I mean, of course that isn't the same. It's like comparing punching someone in the mouth, or kidnapping them, drugging them, beating them up until their bones break, banging their head on a wall until you hear a *crack*, buying a nuke and a space rocket, dragging them onto the rocket, sending the rocket to the moon, then waiting just long enough for them to regain consciousness, then send the nuke to their exact position on the moon. Those two things are very, very different.
Getting slapped by a trout is of course the equivalent to being gently punched in the mouth.
