Just busted the HELL outta Template:Awards (but for real now)

I have optimized Template:Awards from about 14K bytes... to 3K. Not small, but smaller than a couple navboxes, and definitely smaller than almost every article. The good thing is, is that nothing much has to change! It's just one large optimization, and boom! Still works no matter what.
