“Nukes, gambling, AND vandalism?”

~ You

“All I see are upsidedown T's... black dots... grey Finland... and Germany...”

~ Oscar Wilde
One of the few places that have not been vandalized. You can change that.

Pixelplace is a collaborative project that that has uses place pixels on the canvas. If that sounds familiar, it's because Pixelplace is a ripoff[citation needed] of Reddit's 2017 April Fools joke, "r/place", not to be confused with the other Reddit April Fools joke that also happened in 2017, "We just fired all of our employees! Booyah!" If you don't believe me, Reddit's April Fools joke started on, well, April 1st, dipshit. Pixelplace started on April 4th. Coincidence? Probably not, dipshit. Oh, you don't want me to call you dipshit? Well too bad, troglodyte.

Gameplay[edit | edit source]

Pixelplace revolves around a 2500x2088 flat canvas of the entire world, which, if you didn't know, is not the size of the world. Also, the canvas being flat proves that the developers are true flat-earthers. Users logged in to Pixelplace (which, if you didn't know, requires selling your own soul to... someone...) can place pixels of a 64-colour palette down on the canvas. Why 64? I don't know. Logged-in users can also gamble every day to win coins (which you will only get three coins every day, even though the odds of getting only three coins are only 22%, you WILL get it every darn day, who the fuck made the RNG code? I need their contacts.), and use those coins to nuke their enemies who dare try to vandalize them.

Unlike r/place, users can place pixels whenever they want, instead of Reddit's five minute cooldown per pixel placed.[1] This allows more vandalism, more creations, more everything, really. Think 4chan... but with art. And also weapons of mass destruction.

Nukes[edit | edit source]

There are approximately six different types of nukes, five in-game, and one that you can only get when finding a specific rock on 48°27'41.0"N 123°33'57.7"W, which allows you to visit a hidden bunker, which allows you to nuke any city you want to. Here's a list of 'em:

  • Pixel Missile: Cheap (by pixelplace standards), and weak. Kind of just there for the po'ar.
  • Pixel Bomb: Costs more than Pixel Missile. But bassically the same.
  • Atomic Bomb: Now we're talking!
  • Guild Bomb: When will you be using this?
  • Avatar Bomb: Read above.

Guilds[edit | edit source]

Guilds: They are practically useless, but hey, you're now in a community! The only good guilds are the country ones (e.g. Poland, Scandinavia, and NoWhereLand), or FORT. There are approximately two guilds, those being Türkiye and Everyone Else. Seriously though, Turkiye will kick your ass.

Trends[edit | edit source]

Here's a list of "trends" that are common on Pixelplace:

  • Dotting: Holding "space" and spamming dots everywhere.
  • Blanking: Making everything WHITE!!
  • Voiding: I made this word up. Makes sense though, as it's to make everything BLACK!!
  • Upsidedown T's: ┴
  • Countries: Countries.

Wars[edit | edit source]

As Einsteinium said, "If there are countries with power, they will fuck with each other... I think.", or it was something like that. Every moment or so, a war begins in some continent, like North America, West America, or Arc-ant-arcica. There are two types of war: Player Wars, or Guild Wars. Guild Wars are wars to see which guild wins, while Player Wars are wars to see which person is the most pixelplaciest of them all. Both wars have one victory condition: The one with the most pixels placed in the war area, they win. Recently, the war area has even started to move around, making warsharder to win. Winning these wars make you have the ability to brag for approximately five minutes, before the next war begins.
