Huge, unnecessary, stupid argument[edit source]
I won. Mattsnow 03:44, May 10, 2012 (UTC)

Weird[edit source]
I just reverted vandalism to User talk:ChiefjusticeDS and it came up that you had done it. I've seen edit conflicts before, but I didn't get an edit conflict message. Apparently we tried reverting at the Exact Same Time! Weird. User:Why do I need to provide this?/sig2 04:33, May 12, 2012 (UTC)
- I would have beaten you to reverting on this page, too, but I clicked the wrong button the first time. Unrelately, hi. ~ 05:34, 12 May 2012
[edit source]
Just letting you know it's fixed now. --EMC [TALK] 06:30 May 12 2012
- Thanks, mon. ~ 19:53, 13 May 2012
Hye Ly[edit source]
Can I call you Ly? No? Whatever, I'll call you Ly still.
Guess what? ChiefJusticeDS-named person prevented me of using the AAAWWWEESOME template you saw last time. Ain't that a little bit rude? I think so too. Altough it killed Puppy's #-thing on some forum or such, I don't remember clearly. But, after fighting with him over 2 minutes, we compromized that I can use it on other's talkpages if I ask nicely a permission from those persons. So... Do we have a deal? I understand if you too prevent me to use it, I just wanted to know what to do on future. Signs of love, OMG!!! It`s Cat the Colourful, Jesus Christ!!! 07:25 12 May 2012
- Hey, man, I'm sorry, but I'd rather you didn't use it here, though if you could get everyone on your talkpage to use it, that could be damn cool. It just... I'm too old fashioned for that sort of thing myself. ~ 20:10, 13 May 2012
- Okay... *draws a line in a list* OMG!!! It`s Cat the Colourful, Jesus Christ!!! 06:03 14 May 2012
Filter[edit source]
Hey Lyrithya, just wanted to tell you that your recent edit to Special:AbuseFilter/16 seemed to cause it to affect all users, as it prevented both Mattsnow and me from creating Category:14 May 2012. I've reverted it back to the previous version for now. 01:40, 14 May 2012
- Oh, apparently I got the parameter backwards. Should work properly now. Thanks. ~ 02:08, 14 May 2012
Welcome!!![edit source]
"I have awaited this - the day you would come..." | |
---|---|
Welcome to the Uncyclopedia! | |
Oh, hello, Lyrithya, nice that you decided to make an account into... umm... there, this place...
Umm.. Anyways, we're proud of you for making such a wise decicion. We are (and we're going to be) also thankful because of your contributions, but in any case, please read the text below so you won't end up too quickly.
When you are in conversation with other Hungry Spirits of Uncyclopedia, please remember to At Uncyclopedia, writing articles is not a requirement, but it certainly is a fun and easy way to express your creativity. To write an article, it's recommended that you start it in your userspace (for example, User:Lyrithya/Article about stuff) so you may edit it at your leisure. If you decide to create it in the cold world of mainspace, make sure it is in accordance with the policies laid out above, and if you're not done slap a construction template - {{construction}} - onto it as well. Well, of course, we here at Uncyclopedia have lots of action and games, so you wouldn`t get bored. Often articles will require proofreading, among other fix ups, and we could always use more reviewers, and for the more artistic of folks, there's the option of creating images to aid articles that need more images and making them prettier, for instance. Uncyclopedia also sometimes has big competitions, like PLS and others. If you`re still feeling uneasy, come out of the closet and ask from me, admins, IRC, Village Dump or then go and ask from Lyrithya. She knows everything. Really. And don`t forget that you can be always adopted in Adopt-a-Noob program, the best adoptionprogram in world. So, again, welcome! Well, what do you think about my new Welcome-template? Cool huh? I can even write some stuff in the welcome if I feel to add something to it, and put my sig there too... I'm getting pretty good at coding or such huh? Okay, I copied this one too... But added my own stuff there! OMG!!! It`s Cat the Colourful, Jesus Christ!!! 06:22 15 May 2012 |
- Da pinkness! Other than that, I dunno. Folks have been doing some odd things to the welcome templates lately, and I haven't really been paying attention. Uncyclopedia really does need more pink, though. ~ 20:18, 15 May 2012
- I know : ) But the weird part is that this is actually violet... To get this kind of 'pink', you have to type background color to be violet... I think that's kinda wrong! Violet is pink! Pink is violet! NOOOO this is not racism, this is worse than that, it's... colorism? OMG!!! It`s Cat the Colourful, Jesus Christ!!! 05:58 16 May 2012

- If you throw it. Probably if you don't, too, but it'd still have to actually happen for that and that's less likely to happen. ~ 22:10, 16 May 2012

Are admins the only ones who can protect pages or can other users do it too?--- 23:09, May 30, 2012 (UTC)

Retribution eh?[edit source]
So I steal your page because I was bored and you huff another page that I stole? That's not cool. Also, that talkpage is a WiP. →L A B O R A T O R I E S 15:31, 15 June 2012
- This had nothing to do with retribution. Don't steal folks' userpages, and don't keep vandalism. ~ 16:07, 15 June 2012
- Moreover: Don't accuse another Uncyclopedian of bad faith. Lyrithya made it clear even to this casual observer that the page in question could disrupt browsers. For extra credit, don't make excuses (such as "I was bored") for your own misconduct. Spıke ¬ 16:23 15-Jun-12

Question, Lyrithya[edit source]
I apologize for sounding rude, but are you from the South, Lyrithya? User:Matthlock/sig2 20:12, July 17, 2012 (UTC)

Another question, Lyrithya[edit source]
I apologize for sounding rude, but do you happen to have a vector version of Sophia from that time when you were almost raped by a yak during your sojourn in the Land of Logo-Redesign? I could sure use a copy, if you do. ~ Wed, Jul 18 '12 7:49 (UTC)

Would you mind...[edit source]
...removing the protection from Forum:Should we move back to uncyclopedia.org?? While I'm all in support of stopping a forum that is becoming a drama fest, this wasn't. Admittedly, there was a lot of derp, but that is the case with almost every forum we have. The advantage with this forum is that it was allowing people to express their frustration at things outside of their control, and as it has still been edited post-protection, it suggests that more people had something to say - no matter how mind-blowingly unconstructive. Nominally Humane! 04:48 28 Jul
- Do more people have anything to say? Is there anything further you would like to say? ~ 05:18, 28 July 2012
- I've already said everything I'm going to say there. But there was an ongoing discussion that was coming to a resolution. Resolution is nice. I also like to read what thoughts people have on this issue, as while we have gone over this before, each time we do I get something new to take away. The desire to move is fairly large, even if the practicalities make it untenable. That, and I'm curious as to where Wikia are headed, and this push for us to move away from them could be indicative of what the future holds. Both of us see issues in regards to this sites future, or as you put it in IRC, "saving Uncyclopedia from itself." (I may be paraphrasing there.) Given that Uncyclopedia could be defined as a collective of individuals with a loose administrative structure, knowing what makes up that collective in more detail would be useful. Nominally Humane! 05:33 28 Jul
Thanks[edit source]
And for the above. I did thank you earlier but I think it got lost in an edit conflict. I noticed that edit conflicts aren't showing differences at the moment, so yet another issue to cover. Our friend is predictable, so he'll be back in a minute or two. Nominally Humane! 04:28 29 Jul

Abuse filter[edit source]
I couldn't be bothered finding out if this is possible, but Uncyclopedia talk:Donations made me wonder if we can set abuse filter to catch when someone is writing the same letter/number excess of 10 times? I can't see any reason why you would want to do this in a constructive manner. I can see a purpose in multiple new lines or hyphens or other punctuation characters though (spacing, ASCII art, etc). Nominally Humane! 12:36 13 Aug
Pee Review[edit source]
We need your PEE! Good day loyal PEEING member. The management was wondering if you had noticed the state of the toilet recently. Content Warning[edit source]
I posted summink in the forum about changing the content warning, (http://en.uncyclopedia.co/wiki/Forum:Content_Warning). Some people say wikia designed the background, someone said you had a hand in it. I think it'd be really beneficial to the site if the message was less stoopid and the background was plainer, are you willing or able to change either? --~Leverage 19:44, November 14, 2012 (UTC)

Are You Still In Existence?[edit source]
Or have you finally become one with the cat gods of our universe? --OliOmniOmbudsman 20:19, November 18, 2012 (UTC)
- I exist, though not so much here. On top of everything else, mw1.19 is astoundingly slow and this computer simply cannot take it. -— Lyrithya ༆ 06:11, November 19, 2012 (UTC)

How do you tell between red link articles and real links? — Nov 22 2012 05:17
- Need to define an a.new style. I suggest you get and use some form of page examiner such as come with chromium and opera - those enable you to right click on a page to inspect its stuffs. Firefox should also have plugins for such things, as well as other useful tools. -— Lyrithya ༆ 17:35, November 22, 2012 (UTC)
- Damnit, I have Safari. — Nov 23 2012 03:45
- Okay, I haven't logged into Uncyclopedia for, like, forever and didn't even know we'd moved until today, but I think I can help you there. Go to "My preferences"»Gadgets»Interface gadgets»Navigation gadgets and check it. Click "Save". You will then see a little popup preview of every link you hover over (even inter-namespace, history, and recent changes!). If it says "/*empty*/" or something like that, it does not exist.
BTW, if you want to know where i've been, I have an addiction to Wikipedia and, well, i'll admit, Runescape --... 19:54, 6 January 2013 (UTC)

Agreed with the forum, the new site does look sexy :). Cheers, --... 19:57, 6 January 2013 (UTC)

questionism[edit source]
The current file limit is 2MB which is too low for a lot of the old site's audio files which I started uploading at some point in the recent past. Could this limit be upped to say 10MB (this is what it was on the old site) or is this something that cannot/will not be done? ~Sir Frosty (Talk to me!) 00:33, 8 January 2013 (UTC)
- There's no need to upload the files manually, and indeed doing so may even cause problems - we're going to import them as soon as we write a new script and there is a small chance running into conflicts could cause it to explode (the russian guy's perl thing that we used for the other ones did what it said on the tin and got only images, and that proved too indecipherable to fix). Small chance. And yeah, I'll up the max in a moment. Looks like nobody ever got around to it. -— Lyrithya ༆ 00:44, 8 January 2013 (UTC)
- But don't delete ones you have reuploaded or that may cause even more problems. >.> -— Lyrithya ༆ 00:45, 8 January 2013 (UTC)

Hey Ly, is my new sig unacceptable?[edit source]
I fear some might not see some of the characters. Therefore it might be rendered for some people, and some not.--ڰโ٣ Ṗ€Áʃeɰɧĩʐʑ ďé Ňөщ Y০гk Ťá|k & ЯерlЧ Ѕтаlк 00:47, 8 January 2013 (UTC)
- I doubt there's anything in the policies or what have you about that, but if you think it might be an issue, you may want to change it. Really my biggest complaint would be that it could make copying your username for things like VFD maintenance harder, but I quit doing that years ago. -— Lyrithya ༆ 01:31, 8 January 2013 (UTC)
- I see. I'm gonna keep it until I get a complaint. Haha.--ڰโ٣ Ṗ€Áʃeɰɧĩʐʑ ďé Ňөщ Y০гk Ťá|k & ЯерlЧ Ѕтаlк 01:42, 8 January 2013 (UTC)
