Well I suppose the first question would be "don't we have VFS for this?" Well the answer is shut the fuck up yes, but this is a special case. Jack Phoenix is a Janitor Sexy Janitor (yes check the listings, i'm not fucking you) as a Janitor he has administrative access to Uncyc but is bound by Janitor rules and policy. If we voted him sysop, he would be unbound by (some) of these policies on this wiki, allowing him to actively contribute as an admin more, without pissing off the resident admins.

Thought it over, I'd place that on VFS if open it this month. Altough Jack already has the abilities, de-facto, he should get the communities' approval, like the normal everyday user.
