I was blocked for no reason

What I mean is that I would use the page move feature (or in this case copy/paste) your article into a subpage under your Username (ex. User:Doofus/Your mother). • I believe its been protected for an indefinite period for unregistered accounts, although as far as I'm aware registered users are still able to edit Canada. Small complaint: Merging with Poor People with The Poor

I really believe The Poor stands alone as an article and can't be merged. If it were to be merged, which it was, then the two narratives of each article would conflict terribly. The difference in quality between Hardwick Fundlebuggy's intellectual prose and concept is bitterly cut apart with the sudden inclusion of Poor People This effectively juxtaposes the two merged articles in a far from good way, and I request the two to be unmerged.

What have you done?

I'm really irritated at you, MadMax. What have you done to my "The Legend of Zelda" article? It's a parody of Wikipedia's The Legend of Zelda article. The Legend O'Zelda article was somebody's piss poor attempt at parodying The Legend of Zelda (series) article. Ultimately, it was less funny and I have no idea why you didn't redirect the other page to the one I created. You can't just move entire articles without discussing it with the original author. There was no justification for moving the article and no template asking for the article to be deleted. Thanks a lot. Now I've got to rewrite the entire thing from scratch. From what I can tell from the deletion log, The Legend of Zelda was deleted by User:Zombiebaron a few days ago after its maintenance tag expired. I simply redirected the red link from the Wanted pages to its nearest related article, that being the The Legend O' Zelda. However, there's no need to start from scratch if you find your article's been deleted. The easiest way would be to contact the administrator who originally deleted your article and ask him to restore it. I'll redirect the links back to the original articles as soon as I can. Your article was deleted because someone listed it on QVFD, not because of my own personal opinion. However, while I'm only vaguely familiar with Madeleine McCann which was also similarly deleted, I would assume others have never heard of her not that the article itself is controversial in anyway. I can move the article to your user space if you'd like, however I would suggest in the future you should consider using the {{wikipedia}} and {{construction}} templates when creating short articles. slow down, you're moving too fast

I'm going to dis-merge the Ol' Dirty Bastard article you just merged with another. If you read it, you'll see that they totally don't work together. It was the same thing when you smashed the Evangelion articles together. I was able to work with that one, but for ODB it's just a pain in the ass, so I'm just reverting it. On an unrelated note, some time ago you put an irrelevant category on the Dissociative Identity Disorder article, which was protected, and for a reason. I don't know if you're trying to break the world record for edits on a wiki or something, but I suggest you try to focus more on quality instead of hack-job quantity. --So So 00:04, 27 September 2007 (UTC)

I had merged the two articles because they had been requested by another editor, not based my own personal opinion. Any editor is free to revert my changes or otherwise request I revert the move, however I do try my best when merging articles and I haven't received a complaint from anyone about any of the articles I've merged, specifically while cleaning out the 60+ articles in Category:Articles to be merged a few months ago. As for the category on Dissociative Identity Disorder, I thought it seemed to fit the article. If you have a problem with the category, then feel free to suggest an alternative one on the talk page and I'll be glad to change it.

I personally have no idea of the number of my edits, however my edit count is hardly motivation for editing. If you'll read the notice on the top of my talk page, I generally deal in maintenance and formatting issues which obviously accumulate faster then editors who focus on satire writing. As I've been around since early 2005, I'm guessing these edits would probably pile up however I'm not trying to increase my edit count by making unhelpful edits. If you have an issue with this, you're certainly free to take it up with another administrator to review my recent edits. MadMax 03:54, 27 September 2007 (UTC)

The way you fixed up the ODB article now with the whoops! thing is perfect. Thanks. I'm not against merging articles, and your other merges may have been just beautiful (I don't know, I didn't check) but I am against slamming together two things with totally different styles and tones and leaving the chaos for someone else to sort out or revert. I'll put a notice on {{merge}} asking for a discussion on the article talk page before merging. If no discussion takes place, the tag should be removed after a week. I hope that should resolve the problem.

As for the category on DID, I searched nearly 3,000 categories looking for some bizarre enough category however I only found only three or four which might have worked. I'm not really an ICP fan so I wasn't familiar with the reference when I added it. Again, please feel free to suggest a replacement and I'll be happy to change it. about the May (Pokemon) article

I'm going to make the May (Pokemon) funny and getting it closer to the truth as good as possible. Also, it was my fault that the page got into the CVP because I added some of the repeated images in (as well as some sex and political message). What't the difference?

I'm trying to create a place(s) where I can mess about and save stuff, but would also like to be able to have a link to them on my main page. I guess there is some "domain" type issue going on here... Where is it ok to play (and save stuff) and what is open to the rest of the world (who probably dont want to see it yet (if ever)).

If you want to create a subpage, you need to create a page under your user name (ex. User:MrN9000/sandbox). Otherwise, you're just creating it on mainspace (where regular articles are created, heffed, etc.) Whenever you want to delete a subpage, you can list the page on QVFD or contact your friendly neighborhood Admin. Clive Barker

Good day sir. I created the Clive barker page that had the same level of integrity as the AAAAA! site. (essentially, I created the start of one) at the time of deletion, there were two large paragraps of text that had most the words wrapped with "Clive Barker's Clive Barker's XXX by Clive Barker". Actually, it was User:Mordillo who deleted Clive Barker (see [1]). I did, however, delete Clive barker however this was a copy of Clive Barker. I can restore the article on your userpage (ex. User:JackpotDen/Clive Barker), although if you should probably talk to Mordillo for the specific reason for the article's deletion. MadMax 00:27, 14 December 2007 (UTC)

• Well, I generally try to use the welcome tag for anonymous IPs who, for the most part, make helpful contributions. I'd like to think that it would encourage anonymous users to continue their edits if they felt their contributions were appreciated (and for a few who might eventually consider registering for an account). Admittedly, some of these are probably proxy IP addresses so I could delete them if you think its a waste of time. I do appreciate your talking to me about it beforehand. I suppose I probably should have asked someone first, although I didn't really think it was a particularly important issue to bother someone with. Schrödinger's cat and deleted image

I would like to let you know that the image you tried to add to Schrödinger's cat was deleted shortly after its addition. I don't remember seeing the image prior to its deletion, and no informative edit summary was provided for the deletion (as shown in the deletion log linked above), so I can't comment on why it was deleted.
