Well, yes, the idea of Uncyclopedia is that it is an uninformative encyclopedia, however not all articles have to be in said encyclopedic format, because it is a direct parody of everything that Wikipedia is and isn't. Take for instance Unbooks or Unpoetia and maybe even Unnews, most articles in these projects aren't necessarily in an encyclopedic format, and that is one of the vehicles of what makes them funny. Some articles on UN:BEST are very far from encyclopedic, and that's not a bad thing, it could be said that's where the "content-free" part comes in.

UnNews is in the format of a real news article, and the UN:BEST types change over time. Mr-ex777 raped by Magic Ponies probably would not have passed now.
