The problem is that every time an interstate has a coherent idea, it falls flat on its face. What makes this the best is that it has no coherent idea. But that just means it isn't ready for a main page feature, and it could be ruined by having one. The fact that it is the best interstate means it will be spared from deletion, along with a few others. I never made a single edit of that article. I wrote my own draft of that article on my userspace to show you what it could look like with a clear concept. You chose to borrow parts of it and add it to your article in mainspace and what you borrowed does not make up 33%. In any case, I said "with the exception of the interstate article" so do what you want with it. You have my blessing. Borrow as much of the content as you like...I am not touching that article again. I have no intention to do anything whatsoever with your other articles including your weather ones. There is no issue here. If you had listened to MrX and conceded it wasn't a good idea to add that template to my article and left things alone...it wouldn't have been necessary to add such a sanction.
