Hi, can you link me to the Infobox templates used on Uncyclopedia? Thanks മമ്മൂട്ടി (talk) 20:48, 1 July 2024 (UTC)

I don’t know if we have a list of all infoboxes used on Uncyc. You can click edit on an article to see what infobox it uses. If one exists on wikipedia but not here, you can import it by copying and pasting the source code. MrX blow me 04:41, 2 July 2024 (UTC)

Yet another vandal

There's this guy that goes by the name of Genghis Khan SUPREME (talk • contribs • deleted contribs • nuke contribs • logs • filter log • block user • block log) that made an article called "Vote for Trump" that was nothing but thousands of images of (you won't believe it) Genghis Khan. I have deleted the images and turned it into a redirect (just to make a joke, although you can delete it if you think it's an uselesss redirect) It's very likely a vandal so they should probably be banned instantly 17:12, 5 July 2024 (UTC)

The filter has not been triggered since 2021. Although the filter was triggered again in February 2024, the filter misidentified three times. After looking at the filtering logs, I don't think it will do any good for Uncyclopedia to keep the filter enabled, so please disable it. Thanks! UnNews:Ask Cthulhu/123006

This page is very annoying. But think about it, this also brings a bit of fun to the encyclopedia, and also gives these users who have nothing to do something to do, which is good. Meow! 13:53, 7 July 2024 (UTC)

I think that page might be vandalism. The "Ask Cthulhu" thingy seems to be a pretty old page, with its latest edit being done in 2013 (technically it was in 2021,but that was a minor edit because of some template), yet the page UnNews:Ask Cthulhu/123006 was created only months ago by an anonymous IP that doesn't seem to be anywhere related to the guy behind the original Ask Cthulhu. Also it's incredibly short, somewhat nonsensical, and bears no relation to the article it's a subpage of. Plus the "123006" seems to be the result of randomly smashing buttons on a keyboard. The QVFD gadget is a gadget that adds a dropdown to add pages directly to the QVFD list. It stopped working sometime in 2022 because of a MediaWiki update, but we got a replacement one back then. Then we updated again sometime last year and the replacement one broke, but the guy who made it wasn't around to make another one, so everyone just started using the {{QVFD}}-template instead. Then someone noticed that the thing was broken, so i tried getting someone to fix it, but that took a couple of months (mainly because i asked a sysadmin that realistically wouldn't respond within a year). 15:03, 7 July 2024 (UTC)

No, but seriously, their additions are… kinda bad? Like, every edit they’ve made to the "A story built" article series has been consisting of mostly edgy far-right teenager humor, like Hitler, Saddam Hussein, Asian people, black people, drugs, etc. There’s been slurs thrown in too. There’s quite honestly a limit to how much of this kind of content i can stand. It’s surprisingly high, but the limit still exists. Yeah, I've noticed that too; even they've thrown the n word around sometimes. I mean, in their defense, it's not like this site is much better - so I can get why they thought there'd be no repercussions for that. Vandalism (again)

Hey @Alula: an anonymous IP that goes by 79.26.12.109 (talk • contribs • deleted contribs • nuke contribs • logs • filter log • block user • block log) has been vandalising this wiki not so long ago. The guy didn't stop creating articles with rambling titles that was mostly Italian with some English sparkled here and there; and it was talking about (at least according to Google translate) how Uncyclopedia is a website full of fascists that love Trump - and quite frankly, I can't speak about Uncyclopedia as a whole, but I'd rather die than become a fascist (specially one that loves Trump).
Because I gave them a "Oh Dear" template on their userpage, the vandal started personally attacking me in its ramblings -even though I have no clue who that guy might be (and I doubt that guy knows me either). Also the vandal mentioned some "NICOLAS SEQUEIRA", which I first thought it was an Italian politician or something like that, but then I realized it's the name of an Uncyclopedian user (and also the creator of this image, which I find kinda funny) - I wonder what may have happened between the two of them for this guy to start being so enraged by Uncyclopedia.... Need Help on Potential Deletion of Article - WORLD. (Best Comic Ever)

Last night, I made an article (it is still up to this hour) titled WORLD. (Best Comic Ever) and it is based on a very old and abandoned Google Slides project I worked on with some friends. It was originally on my old Wikipedia userpage, but was unexpectedly removed due to violating user rules. I know that the rules on this website are way more loose here than on Wikipedia, so I imported it here. However, a kind fellow named DaniPine3 warned me that I was violating Vanity rules and he reccomended me to a person like you on the fate of the article, and whether I can put the WORLD article on my userpage on this website. Weird vandal

An IP by the name of 2604:2D80:D005:7000:5CFB:D66F:C1C8:C1F (talk • contribs • deleted contribs • nuke contribs • logs • filter log • block user • block log) is having a really weird behaviour in which they add a single letter to articles and then erase it bacl. I don't know what's their intention, but it's really suspicious. Also they're always editing articles with the name "children" or "kid" in them, making it even more suspicious. I don't know what header to put here

So, I've seen that in Forum:Last person to edit wins, you reverted an IP claiming that it was TiazuGotAutism333 acting as a smaller person. However, I'm pretty sure that TiazuGotAutism333 said here that he had a smaller brother which also edited here some times under an IP, which I'm sure was the actual person you reverted. Just wanted to let you know. To be fair, considering how people on the Internet normally do weird stuff as they think it will not have any kind of repercusions unlike in real life, it could very well just be him pretending to have a little brother for some reason; but so far, there is no evidence for this theory, which makes me believe he does in fact have a smaller brother. My assumption is that his "little brother" is just his IP range, which explains why the CheckUser i did for it gives me a whopping 231 hits for his account. But in any case, i also CheckUsered the specific IP that i reverted, and apparently 105 of those hits come from that address (and it would be kinda strange if your little brother "interacted" with this place over a hundred times without anyone else knowing). Is rationalwiki a good source?

Sure. You may think that this is utterly random, but I found the article on conservapedia and rationalwiki. Thankfully, that technically makes uncyclopedia bias free. The thing however, is that I now do not know whether the rationalwiki is a good source of info/making fun of conspiracy theorists. All I got from the article is that it is conservapedia's biggest enemy (accurate) and that they have a "stance of the Boston marathon bombing which is a general support for it.". @Tatersforever442: I'm not the one you were asking, but I think I can give you an answer for your question. Although I don't have much knowledge about RationalWiki, I do have browded it from time to time, and from what I've read, it does seem to be a trustful source. There are some pages that aren't made to refute pseudoscience/conspiracy theories but to poke fun at them - the so-called "fun pages" -; but most of the articles are serious, genuine research made by people that ought to bring clarity in the dark world that are conspiracy theories and pseudoscience.
Btw,which article are you talking about? And also, what do you mean by "that technically makes uncyclopedia bias free"? This is a humor wiki, and due to the subjective nature of humor, it's always going to have some kind of bias, no matter how much you try it to be "bias free"... Yeah RationalWiki does have some good bits here and there, but it largely does have a strong liberal bias, almost as much as Conservapedia’s conservative bias. Hey, so, I've seen that you've blocked the anonymous IP 141.76.72.134 (talk • contribs • deleted contribs • nuke contribs • logs • filter log • block user • block log) for one week, as seen here. However, then they vandalized their own talkpage (which apparently reveals they've been around here since 2022). That kind of vandalism is the same one a different IP made not so long ago; you probably know them, it's the one that made that weird "Jeff Bezos is buying Palestine" UnNews article, along with other ones that got deleted because the guy clearly did not have intention to be funny (and they also had a really weird propagandistic anti-Chinese tone). In the article of Romania, there's a missing file that was deleted last year by none other than... you! The reason why it seemed an unused file was because it wasn't linked the proper way, so the wiki didn't recognize it as a used file. Okay, so, here's the things:
- Template:NQ should be a redirect to Template:Nicequote. However, for some reason, they're both different templates. I'd change it myself, but the NQ one is admin-protected.
- Template:British is another template I'd like to edit, but can't because it, too, is admin protected.
- Both the articles on human and woman are in plural, when tecnically speaking, the titles should be in singular to mimick Wikipedia titles; and it low-key pisses me off that they don't.

Hey so I've realized that today two different accounts with similar names have recently been created: Wikipediass and Wikipedier. It might be just a coincidence, but the fact that two accounts with "Wikipedi" on their names have registered in such a short frame of time makes me raise an eyebrow. He’s pretending that a bunch of Wikipedia policies (mostly the Manual of Style) always apply here to justify that whatever problems someone has with his edits shouldn’t be reverted. He’s not being oblivious to the fact that they don’t really apply here, he’s being ignorant about it.
