I glanced at the history of HowTo:Spot a Virgin and think you should take the semi-protect off. It's had a lack of vandalism lately and I think we should give those IPs that immediately search for "virgin" when they get here a shot to show their stuff. 03:55, March 16, 2011 (UTC)

Mike Tyson thanks yo’ sorry ass
Sir Mike
VFD
Oy, mon... I know there's nothing explicitly stated or anything, but in the future, could you be a dear and wait more than a day before closing nominations on VFD when there's no clear keep majority? Doesn't really give people a chance to make up their minds or come to an agreement or quit caring or accept that some clear opposition, which tends to discourage folks from doing stuff again, that kind of thing. Especially in a case like this, however, in which there was in fact a distinct delete majority and you were one of two keep voters, it's apt to just annoy people and cause them to renominate it as soon as they can, which also makes more work for the poopsmiths, some of whom are cranky enough as it is. So please - patience is of the essence. ~ 09:15, 16 March 2011
- Bah. That page should be featured, really.
- Just because something is on VFD doesn't mean it'll get deleted. Just because someone casts a vote doesn't mean they're not out of their mind and won't change it later, for that matter. Anyhow, let the legitimate nominations die naturally, that's all I ask. ~ 09:34, 16 March 2011

A Question about Cookies
Does a person have to do something specific in order to be awarded one? is there a reason why it would be awarded? what's going on? - くそったれ Talk contrib 15:45, March 16, 2011 (UTC)

And I don't mean a cheap little " Award template " on Uncyclopedia. No, I mean an overly large packet of Jelly babies, 500 milk cartons, 60 tons of clown makeup, 74 pizzas, 35 nun robes, 16 packets of walkers crisps, 13 playstation 3s, 998 cans of larger, an off-license, a pawn shop with smashed windows, 24 gay saunas, 56 packets of used condoms, A robot wearing a little tribal hat, the corpse of Michael Jackson, Mickey rooney's right eye, 44 boxes of orange sherbet, OVER 9000 Dragon ball Z DVD boxsets, the costume of tinky-winky in the Tellytubbies, 33 Justin Bieber CDs, 88 cars covered with treacle, A lion with it's teeth taken out, 2 dogs with no legs, A tadpole, 77 cans of coca-cola, an African dictator, A death camp, a beheaded theme park enthusiast, a workground, a restground, a playground, A hidden mickey, and a nude porn star. Why can't I do any good articles?
I tried an article on Moo (Monster Rancher), Dimentio, and The Void, trying to follow all of Uncyclopedia's rules and styles, but they deleted all of them. So, I put all my effort into one last attempt to impress them, a Renamon article. Zombiebaron, an admin I suspect of being a furry assassin and/or Renamon hater, deleted it. He said it had no NRV but I made all the improvements he asked of it, and he huffed it anyway. But I know there are some nicer admins like you here and I was wondering why nothing I did seemed to have any "redeeming value?" I don't think I'll create an article here ever again cause I lost confidence at it, Renamon was my last hope Ghostkaiba297 04:41, March 17, 2011 (UTC)
- I looked at the article and it doesn't look too bad. It could use a couple more jokes, but I'd say there's definitely some redeeming value in there. What probably went wrong with the ICU is that when you think you've fixed the article, you should ask an admin or the original ICUer whether or not the article has been improved enough for the ICU to be removed. But when your article goes unedited for seven days, it's assumed it's been abandoned and an admin going through the pile of maintenance might delete it without reading the whole article first. I'm sure if you ask Zombiebaron if he could restore the article and maybe remove the ICU if he thinks it's good enough, your problem will be fixed in no time. Don't give up hope just yet. ;) 09:59, 17 March 2011

I DELETE YOUR ARTICLES.
No, but seriously, sorry if that caused you inconvenience. I thought "Wow, there are an uncharacteristically large number of abandoned WiPs today!" and didn't think to check the authorship.

Seeing as it contains a sources-related template that doesn't necessitate the heading to the right and a template that has absolutely nothing to do with sources to the left. And I see you're still using the same old template. Good for you. ;) 15:53, 4 April 2011

File
Maybe I'm confused, and maybe I've been doing it wrong all along. Whenever I want to find a pic I usually type [[File:Then the first word or letters and a nice long list comes up, which I then look at by clicking the down arrow. This is how I've always looked for pics, except when I category image hunt or (alas) Special Page Unused Pic hunt (I must have put hundreds of unused pics on pages before they killed it). The file hunt seems to work fine. How do you find pics? And let me know if I'm doing it wrong (I've put a hidden pic on the Friday page, just one, for the irritation of our readers). Aleister 22:07 4-4-'11
- Well, if I remember a picture that'd be perfect for an article I'm writing being in existence on this wiki, I'll try to find it, and if I do, use it. Sometimes I also look at articles of related subjects to see if they've got any good images I could use. Categories come in handy sometimes too. And very occasionally, I'll look for an image by typing [[File:Some additional letters to find an image. Sometimes I even use Special:Search, though Wikia has been messing with that and making it less useful lately. And when all else fails, I can still look for pictures on Google. 22:17, 4 April 2011
- So my way seems to justify keeping the File namespace (although I tend to think you put that forum up as a joke now, after seeing lollipop's), because it's so useful and is the way I (and hopefully others? I dunno) get their pics. Maybe lots of users don't know about that thing of File then hit the down arrow. Anyway, I'd be further hurt in my enjoyment here if File was huffed, I guess, but you probably are joking. Aleister 22:22 4-4-'11
- Oh no, I'm dead serious about this. I assure you. 22:25, 4 April 2011

Partying
Sockulicious, have you remembered how to edit yet? If so, please take another look at Friday and see if it's sockyable, or if there are tweeeeks yet to go. I'd nom it myself but that would take five days more on pee review, and this is a timely article, like a souped-up timely UnNews. And to be serious for a moment (puts on glasses, a tie, and sets a cocktail on the desk), I'd love to see this IP-started page featured just so Rebecca Black can read it and get a little lift from someone saying nice things about her. She's a 13-year-old who's going through one of the largest public learning curves in recent times, buffeted by good and bad. This would add a little more good, a tiny bit, but she may enjoy it (I'd call her studio and let them know it was on the main page if it gets featured). Thanks for reading, and if you do nom, thanks again, and I'm sure the IP will thank you in due time, in a good way. Aleister 16:18 5-4-'11

Thanks againer
Thanks once again for the spelling fixes, this time on Britainy Spears. You must have corrected a thousand of my spelling errors in my time here, and once again make me look half-way good and not the bumbling drunk chasing imaginary bats away that I am in real life. Thanks. I'd also better add a comment to your poor observation on the pee review request of the page. Aleister 18:47 3-5-'11
- No problem, Aleister. Feel free to point me to more of your pages laced with typos. I'd look at your userpage to find them, but I haven't managed to figure out your peculiar userpage just yet. ;)

- Wherever I roam, there are typos. When I alight my pen upon paper, typos appear like angels dancing upon the head of a pin. Where my shadow falls onto print, yep, there too. My userpage is simplicity itself, all me pages are listed at the bottom (I use it as a watchlist, and check "Related Changes" instead of whatever it is most people look at). But you've probably already corrected most of them (and what you haven't improved Lyrtheriea or however the name is spelled has). Twanks again. Elwestier q9:2- 3[5=;11

Odd question
Aleister redirected me to your lair with this. I know it's ridiculous, but after searching on Google and online dictionaries, I'm still lost: is it young girls' blood or young girls blood? Hi Socky. Since Lyrithya is on her annual one day holiday, can you look at one of illustrations on this article and whether you think it falls into the shock category? I have left a message on Cat the Colourful's page too. I haven't removed the picture so I am waiting to see what a responsible Admin would think. If it is judged to be a shock picture, it has been there since November 2010. Thank you. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 08:34, July 8, 2011 (UTC)

My First UnNews
I have an idea for an UnNews Article, but there is no real-world basis for this. Is the somebody who can help me, because I think this would be really funny for people who watch Burn Notice . . .
The Dark Archer was here 02:58, July 31, 2011 (UTC)
- UnNewses don't always need to be based on a recent event in the real world. You could discuss it with Funnybony, he writes UnNewses all the time. 10:58, 31 July 2011
The critical difference
Socky...the critical difference is this: People just voted out a news director, who was voted in to begin with. Admins cannot be voted out. You are relishing this new found freedom on "unnews" even though in all other parts of the wiki, there is some admin directing things or some kind of voting process. And even if admins were some how allowed to be voted out...I don't think someone would create a new forum page to GLOAT ABOUT IT if that did happen!!! Thats pretty lame and post-vindictive. The whole two paragraphs you wrote were ferral and mean...about people who simply tried to make UnNews the best part of the wiki..which was...by the way...the best part of the wiki...and rubs salt in the hurt feelings of the people who have now been chucked out despite their efforts. Why!? --ShabiDOO 00:39, August 1, 2011 (UTC)
- Right, right. I'll explain why I wrote the forum in a little extra section that I'll put on the forum. Also, I never meant to hurt anyone's feelings. Why do people always assume that?
- Yeah...I guess I'll take a step back too. I rarely think anyone is trying to be mean...nor in this case...I just find the whole thing confusing. --ShabiDOO 01:23, August 1, 2011 (UTC)
- I think the main confusing factor is the way people seem to connect it to that specific vote, while the connection is mainly an indirect one. 01:28, 1 August 2011

You voted for my banning for one month in return for Lolli coming back. I can't be banned as I am part of quite a few ongoing events: The UFFL, the USE Contest, and the pushing of the VFH article I nom'd, HowTo:Get Off the Road. Please reconsider and just because I made the mistake of calling Lollipop a girl (Hey, nobody ever told me!!), doesn't mean I should get banned, as I was the same person who is trying to get Lollipop to stay because everyone loves his work around here and it would be sad to see him go. 22 Doctors
I'm shure we can make a comprimise on this. I like The Doctor for it's humerous inclusion of classic doctor who sketches and other non-canon Who works, however, I do believe it has a lack of New Sketches. I wanted to include Cathrene Tate, because that is arguably the most famous sketch of the 2000's, and Basil Brush because... well, it's Basil Brush, and that's Kick ass. And, with the tridition of including all non-cannon Doctor Who's, I added The Second-and-a-half-Doctor, from Devious. I have not changed anyone elses sections, and I have changed my Photo to include the original Matt Smith photo. If you have any problems with what I have added, please tell me. Paul is the walrus 15:19, August 1, 2011 (UTC)
- Well, I don't object to the idea of several additional Doctors being added to the list, but seeing as it's a featured article, I'd like the additions to be of the same quality as the rest of the article. That's why I'd like you to discuss these changes with the article's author, MacMania. I'm sure you two'll be able to work something out. 15:26, 1 August 2011

VFD
Heya, could you be a dear and wait more than a day or two before closing VFD nominations with a positive delete score as 'kept', especially when you yourself voted to keep the things? This has apparently come up several times already, so I'm really not sure why you keep doing it, but for lack of consensus we usually wait at least three or four days (the less being when VFD is actually full) so as to give the thing a more reasonable chance of coming to a consensus in either direction. They don't always, but they do deserve that chance. ~ 01:30, 27 August 2011
- Wait, I said this before. Like... almost word-for-word, and the same header... seriously, please stop. It's not helping anything to vote keep on something and then declare it kept a day later in spite of the vote. ~ 01:32, 27 August 2011
- Um, it had been on VFD for 42 hours and there was a pretty clear consensus. Isn't that enough? If Andorin wants the vote reopened, he's free to ask me and I'd be happy to reopen it for him, but if he really wants it deleted, all he has to do is author request its deletion on QVFD (seeing as he's the author), so I honestly don't see the point in keeping the nom around. I'm not sure what "several" times you're referencing, aside from this one from ages ago, which I'll grant was much more controversial as I closed it almost immediately after 24 hours had gone by and there were more delete voters at that time than keep voters. However, that was a one-time event and I don't think I've ever controversially closed a nom ever since. 01:59, 27 August 2011
- Andorin's? No, that I tend to agree with, it being a negative score and having no other delete votes and all. I was referring to this vote, which you closed less than two days after it was started, after voting to keep it yourself, and I really wish you'd quit doing that. The last time (that I saw) that happen, someone else saw them and undid the closures instead of archiving them, and you were involved somehow. I don't know for sure if you were the one who tried to close them or who undid it or what because finding old VFD things is quite difficult, but this was after the previous time I contacted you regarding this stuff and was more of what I was actually thinking of. Regardless, just don't do that, don't close them so soon when they aren't at a consensus, especially when it serves your vote; such abuse of power will, should you continue, result in many large objects shoved up your nose. I am not fooling around. I will shove things up your nose if need be. ~ 07:18, 27 August 2011
- Oh, that one. I just closed the Dark Horse one because I was closing the three other ones (0, 1, and a terrorist/Iranian thingy with a weird name) and it felt weird leaving one nom open in the middle of kept ones. I didn't even feel strongly about keeping the article. If it really bothers you, you're free to reopen it, but you don't need to antagonize me. And I have no idea what closure-undoing you're referring to. Feel free to remind me so I can shake my fist at the other person involved.
- You probably shouldn't have closed two of those, either... but the horsey was the most wrong. Thing is, though, that doesn't make any sense - if there's one in the middle of other things, just leave it - the poopsmiths'll take care of the closed ones, and the remainings'll sort themselves out in time as well. Just be patient, mon. I'm not trying to antagonise you, just cranky (And slightly hungover now), but if I had any idea where that thing was, I would shove it up your nose, and everyone else's as well. Just so we're clear. Now stop getting in the way of folks trying to help out, stop trying to start drama, and for the love of all things shiny, get that carrot out of your nose. ~ 17:38, 27 August 2011
- But... All I was trying to do was help out. Are you trying to say that I should stop doing admin things altogether?
- Oh, certainly, yes. That is exactly what I am saying. ~ 04:25, 28 August 2011
- You're a big meanie. :( 12:06, 28 August 2011

Can you do a BPC. Like please? ~Sir Frosty (Talk to me!) 11:48, August 27, 2011 (UTC)
- Is that some acronym referring to someone checking Ban Patrol?
- Yes ~Sir Frosty (Talk to me!) 12:01, August 27, 2011 (UTC)
- SOCKY ... hey man ... are you there ... how is the R45X2? Could you please do a TXY? And then after that a PPL or even better yet, a U7RR? Please? --ShabiDOO 17:45, August 27, 2011 (UTC)

I'm here to whine on someone elses behalf
This ain't no spambot its just a regular vandal, so I permaban is a bit over the top in this case. Speaking of which Lyrithya seems to think blocking all these IPs infinitely is a bad idea and encourages you folks on IRC to block for a few months instead, something about IP addressing being reassigned... ~Sir Frosty (Talk to me!) 04:59, August 28, 2011 (UTC)
- Right, right. Apparently she doesn't want me to do anything whatsoever, so maybe that's just what I'll do.
- I do remember discussions from a while ago (like before Lyrithya joined) about banning ips. Basically, the reason why ips shouldn't be perma-banned is because someone else will get the ip address in the future. It isn't some new random policy Lyrithya pulled out of her butt. --Mn-z 12:35, August 28, 2011 (UTC)
- I'm aware of that, but if I've seen the same IP being used by this spambot over a span of several months, doesn't that indicate that the spambot's IPs aren't gonna change anytime soon?
- Perhaps banning the ip for a year or two might work. I have also heard complaints about not banning spam ips for long enough. But the important question is: why hasn't BUTT POOP!!!!'s VFD nom been closed yet? --Mn-z 12:40, August 28, 2011 (UTC)
- Because Lyrithya would complain to me if I closed it now. *points up*
- If I complain if you don't close it, would that change your course of action? --Mn-z 13:10, August 28, 2011 (UTC)
- Well, no, because you're not an admin, so you don't have the right/privilege to boss people around. 13:11, 28 August 2011

IP spam
A few phrases seem to be taken from here. Think it might be worth adding to the blacklist or would it be better to wait for someone more qualified to handle it? MadMax 07:18, August 28, 2011 (UTC)
- You should talk to Lyrithya about that. If I do anything, she'll probably say I'm not qualified enough to handle it. 12:09, 28 August 2011
