Below are listed specific rules we have put into place for existing users. These users have either been troublesome or are "special cases" and as such, are given specific additional restrictions based on past behavior, tendencies to act disruptively, etc.

The rules here are to be dealt with by Admins only. If you see one of the following users causing trouble in one of the listed manners, please inform an admin ASAP. Do not take it upon yourself to retroactively reverse their edits unless they are blatantly disruptive.

Overview of Problems	Overall consensus states that this user's behavior is highly disruptive. Creation of useless pages, both in mainspace, a variety of other namespaces, and userspace. Borderline vanity, times one thousand. Selective blanking of other peoples' talk page messages when user disapproves of said message, especially on User talk:Cassie.
User Restrictions	User may only create one page per calendar day. This applies to ALL namespaces, INCLUDING userspace. Templates are excluded from this rule, but templates must not be orphaned after 24 hours. Each calendar day begins at 00:00 UTC and ends at 23:59 UTC. All talk pages (minus in Crocotta1's userspace) are exempt from this rule. User may not use talk namespaces in an attempt to circumvent the spirit of the "one page only" sanction. User may only upload three files per calendar day, regardless of file type. User may not upload files onto Wikimedia Commons for the sole purpose of bypassing this rule. User may not hotlink files for the sole purpose of bypassing this rule. User's articles may be ICU-deleted after 72 hours (3 days) instead of the typical 168 hours (7 days), upon the request of any other user. User may not use VFD, QVFD and ICU herself. User may not nominate stuff on VFP. User may still vote on VFP. User's edits on user talk pages will be strictly monitored. User must not delete other peoples' messages. User may only edit from Crocotta1, and not using any other account name or when logged out. One account maximum. User may not directly reply to or interact with JJPMaster in any way. This is a one-way block, meaning that JJPMaster may freely interact with Crocotta1x, but should not expect a reply. Other users' sanctions will not apply when reverting things or tagging stuff that Crocotta1 does that violate these sanctions. Breach of the "one page maximum" or "three files maximum" sanctions will lead to a 7-day block per instance detected, up to a maximum of 182 days. Breach of the "do not delete other peoples' messages" sanction will lead to a x+3n-day block per message deleted, n being the number of messages deleted. x starts at 4, and increases by 5 every time user is blocked for this reason. Breach of the "one account only" sanction will lead to a 4+n-day block per logged action performed using a sockpuppet or IP address. Sockpuppets will be blocked indefinitely on sight. IPs may be softblocked for up to a maximum of 182 days. All blocks should be email and talk-page disabled, owing to a history of a pattern of abuse whilst editing the talk page.

Overview of Problems	In the space of 5 years, Kiko4564 has socked rampantly, vandalised with multiple accounts, logged out to vandalise with his IP only to log back in to revert it, begged consistently and annoyingly for ops on IRC, attention whoring, rather hilariously threatening legal action to try and get out of a ban, threatening other users, hostility towards whoever banned him, revert warring, blaming his erratic behaviour on having aspergers and generally just being a complete dipshit. Kiko4564 has already been permabanned twice for the same shit and has somehow managed to convince us that he's learned his lesson, hence his unblock. Given the circumstances, I feel that an office listing for him is almost essential.
User Restrictions	Nothing specific really, but if he fucks up in any way whatsoever, he better prepare his anus.
Comments	This is his absolute last chance. No ifs, no buts. TigerManCP

Overview of Problems	Since registering, TigerManCP has been incredibly problematic in his approach to editing, which includes: Voting multiple times on one VFH nomination. Creating unproductive VFD nominations. Creating userpages for other users. Persistently creating very short articles and moving them to the mainspace in an unfinished state. Creating numerous articles that are effectively vandalism. Failing to take in the advice given to him by other editors when he's caught doing any of the above. TigerManCP is miraculously not permabanned but is currently serving a 1 month ban for his actions. He's been told not to do the things listed above on multiple occasions but has persisted in doing those things anyway.
User Restrictions	TigerManCP will be banned for 24 hours for every time he repeats any of the actions listed above. If it gets to the point where it's clear that he's not going to change then an admin can issue a permanent ban at their discretion. If he's good for 6 months, these restrictions can be lifted. He can appeal bans via his talk page, email or on IRC but if he's unbanned and he acts up again or he abuses this privilege, his ability to appeal bans will be revoked.

Overview of Problems	Repeated inability to participate properly in wiki discussions. His specific "difficulties" in this area include, but are not limited to: Not understanding the purpose of indentation, e.g., beginning a thread with two indents, indenting too much or too little in respect to the previous poster; Excessive whitespace, i.e., more than one consecutive space found in any one of his comments; Several consecutive edits to fix spelling or formatting errors that could easily have been spotted in a preview, resulting in edit conflicts and frustration for other users.
User Restrictions	Another n00b is miraculously not banned from discussion, but will receive a ban of 24 hours for every violation of proper wiki discussion conduct, particularly those noted above. If he does not violate discussion conduct after a sufficiently long period of time, this restriction will be lifted.

Overview of Problems	A demonstrated inability to contribute to the project in a non-disruptive way, and an unwillingness to listen to the many users that have attempted to correct this pattern of behaviour.
User Restrictions	Gale5050's previous sanctions' details. There's a lot. May 01 2021: Gale5050 will be allowed to do the following: Writing or editing any pages related to the subjects of weather, geography, and roads without additional restrictions, if it is in mainspace. For ambiguous cases, Gale is required to ask an admin (e.g. Cassie). Writing one UnNews article per week unrelated to the above three subjects. Writing one mainspace article per week unrelated to the above three subjects. Editing up to four mainspace, UnNews or other articles not primarily written by Gale5050 per week. If Gale5050 wishes to write additional articles, he is limited to doing so in userspace, and must request a pagemove from Cassie or User:Zombiebaron. These rules are not applicable for edits, not page creations, of ±10 bytes in size difference or less. This is to allow Gale to correct typos. HOWEVER, regardless of rule exemptions, Gale may not edit a page in mainspace & UnNews, excluding pages not primarily written by himself, solely for the purposes of adding templates, categories and the like (especially {{ICU}}, {{fix}}, {{VFHfailed}} and {{construction}}). All of the aforementioned (mainspace & UnNews) articles must contain at least 5,000 bytes, 168 hours after the article's creation. For recently created articles, Gale should wait at least 7 days until the last edit before "adopting" it. Gale may not edit articles below 1,000 bytes without first moving it to userspace following said 7-day period. Gale may not edit articles with more than 33% content written by Shabidoo, regardless of the above conditions. Doing anything in own userpage and subpages Doing anything in own user talk page and subpages Editing User talk:Cassie and subpages (parole officer) Requesting CheckUser, blocks, and anything else not explicitly forbidden on User talk:Cassie. Editing all other user talk pages, but only if it is specifically concerning an article that is at least 51% written by Gale, or a VFH/VFP/VFD related to it that is an unambiguously constructive comment or question. Voting on VFH and VFP, but only for {{For}} votes of 0.5 or 1.0 weight, {{Abstain}} votes, or {{Against}} votes of 0.5 or 1.0 weight. Additional comments are forbidden. For the purposes of VFH and VFP, Gale is limited to a maximum of 2.0 negative notes (Against ones) per two-week period. This means that, for every fourteen-day period, Gale can either perform 4 negative votes of 0.5 weight, or 2 negative vote of 1.0 weight. This is for VFH and VFP combined. Already-featured pictures do not count within this quota. Nominating stuff onto VFH and VFP, but only if the proportion of the article written by Gale5050 is below one quarter (25%). Voting on VFD, but only with votes of either +1.0 or -1.0 weight. Only one comment justifying the vote is allowed per vote. Additionally, Gale may freely add these tags freely to his own articles, without regard to the above delay. Editing anything related to Forum:Count to a billion. Editing all Pee Review forums, but only if the article being reviewed is at least 51% written by Gale. Editing any other forums which include a vote, but only for the purposes of voting (not discussing). Editing templates, but only if used for a page respecting any of the above conditions. Gale5050 must request permission from a parole officer to do the following: Rollbacking vandalism not covered by the above conditions for what he is allowed to revert. Gale5050 is effectively under 0RR with exceptions. Moving any article, minus within the scope of Gale's userspace itself. This does not include articles that Gale is already allowed to edit and that is already in mainspace. For example, moving User:Gale5050/Lorem ipsum to Lorem ipsum requires permission. Moving User:Gale5050/Lorem ipsum to User:Gale5050/Lorem does not require permission. Rolling back anything more than once. Writing anything in the Uncyclopedia: namespace. Editing any templates not covered by the conditions under which Gale is allowed to edit w/o permission. Creating and/or editing pages not explicitly permitted by the above sanctions, after reaching the quota specified above. Creating articles with a final length (168 hours after creation) below 5,000 bytes. Any articles below 5,000 bytes, outside of Gale's userspace or the Template namespace, will be deleted unless permission has been acquired. Creating forums other than the ones permitted, albeit maximum once per calendar month. Pee Review forums do not count towards this quota, but if Gale5050 wishes to have an article written by himself peed on, a request must be made nonetheless. Quoting Wikipedia policy. Quoting own essays (Gale is not forbidden from writing them). Editing user talk pages other than for the purposes permitted. Gale5050 is forbidden from doing the following: Disregarding UN:BITE Editing UN:BP. except for reporting sockpuppets of users that have been already blocked by Gale's parole officer. To request blocks, please ask on User talk:Cassie instead. Inserting {{icu}} and {{construction}} tags prematurely (without following the delays and conditions outlined above). Editing UN:PFP. Editing nominations which have been closed for more than 7 days on UN:VFH and UN:VFP. Displaying support for any political party that has incited insurrection within the last 20 years. Insulting other editors. Requesting forums more than once a month, with the exception of Pee Review forums. Using two dashes in signatures. Archiving or otherwise ending a discussion in which activity has occurred in the same level 2 heading during the last 72 hours. Mentioning Celeste, the user. Emailing users in order to bypass user talk page restrictions. This includes attempting to convince other users to become meatpuppets. Cancelling any parole officers for a length higher than one day. Invoking any retaliation for a given punishment or sanction. Challenging the above sanctions, "suggesting" new sets of sanctions, or otherwise complaining about or denouncing the above sanctions, regardless of the scope of the discussion. This includes "minor" suggestions, including rewordings and spelling modifications. If this rule is violated, sanction length is increased by 2 weeks per instance, and Gale will also be blocked for 2 weeks (regardless of the "sanction punishments" listed below). Gale will be assigned a 24-hour block for ANY violation of these sanctions detected by an administrator, with a 72-hour block for second violations and 168 hours for any further violations of the same offense; if a user chooses to report the offense (at User talk:Cassie), and that is how the violation is brought to the attention of the admins, the initial block will be 48 hours (2 days) long, any second violations will be 144 hours (6 days) long instead, any further violations will be 336 hours (14 days) long. Sanctions may be extended at Cassie and/or User:Zombiebaron's discretion. For less egregious actions, partial blocks may be used, either with or without extensions in sanction duration. These sanctions begin on May 1st, 2021 (00:00 UTC), and remain valid until further notice; currently, this date of invalidation is scheduled to be May 31th, 2021 (23:59 UTC), but this date may be pushed back or moved forward by an admin or a bureaucrat. Following this, a new set of sanctions will be applied; these will either be looser or stricter, depending on Gale's degree of compliance and overall behavior/positive contributions during the course of the "sanction period" these sanctions are applicable. Parole officers reserve the right to modify these sanctions at any time, without the discretion of any other users. For any other details, please contact parole officer.

Overview of Problems	Roza's behavioral issues surfaced when she was first (in breach of policy) given ops during a prolonged lull in site activity several years ago. During her accumulation of power, she bullied community members, extorted users with threats of self-harm, and abused her sysop privileges in numerous other ways. Additionally, many of her actions are classified under general site abuse, because they did not require ops to be committed. Some of these actions even occurred off-site, such as vandalizing the official Uncyclopedia Twitter account (multiple times). Theses actions led to significant disruption in community affairs, leading to a de-op vote, and her forfeiting her ops and leaving the site. She was then banned for her site abuse. Following some time off, and user support, she was granted a conditional return to the site.
User Restrictions	Roza is forbidden from redesigning any templates, or proposing any redesigns; Roza is forbidden from redesigning any site elements or functions (such as the main page, voting pages, DPL, etc.) or proposing any redesigns; Roza is forbidden from obtaining any advanced userrights, with the exception of rollback, through any means. The above conditions will last for two years, beyond the length of her probation. Any violation or attempted circumvention of any condition posted here will result in an immediate ban with a duration of six months. Any violation of site policy (from UN:BAN, or elsewhere) will result in a ban triple the length of time for the violation as listed in UN:BAN, with a maximum duration of six months. This condition applies for five months beginning on 26 March 2019.
Comments	Roza is not trustworthy in the slightest, having abused every and all powers given to her, whether on-site, off-site, or on Discord. Her actions should be scrutinized, and frankly, she should never again be given authority in any form on any project. Assuming she maintains decent activity (to a level determined by Kippy and I), she will be moved to parole in 5 months. Overview of Problems	Apparently a long, long time ago, before the Great Split even, Gomphog was a user who caused a little ruckus here and there. The problems that Gomphog was blocked for include: Being fucking rude Being an arsebiscuit Being a tit Incorrectly removing ICU tags Impersonating an admin General asshatery Ban evasion Gomphog has now returned under the name DefinitelyNotGomphog. Since all of these problems are against the rules anyway, and since so much time has passed, there will be no additional active restrictions placed on DNG. DNG will be watched a little closely just in case, but we all welcome DNG back and look forward to good times ahead.

Overview of Problems	CartoonistHenning received an indefinite block from Dr. Skullthumper in June 2010 after his reaction to comments made in this forum. The general problems included several rule two violations in his interactions with other users, stirring up drama, ignoring several warnings from administrators about his conduct in the forum and deliberately going against Dr. Skullthumper's instruction to chill out. Shortly afterwards CartoonistHenning repeatedly evaded the block and caused further problems for the administrators and resumed his campaign on IRC resulting in a ban there. Recently CartoonistHenning's block has been the subject of debate on UnMeta and he has contacted me and apologised for the actions which got him banned, accepted that they were inappropriate and agreed to abide by an office restriction in order that any repetition of past behaviour is dealt with appropriately.
User Restrictions	CartoonistHenning shall not create any forum topics regarding Wikia or domain ownership without first consulting and gaining the approval of an administrator. He may reply to forum topics on these subjects but his behaviour should be civil and polite at all times. CartoonistHenning will not breach rule two under any circumstances, either on the wiki or in the Uncyclopedia IRC channel. If any administrator deems CartoonistHenning to be in breach of the above restrictions then his indefinite ban will be immediately reinstated. Any other behaviour that is deemed disruptive will also result in the above.
Comments	Cartoonist is a respected contributor on other Uncyclopedias and UnMeta and there is no reason he cannot replicate this here. Overview of Problems	Lollipop has repeatedly been in violation of WP:DIVA, flying into outrage when anybody at all gives the slightest notion that he isn't the lord Jesus Christ. He has also been known to edit war with vandals, encourage them on talk pages, and (unrelated to his placement here) just takes everything way too fucking seriously. I and a group of other admins have tried to discuss this rationally with him, and he's simply gone trying to weasel out of any further disincentive to repeat his offences. Also, I'd like to mention WP:DIVA again, because the guy is pretty full of himself. Despite all of these things, he's shown that he's a decent writer, and good Uncyclopedian, and has an interest in what's best for the site, when he isn't worrying about what's best for himself. Due to this fact, we'd like to keep him around.
User Restrictions	Lollipop will not respond to messages left on his page or on IRC by IPs or known vandals/trolls/etc. He is to ignore such messages or report them, calmly, to an administrator and have them deal with it. As usual he must report all vandals to Ban patrol and/or an administrator after their attempts at vandalism become clear. However, he may only revert each individual vandal up to three times on a single page before he makes a further note on BP, and from there leaves said pages alone (barring something catastrophically horrible). Further violations of WP:DIVA, including any forum or talk page message that goes on at length about leaving the site, is to be dealt with sternly and with a dash of "So leave, already." Mention made in passing (ie. "I'm gonna be gone for a week because I have to get a tooth removed, so I'll record that audio later"), or on his own userpage or talk page (ie. the Vacation template and otherwise) are still okay. He can't be reasoned with, so just ignore him if he tries.

Overview of Problems	Ape, EMC and Dexter have been the source of several problems for the wiki, the problems in question include abuse of IRC operator status, harassment of other users and cyberbullying that links back to the site. The main issue to be addressed here is that of harassment of other users; this must stop, it is time consuming, sets a bad example to others and causes problems for the administrators.
User Restrictions	None of the users listed above shall harass, bully or otherwise behave poorly towards other users of the wiki. This restriction encompasses the Uncyclopedia IRC channel where poor behaviour is equally unacceptable. None of the users listed above shall bring the name of the site into disrepute either through cyberbullying that will reflect poorly on the rest of the userbase or through speaking on behalf of the community without proper discussion or sanction. If future behaviour by any of the above is deemed by an administrator to be in breach of either condition then a ban of no less than one month shall be imposed; any subsequent offences will stack.
Comments	These users have all been given chance after chance to address their behaviour and have proved incapable of doing so, thus far, because of this these restrictions have become an unfortunate necessity. Overview of Problems	It has come to light that Hipster is actually Another n00b (Confession) whilst this technically classes as ban evasion it has been decided that Hipster/Another n00b will not be banned for this. However, both the old and new account have produced problems in the past which need to be fixed if Another n00b would like to stay under this new account. These problems are far and wide, including bad formatting under the old account, dickish behavior under both and a rather bad history of using sockpuppets to appeal bans.
User Restrictions	Restrictions regarding wiki formatting still apply, a list of these restrictions can be found here (24 hour bans that will stack now apply, i.e first offense 24 hours, 2nd offense 48 hours, etc.) Hipster has already been blocked twice for dickish behavior by myself and Romartus for a day and a week respectively. If he does something dickish again and can not explain himself fully, he should be banned for a month or more. He particularly will not act rudely to new users for any reason. Ever. Overview of Problems	Zana has previously had problems with a somewhat schizophrenic approach to editing the wiki, at times being a valuable asset to the site and at others being blunt, pugilistic and rude in her interactions with other users. Recently the less desirable aspect of her personality has resurfaced and she has been on the receiving end of blocks from several administrators. Nobody wants to see Zana leave the site however her inability to function within the community makes it necessary to establish sanctions for the behaviours she seems all too keen to repeat.
User Restrictions	Zana shall not breach rule 2 under any circumstances, this includes reverting administrator edits (except to her own userspace) at any time. If Zana feels that an administrator has made a mistake she should take it up with another administrator and if she must take it up with the specific administrator she will be civil and polite at all times. Overview of Problems	In short, Mr-ex777 has had a long history of being somewhat rude to users and being extremely for lack of a better word, dickish in his conduct with certain other people. In particular towards users that elected to stay on the Wikia site, and quite recently towards Sannse both on and off site. This needs to end. Now. Despite the nature of content posted on Uncyclopedia, Encyclopedia Dramatica, imgur and god only knows what other sites Mr-ex777 is not banned forever because he has done good for this site. He is however undergoing a 2 month ban for his actions.
User Restrictions	He will not be aggressive and dickish towards Sannse or any other Uncyclowikia admin on any site. Ever. Doing so to any degree will result in an infinite ban. No more bitching about Wikia in general on site (I frankly couldn't give a toss about what he says off site as long as it's not at a specific individual.) Creating new drama forums and adding crap to articles about "censorship" earn a 1 week ban for every post. Overview of Problems	Upon a recent return to editting, it has been discovered over a 13 month period from April 2013 to May 2014 MagicBus uploaded no fewer than 28 images to the Wiki that ranged from the questionable to the outright creepy. Thanks in part to the endless inefficiency of Uncyclopedia's administrators these files lay dormant and un-noticed until some 3 years later in April 2017. RAHB, Wageslav and myself found these over 2 dozen images which mainly consisted of up close shots of young children and a few others of useless pornography and shock images. Although this event is ancient history, a special rules entry has been made to ensure a repeat of such uploads does not occur now that MagicBus has returned.
User Restrictions	MagicBus will have all uploads to the Wiki closely monitored by myself, RAHB and Wageslav until further notice. MagicBus will not upload any pictures of people under the age of 18. The possible exception being one where he first seeks administrator approval with clear intent for satirical use. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a ban ranging from the very long to infinite kind. MagicBus will not upload pornography or shock images unless there is clear intent for satirical use. Bans in the range of weeks or months will be applied if he doesn't abide here. Should MagicBus be banned from editing for violating the above, once it expires he will have his rights to use the upload form suspended until the parole period begins.
Comments	I hope this is not needed, as a clear message was sent back in 2013 in the form of a week long ban by RAHB, but after a return to editing I don't want to see this start up again.
