PuppyOnTheRadio has requested that his mainspace content be deleted, citing author request. This is unprecedented to delete features, and unprecedented to ignore author request for deletion of mainspace content of individual pages. So I am calling for a community vote, so that Pup knows it wasn't just the "cabal" making an "autocratic" decision to override his wishes.

Delete the content as requested?

• Against I find it odd that this forum vote was created by Simsilikesims instead of PuppyOnTheRadio. I'm sure if Puppy was making this vote he would have linked to an actual list of the pages we are voting on here. •  Of course not, websites across the world should add Puppies pages onto their site, not delete them. He is a genius, and one of his pages was how I got really intriqued with the possibilities here, and I linked it in all of my early articles. He is my teacher and mentor, and guided me through code and some of the byways and alleyways of uncy just by being there. Puppy, do you know what you can do here, well, at both sites now.   I like him too, but why does he want to have all those articles deleted? Aside from that he asks for us to comply with his request as a favor and a sign of good will, the only reason provided so far seems to be that he's expecting this site to turn into a cesspool (or possibly a slightly less hyperbolic pool) of for-profitness, autocracy and EDness. I have yet to see any indication that this is indeed the direction we're headed in. And Puppy's first action on this site being putting a huge list of articles up for QVFD, clearly he already made the judgement that this wiki is doomed. If a friend asked me something reasonable, I'd comply with the request without further ado, but if a friend demands something that, at the very least, seems based on pretty extraordinary presumptions, I'd tell him "Hey man, aren't you being a bit hasty here?
