If they keep their hands inside the vehicle at all times, they're actually allowed to solve the problem without the use of their hands or feet. Neato, eh? Also, Wumbo is the 809th digit of pi according to Pokémon. Wumbo is also a variable used to describe the angular velocity of an object in three dimensional space, or four dimensional space-time. I believe that this is possibly the worst paragraph that has ever been in any article on Uncyclopedia. It has some comments that could become articles of their own if expanded, but the whole of this seems to be nothing more than an attempt to be as offensive as possible, and while offensiveness can work for an article, there needs to be more than just that, an actual angle to justify it. Why in drunken (shark) hell would we want to huff a good summary of an entire popular television series? What has infected this place with the huff fever? If it seems bad at first, spend five minutes tearing into the lede and make it worth reading.
