Comments	Conditional -- Unencyclopedic; should be an UnBook. Otherwise, quite feature-worthy. I couldn't make a decision on where it belonged when I finished the article, so I left it in the mainspace. I'd be willing to change it. I guess you don't technically have to in order for it to be a HowTo, but it seems more like an instructional book than a HowTo guide. Kinda like UnBooks:Employee Manual.
