(recovered from archive) As for what I like to read (off site) it tends to be what I like to write (off site). Horror in short, with sprinklings of sci-fi. I don't think I actually have a very wide literary knowledge though, tend to stick to well known authors like Steven King. Although I have foudn a slightly less well known author Richard Laymon (mentioned him above), some of my favourite novels ever were written by him (see One Rainy Night and Night in Lonesome October). I'm all over the place. Lately it's been graphic novels--Watchmen, V for Vendetta, Maus, etc.--though I very much like Postmodern-type stuff. Thomas Pynchon is my favorite author, though I also like Don DeLillo, Cormac McCarthy and Jose Saramago. I'm a Tolkien fan, and also enjoy Terry Goodkind's fantasy novels as well. Oh, also, Woman in the Dunes by Kobo Abe was a really interesting one-off read. I'm looking to find more stuff by him, although he's Japanese so his work's kinda hard to come by stateside aside from on the internet. Finally, I very much enjoy H.P. I must confess to never having heard of any of those people. I tend to follow a few athors until I've read everything they've writen and tehn move on. Which is terrible for variety but, yeah.

As I've said I've never heard of Thomas Pynchon and I tried reading your article but I think I just missed the joke. Got another idea on that: some future scientificalist group arguing which was first, contputers or techmology. I certainly do. Firstly create the page User:Iwillkillyou333/award then steal the code from the award template you like the look of (here is the one I used yesterday), then obviously change the words and colours to make it look original. Then when you're done use the code, {{User:Iwillkillyou333/award}} on someones talk page to award them your template. Wow those are looking alot better. Thanks for putting in that extra effort. Some people when told they aren't doing so well with the reviews tend to stop doing them. This considerable accomplishment has to be considered among the highest praise ever bestowed on an admin of this wiki. Kosher kvetcher Mordillo even opined that it makes him the #1 admin on the wiki, as "even Mhaille doesn't have a hate group!" Lyons himself was deeply touched by the tribute, exclusively telling the USP: "I'm a bit surprised (though not touched, like the WotM nomination this month), because I generally shy away from the snappy/nasty ban summaries that would guarantee me a spot in the UnSignpost. Really, RDB is my #1 pick for this, and richly deserves to have a hate group on Facebook (if not several dozen by now). :) Second, if I had any insecurities that I'd lost my touch with the ban hammer after being on hiatus, they're gone. The arm's feeling great. The surgery seems to have been a 100% success. I'm feeling good that I'll be able to finish out the season and hopefully garner some interest as a bureaucrat when I become a free agent this fall." Regardless of the reason, those returning have been 'welcomed', and those leaving have been warned that their userpages will be mercilessly vandalized should their vacation extend overly long. Popular aquatic creature user Finnius claims to have returned. His contributions since returning have thus far been limited to announcing his return in the forum (as required by Uncyclopedia Bylaw #435), but the Unsignpost is confident of a return laced with quality pee and other, less pungent useful contributions. The elusive Cajek, a mythical creature once thought to exist only in the surreal dreams of squirrels, has returned gloriously upon the back of a giant squirrel. So at least some part of the myth was true. Take that, science! Other returns include Dexter111344 after a brief hiatus and Gouncyclopedia!, who evaded a years-long block to announce his return in the forums (UB435 again). Perhaps the most noted of all, faithful new dog Dognewspaper returns from a one-month hiatus to appear in this story. Other users have seen a decline or all-out drop-off in their contribution level. SysRq remains on an indefinite hiatus. Gerrycheevers has seen his number of edits dwindle as of late. MrN9000 is still among the missing. Codeine is apparently gone as well, and Necropaxx will be losing his precious internet. We bid these users to hurry back, lest their userpages and works be smited with the hammer of pointless vandalism.

Reviewing the reviewer

Fair calls, and to be honest I came across the list as a stub (20 or so items in there) and thought that it could be improved by being completed and by having some funnier lines in there, so about 70% of the written content was mine, the rest - well, I'm too polite to axe someone else's work (but don't worry, I'm learning to be rude.)

As for the images - not my forte, and not likely to be. This is significant length contribution #1, and I wanted a PEEReview more for the purposes of knowing I was on the right track. Shock porn is fairly low in regards to the humour stakes, but is easy enough to write that I could complete the list. Having said that, and having had a look at the past articles you've reviewed and given a score below 20 to, I'm looking forward to being huffed.

I see someone already crushed my article, crawling with "i think..." and prompting me to change it quite a bit. I know it can be a matter of personal taste... And they were bashing me for grammar UU incists is the correct form... *sulks* Could you perhaps give me an independent review of the article on my talk page? I'm not in a hurry, but I'd like to see a coherent review, and don't understand that fuss about features. When I get time I'll have a look, but if I'm honest a lot of reviews simply have to be opinion because, as UU never tires of saying, humour is sunjective. If you are only writing for yourself then just ask yourself "do I find this funny?", true when writing for others that's a good place to start and the only way to enjoy it but yeah. Well yeah, that makes a lot more sense! Pee reviews tend to be just trying to say what the (generaly accepted) standard is. Features, I suppose, are the above average standard. Most people try and aim for that because it gets their article read (this site gets quite a lot of traffic).
