I reviewed this, and I saw an article with potential, but that still needed work to really shine. Despite one or two of my points being taken (I'm glad it's not such a wall of text now), I still feel it needs work. Like the others, I think it runs out of steam too quickly, and there's more that can be done with it. About two thirds of my review comments still stand. Comments	Abstain The introduction set it up real nice, and the next section was good, but in my opinion, it fell apart after that, almost as if the author was out of ideas.
