A minor point

I noticed that you displayed the welcome message on User talk:Jrsimington and you did it by pasting in the entire welcome code. It happened to be a previous version of the code, there's been a link added, and also, you don't need to cut and paste the whole thing, all you need to do is type {{subst:welcome}} --~~~~ and the current code will be imported into the page, along with your signature so you don't even need to click on the "insert sig" link.

You can just copy that code and paste it onto the talk pages of the people you're identifying as new, and it'll be easier and quicker to do and also will always contain the updated welcome message text.

That's it, just a minor point I thought you'd want to be aware of.

I assumed that you were cutting and pasting the code but I guess I was wrong. I wouldn't have even mentioned it unless getting that new link added took me like, several months and getting banned twice as well as flamed a few times, so I figured that if it's in there and you were going to be using the message you should be at least aware of the updated version so you could make an informed decision about whether to use it or not. I don't want to tell anyone here what to do, and I really intended it as a suggestion.
