From what I can see, it uses an incredibly outdated version of MediaWiki: hxxps://encyclopediadramatica[.]online/Special:Version. You UN:OFFICE sanctions

Hi, I'd like to remind you that these patrol-sanctions - previously given to your old accounts - still apply to you even if you're editing under a new name. For the full entry see here, but to summarize the most important bits;

• you are only allowed 1 page creation per calendar day. This you have already broken several times if you count the several redirect and category pages here and there, but as for actual spammy content you've toned it down, which I appreciate. However the category and redirect-page spam is still against the rules, so I'm giving you a 7 day-ban for it.
• you are only allowed 3 file uploads per calendar day. This is where it gets just ridiculous. Just today you've already uploaded 13 files. Yesterday it was 12 files. I won't be bothering to look farther than that so I'm giving you only a 14-day ban for this, but this really has to stop.
• user may not use VFD, QVFD and ICU herself. I don't know what the apparent sanction for this is, but this you've broken as well several times. I'm giving you a 3-day ban for this.

All-in-all, your account will be banned now for a while. Please read the sanctions given to you thoroughly and abide by them so this won't have to happen again, you are still absolutely welcome to edit here if you tone down the spammy content. So, a couple of things.

• First, I'm sorry to see this go down, but yes, you were technically in violation of your sanctions, and this time it was getting to be a bit much, so I agree that this block was necessary.
• Pages with foreign characters in the title are completely unnecessary and disruptive. However, please do feel free to put foreign characters in articles, as that can often be very funny when done correctly (e.g. the article should still be mostly comprehensible for English speakers). If you want an article to look like it's title is something foreign, you can use a template like {{DISPLAYTITLE:凤凤}}, and the article will display said title but still be searchable for people with an English language keyboard.
• Please do be mindful about creating really short articles. It's annoying. Put them in your user space if you wanna work on them.
• I've always thought that the amount of time allowed for these blocks in the OFFICE sanctions was ridiculously long, especially given that they were first implemented at the same time that Gale5050 was being an absolute fucktard with virtual impunity, almost never getting blocked for his disruption. Unlike Crocotta1, Gale5050's disruption was intentional. Crocotta1, on the other hand, is just a little reckless sometimes.
• I'm going to allow you to edit your talk page during your block, you should be allowed to respond to this. I doubt this will be a problem. Please don't prove me wrong. Please don't do something stupid.
• @Cat the Colourful: would you be open to reducing the time of this block? Maybe 3-7 days would be more appropriate? Except for asking to have the 凤凤 hacked up, Crocotta1 really hasn't been problematic like before. She definitely has improved.
• Whenever the block expires, if you can go a month without violating your sanctions again, I will ask to have them lifted.

A few words

You may know this already, but there are 2 English Uncyclopedias. The other is at uncyclopedia.com. If you get in too much trouble here, you still have a chance there (so long as you don't commit a HUGE mistake). However, the Spoon (term for the other Uncyc) is a bit stricter than over here, which is a reason why I don't come around there much. I'll be around there as Unnamed Space if things ever come to that.

Why wasn't it speedily deleted? Because I didn't see any reason to delete it. Crocotta asked me if she could "upload censored rule34", to which I said yes. She then showed me this picture, and while it is definitely cringeworthy, I didn't see anything wrong with it. I'm not familiar with The Fairly Odd Parents. I've heard of it, but I've never seen it. Looking at pictures of Timmy, they don't look anything like the image Crocotta uploaded. If anything, that's just a much older version of Timmy. I'd say put it on VFD, but why bother? The former problem user known as Crocotta1, listed on UN:OFFICE for various reasons, has returned about... 2 months ago, showing much better behavior than before. While her issues are not entirely gone and there are issues unmentioned in the Office report, she appears to be much better in managing them now. We here at the UnSignpost hope this situation gets even better, as one of our editors appears to be rather harsh to Crocotta1 over the various vents she places on talkpages and numerous sexual references.------------
