I would like a double-salami on rye, hold the pickles, hold the mayonnaise, hold the rye, with a large jug of milk and a quart of sauerkraut. To go, please. ~ Sat, Jul 7 '12 9:15 (UTC)

Eat TUBA lol :)
Apparently, some Wikidiot decided to do this a few years ago, and I found it while I was randomly browsing in the incident archives (they can be pretty entertaining). I figured you were the only uncyc user who wouldn't accuse me of doing this/bragging about vandalism and ban me (back then, I didn't even know this site existed). Anyway, cheers, --71.161.61.206 21:36, July 9, 2012 (UTC)

What happened...
To the feature that tells a user that an article is too long? User:Matthlock/sig2 18:45, July 11, 2012 (UTC)
- Did you mean template? No hard and fast rule on article length, just as long it isn't a list or a list of imaginary episodes of a tv series (see Postman Pat - now deleted). It also precludes against likely featuring as well. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 22:07, July 11, 2012 (UTC)
- Okay, I'm just wondering, because I'm thinking about archiving my talk page again and I'd like to know its length to make sure. (P.S. I got your message on your old forums.) User:Matthlock/sig2 16:48, July 12, 2012 (UTC)

Avengers
Can I ask that you restore The Avengers (2012 movie)? I think there was a mis understanding. You see, the page was done. The page was full, the joke was done, there was no further editing to do. Thus I don't know why it kept being marked as "incomplete." Either way, it was done and I want it to be restored. 65.188.255.212 17:48, July 13, 2012 (UTC)

User:Ticklethekeys and User:MasterWangs are both NotM winners, by my count. Can you do whatever magic you need to so they can be awarded and stuff? Nominally Humane! 10:13 17 Jul
- Not sure what you asking Puppy. I voted for Ticklethekeys as regards Noob of the Month. If it is stuff on VFH, I tend not to vote for UnNews articles as features. In fact, I have hardly provided anything in that area since last year (re- SPIKE/The Humbucker UnNews oversight debacle). Why reverted?
Why the article Latvia is reverted? Do you know what it means? Is such a obscenity normal in uncyclopedia? Odis
- You wrote 'replaced obscene text'. Since I don't read Latvian, I wouldn't know. Bing gave me this translation: 'Racing my dz-organ you the same-well-su' and your replacement line appeared as 'Beautiful is janunīb, it will not come anymore'. Since I have no idea what a 'dz-organ' is, that sounded funnier than a 'janunib'. So you will have to tell me what the 'obscene line' is in a more accurate translation before I revert back to your version. The use of quotes in other languages is fine, and if they are deliberate mistranslations, perhaps a few others will get the joke that I don't understand. This site isn't wikipedia and writers can be obscene as they like but if the end result isn't funny, it will end up in the bin. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 17:52, July 20, 2012 (UTC)
- Dzim-organs is penis and a-nus-u is anus, just parted in syllables, so you can not translate it with automatic programs. You can imagine the rest. It is no funny just obscene. "Skaista ir jaunība, tā nenāks vairs" is chorus from really popular old Latvian song and translation is: Juvenescence is beautiful but it will come no more.--Odis (talk) 06:56, July 23, 2012 (UTC)
- Well since this can't be resolved without asking another Latvian speaker, I will just remove the line. Not on the grounds of obscenity but obscurity. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 07:36, July 23, 2012 (UTC)
- I checked the entire article. It's a mess. If you can fix it, remove about 2/3 of the junk then you can re-write it the way you want. Just make it funny - in English! I will stick a note on the discussion page if you can do this and I will also leave a message on your talk page in case other admins want to know what you're doing? Is that a deal?? --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 07:45, July 23, 2012 (UTC)

- Testjoe24, I argued for your block to be removed as you had shown that you had stopped blanking pages, and started to act civilly. If an article is deleted there is always a reason, and simply asking for it back is usually enough to get it reinstated, albeit in your user space. Start calling other users "dicks" and I'll add you to BP myself - and haven't yet decided not to. Your next edit better show an apology for your bad behaviour or you can say goodbye now. No writer is more valuable than the wiki. Blanking and threats hurt the wiki. Nominally Humane! 07:54 19 Aug

Astrology feature brief summary
So this edit - looks like we copied that from the article text instead of the edit screen. We lost the links and the footnote numbers are all wonky. Maybe you already noticed. I assume that's what ahppened because I did that once updating the UnNews lead articles template. Just being all observy and all. -- 00:55, September 14, 2012 (UTC)
- Well I took it to IRC and found an admin fellow willing to repair it. I thought it might be better to fix it now than later. So no worries. Please use the seconds you did not have to use fixing the problem to think about how valuable a contributor and what an asset to the cause of this important endeavor I am. Or just sit a little longer on the shitter instead if you like. Thanks. --
- Usually I remove the footnote points/sub headings when copying a paragraph to work as the lead for the article when it appears on the front page. I evidently didn't double check - hence the problem. Because my time zone is in the UK, I wasn't on-line when you saw this. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 10:08, September 14, 2012 (UTC)
- Something similar happened to me just now, as I copied my last UnNews to help me write today's: The text came through "all wonky"--and damned if there wasn't the text of the Content Advisory at the start. I suspect that none of this is operator error but Wikia's recent intervention coupled with the new version of MediaWiki. Spıke ¬ 18:38 14-Sep-12

I took an indefinite wikibreak from Uncyclopedia some time ago. My main userpage is on the Stargate Wiki, and I also have a personal website.
- I don't personally think that the anon was trying to promote any website at all because User:Guest redirects to User:Sikon who is a former administrator. I think it more likely that they thought that signing as "guest" were how anons were meant to sign (as is the case on a number of other websites). If anything that vote should be corrected to be signed as it should be instead of being removed entirely. ~Sir Frosty (Talk to me!) 23:28, September 23, 2012 (UTC)
- I thought that was Intrepid Fox as the links were to his pages. Means digging through to see which anon that was who added that template and restoring the vote. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 23:32, September 23, 2012 (UTC)

Hanuman
In Section 3 of this article on the Hindu monkey god, Anon seems to have taken offense to my referring to goddess-in-chief Siva as "the bitch" and I reverted him. Do you think this is more offensive than whimsical? Spıke ¬ 19:10 26-Sep-12
- Perhaps something a bit less jarring than 'the bitch' might work better. I gather Siva isn't a nice deity! --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 05:44, September 27, 2012 (UTC)

feature queue
Hey. Why is that the featured article is now changed every other day instead óf every day?
To be honest, I'm asking because I'm kinda afraid my Breivik article's gonna die from lack of health before it's featured. If it's a new rule or something, then ok, no problem. I'm just asking you because, from what I'v seen, you are in charge of changing the featured article. Sir Ptok-BentonicznyPisz tutaj • KUN 17:13, September 29, 2012 (UTC)
- It's gone every other day as there is a shortage of articles on the feature queue and also many are struggling to get 10 votes in favour. I am not in charge of the feature queue as such, it is up to admin to do this or check. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 20:32, September 29, 2012 (UTC)

- On this subject, I noticed you flagged Julian Assange as a feature but it's not up there. Is there a delay between when an article gets flagged and when it hits the front? Just curious. -- Rei (talk) 18:02, October 3, 2012 (UTC)
- It happens to all articles once they get saved/semi-protected as a feature, in advance to their actual date of appearing on the front page. This one will appear on the 4th October. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 18:52, October 3, 2012 (UTC)
Hello!
I hope you're doing fine, I just nominated an article of mine here: Uncyclopedia:VFH/The 9/11 Commission Report (2nd time) but it doesn't work as you'll see, probably because of the / in the title, so I moved it. You can see here that I corrected the problem, but the page where I fucked up needs to go. Mattsnow 21:44, October 4, 2012 (UTC)
- Checking the logs, the problem has been solved by Frosty. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 06:06, October 5, 2012 (UTC)
What wasn't nesc. was you protecting the page.
If you're going to mess with my own affairs than at least do me the service of un-protecting and blanking the page, keeping the on-leave template and keeping the redirect to Main_Page. User:Aimsplode/sigx1 15:28, October 6, 2012 (UTC)
While I'm at it, I should also remind you that I never requested my own page to be protected, as you say. Un-protect it. It's my page, and hell, I don't see why I can't have a redirect there if I want to. If you insist on making it more fun and paradoxial than redirect to Special:Random instead.

Shufuni sect
Was there anything in particular about this entry which caused its removal? It had links I was going to fill. Boobmaster (talk) 16:27, October 6, 2012 (UTC)
Mosques (removal of breakaway sect)
I believe I understand why you removed my entry. I, did, plan to edit that and add a mosque with image of Mosque of the Pink Puffy. I'll do this then you can evaluate my work. Now, I'm not a "Noob" to humor nor writing. I have your status at Wikipedia with 400 articles and many, many, many (pheew) edits. I will only put "funny" up here but I sure see a lot of stupid... also entries with more accurate text for factual reading than laughing. Now, WTFugg is "Hump your own meme" mean? By the way, I don't hump most things.:-) Boobmaster (talk) 17:34, October 6, 2012 (UTC)
- You made two line adds for the 'Mosque of the Pink Puffy' in two related articles. No other explanation. So what did it mean and more importantly, was that adding to overall humour content of the article?? If you had added this line to more articles then that is 'humping your own meme'. That's like creating your own private joke which only you know or think is funny. It's a bit like writing about your friends here. Since this website has nearly 30,000 articles the quality does vary quite a bit and there is indeed a lot of stupid in some of them. The canon isn't closed. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 20:22, October 6, 2012 (UTC)

Universe
You having chosen Universe for featuring, and having recently tried to goose my feature count: Would you please confirm that this article is essentially still my rewrite of 26-Dec-11? That edit retained most of the original material and illustrations but mostly changed its tone to be less snippy toward the reader and added my usual commentary about uncertainty not being a proper obstacle to additional government grant requests. Should I claim some fraction of the feature award?
Separately, thanks for intervening on User talk:Kamek98 and I will assume the situation is under control. GlobalTourniquet on my talk page shared my displeasure at the VFH "shitnoms" and encouraged me to protest to him, though I am responsible for what I wrote. Separately, was Anon's vote on my VFH of Corn anyone we know? Spıke ¬ 13:52 19-Oct-12
- Well unless someone else wants to take credit for the Universe page then claim it. I went through the history and saw there was a substantial difference between the version that was there before and the one you started. Regards repairing articles, It depends on how much work was required to fix it or essentially go for a full re-write. For example this one Battle of Trafalgar was already there but it was largely nonsense. I retained some elements but I would think that was essentially a complete overhaul. With Lance Armstrong, I added some more pix and words but not enough in my view to claim a credit. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 14:32, October 19, 2012 (UTC)
I'll claim half credit based on the facts I laid out above. On Kamek, I was not able to trace the IPs but did find that Anon's only other edit was a favorite page of Kamek. If you don't believe signing off and voting anonymously in apparent retaliation (for my prior votes, not for my comment on his talk page, which the vote preceded by minutes) merits a ban, at least the vote should be stricken. Spıke ¬ 15:05 19-Oct-12
- I am going to leave the against vote stand as I have already left a warning on Kamek's page before I saw your message. The Corn article will peddle to the finish line...like the ex-All American hero Lance Armstrong...--RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 15:23, October 19, 2012 (UTC)

- Not all..but most. I considered your additions were not helping the article. I was going to leave a message on your discussion page about this. Users are encouraged to write, edit or improve articles but just adding an extra line like you have done or change some wordings/headings were not advancing the quality in my view. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 22:17, October 21, 2012 (UTC)

- What's 'house style'? MagicBus (talk) 22:50, October 21, 2012 (UTC)
- Not talking music btw. House style is like a way of writing, editing as dictated by a newspaper or magazine. There is no 'house style' in that way but there are guidelines about the type of articles that can work and others that may not. So here a writer can work on an article using sarcasm, parody, absurdity, surreal, the 'dumbass' perspective etc. Some manage to get all those in one piece, others stick to one style to improve comprehension. The bottom line is that at least some users find it funny which is important if you want to get an article featured on the front page. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 23:00, October 21, 2012 (UTC)
