• Hello from Germany. Can anyone explain why my work has been deleted? What was wrong? Jamshid Bauerdinedshad - thanks for your answerr in advance. By the way - it is an article that was written in three languages at the same time and it can also be found in German and Norwegian... I assume the only of its kind.   I haven't read the article yet beyond the opening paragraph, but the prose seems to stick together adequately enough to pass for English, plus it benefits from having some semblance of a unifying concept. Belated FFW question

I just noticed Burj Khalifa was burned as part of Forest Fire Week. I'd spent a lot of time on that page, but sadly I'd forgotten to put it on my watchlist. That's why I only noticed just now, when Lyrithya was deleting unused files, that the files that were on that page were unused because of the deletion of the article. You being the original tagger of the article, I'd like to ask you if you would have granted me permission to remove the tag had I asked you when Forest Fire Week was still being held. If you say you would've given permission, I'll consult Lyrithya (as she was the deleting admin) if she's willing to allow it back into mainspace. And you're free to give me permission to put it back in mainspace too, of course. Contest idea?

I have an idea for a contest.One team is all admins the other team is all users and they have to write a couple of articles and the judges (me) decide which one wins,but theres a catch if the admins win they get to keep Uncyclopedia the same,but if the user team wins they get one thing changed on Uncyclopedia,but nothing serious like allowing vandalism or spam.Good Idea No?--UNmarine777 04:52, September 7, 2011 (UTC)

I'm not entirely sure what you're talking about, but I think I just fixed. Also, when you welcome users make sure to subst your welcome template, so that it does not become a target for vandalism.
