btw thanks for getting rid of that guy :] DaniPine3 (talk) 12:12, 13 December 2024 (UTC)
- I wouldn't really have given this person a chance to begin with. They were being quite an asshole about a "copyright violation" that wasn't even relevant because both our article and the spoon's article on Factorial were written by the same person. 15:22, 13 December 2024 (UTC)
- Oh wait, you already mentioned that. Whoops.
- eh, it's okay; I had a similar moment when I said the user to give them a last chance only to see you had already blocked them.
btw, changing completely the topic; I've been trying to use the mail function lately and I sent you some days ago yet another email. have you received it? (I hope I'm not being too annoying with this email thing, btw...) :] DaniPine3 (talk) 15:45, 13 December 2024 (UTC)- Yeah, but i forgot to answer (probably because i get so many emails about page x or y being edited already so i just marked it as read without reading it).
- eh, it's okay. if you'd like, I could tell you the contents of the email here on your talkpage instead, so you don't have to find it on your email (I also have lots of unread email from Uncyclopedia, so I know how it feels like) DaniPine3 (talk) 23:30, 13 December 2024 (UTC)
- oh, I've just realized you have replied to my message. just letting you know that I replied to your reply, so that this time you don't mark it as 'read' even if you didn't read it :] DaniPine3 (talk) 23:46, 13 December 2024 (UTC)
- I mean, it's easier to not do that when it's not marked by a big orange "U" honestly.
- hey, so I saw you edited your UnMood to 'distressed'. just wanted to pass by and send you a virtual hug. I don't know what you might be going through, but you will probably get through it. never lose hope :] DaniPine3 (talk) 00:17, 15 December 2024 (UTC)
- I mean, there's literally a disclaimer next to it that says "this indicator isn't extremely reliable", but thanks anyway.
- oh, you're right... I did read the disclaimer, but didn't realize what it meant properly. It's true that it's a bit weird that -2 is already "depressed" ; you'd think there'd be more degrees before that... maybe it should be changed...
well, I'm relieved to hear that you're doing well, honestly. also, you're welcome :] DaniPine3 (talk) 01:56, 15 December 2024 (UTC)

Requesting my account to be deleted[edit source]
Hello alula,
I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to request my account be deleted. I have thought this through: I no longer have the bizarre creativity that once enabled me to write those articles, probably because my thinking has turned too practical and utilitarian. I also find humor to be less gratifying in general. (There are some other reasons but I'll keep the post short.) I have downloaded my user page and talk page already so you may delete them too.
Thanks in advance and have a nice day/night. EmulsifiedExcuse (talk) 21:26, 15 December 2024 (UTC)
- Done. 18:58, 16 December 2024 (UTC)
i was improving an article on the chemical brothers and got a warning that i am a polish/turkish spambot. i am a human and i did nothing wrong[edit source]
it had that text "2005's Push the Button (no, not the Sugababes, the Bremical Chothers album) also features world music with a very Middle Eastern banger Galvanized Desert House. released in 2004.
We Are The Night is a nocturnal album from 2007 with the Salmon Dance and Do It Again and Again and Again and Again and Again and Again, In 2010s some megachurch worship band Elevation Worship stole the song name from them and later never sued by the Chem Bros.
Further, released in 2010 has some 8 non-big-beat songs, and has a Sigur Rós-y opener on the album named "Snow", The next track features an almost 12-minute house music epic that copied AC/DC's Thunderstruck and Daft Punk's Aerodynamic."
i am a human and made this text but i am not a bot – Preceding unsigned comment added by 156.1.40.39 (talk • contribs)
- @156.1.40.39: huh. that's weird. well, not that much; Uncyclopedia's spam filter malfuctions way more than it should, and it's prone to restrict users who aren't really spambots. maybe you could try logging in with an account, that should work... DaniPine3 (talk) 21:10, 18 December 2024 (UTC)
- I turned the filter off, so you should hopefully be able to make those edits now. Let me know if there's another filter blocking you from doing that. 10:52, 19 December 2024 (UTC)
