You're right, I should have put Nazis, mass killing and cannibalism first instead of last. I don't believe you for one second. Your against vote here is similar to your strange issues with ambiguously homoerotic images. Strictly political. Have the decency to abstain.--DRStrangesig5.png Sherman.png Fingertalk.png  18:23, 30 March 2009 (UTC)

Sorry but between this stupid page, my talkpage, necro's talk page, Forum:Gay Images and Forum:VFH needs your attention. Again, It's all been said. 4. Weak Against Starts off strong but the last few just drag on and the punchline isn't all that great. Really the article would be better without the final few if you can't make them more unique. I mean, the end of the Religious section is perfect, there really isn't much need to go further except for that great banner after the Nazi section. --Sir DJ ~ Irreverent OZ! 1. What the hell?. A guy gives a fine against vote, and you have to go all fucking ad hominem on him? Dude, that pisses me off almost enough to give you an against vote for that. But I won't. I know I'm new here, but that behavior is retarded. Anyway, this article never made me laugh. It wasn't awful, but it was way too long to hold anyone's interest, especially when the joke is the same thing over and over; conservatism, american stereotypes, etc. It just felt like some guy with a childish anti-American vendetta and a sock puppet. (drama) Djdorama 22:27, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
The article is too lengthy TO HOLD YOUR ATTENTION yet you've formed a solid opinion about its contents. It's another triumph for ADD and another author that's never going to spit out another gem like this ever again. It's just not worth the confused puppy looks from people who want bite size Rice Chex and simpleton jokes. The same thing over and over again? Maybe to someone who breezed through it. You looked at the comments in here, viewed the article with a biased eye and did Uncyclopedia the wondrous favor of trying to kill a good article because a co-author offended your sensibilities on a goddamn talk page. Bravo! --DRStrangesig5.png Sherman.png Fingertalk.png  22:59, 30 March 2009 (UTC)

  1. Symbol neutral vote.svg Abstain.. I can see where it is coming from and where it is going and would have voted 'for' except I didn't like the comments about Necropaxx's vote against. That looks too personal for in here and in this context. --Romartus 20:44, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
I think the real problem is that Necropaxx went to a creation museum and liked it. Seriously though, I have no idea what I'm talking about. IronLung 21:18, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
I'm a fucking conspiracy theorist and known neurotic. I see a for vote delivered to another lame "Obama thinks he's god" joke article (that was tossed together in an afternoon) from an announced conservative and an against vote for my lengthy and heavily researched article that rips on American conservatism from start to finish. Either way, I'm an unhappy asshole. All I know is that you'd have to lay a turd in here to get an against vote from me because I at least respect others sense of humor and ADD to abstain 90% of the time, is it so much to ask in return?--DRStrangesig5.png Sherman.png Fingertalk.png  21:34, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
  • Comment. I don't wanna totally wham on you, but this makes no sense. The whole "lay a turd" thing is dumb. VFH is supposed to show the best articles in all of Uncyclopedia. If you don't think it's good, vote against. Only voting against on the worst of them and Abstaining on the rest isn't a good idea, even if you want to get on everyone's good side or whatever. Djdorama 22:29, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
    • That's because you lack the capacity to "wham" me here. Guess what, You are not the arbiter of all that is funny. At least I have enough sense to recognize that I'm not either and not vote down articles that others enjoy without a good reason.--DRStrangesig5.png Sherman.png Fingertalk.png  23:09, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
  • Hey people! Chill out! No insulting on my nomination! People can vote against if they really want to. No need to make a fuss about it. • If any agruing is to be going on, it must be on MY talkpage, and nowhere else. I also want 3 beautifully rewritten articles from all those who wish to argue during UN:CW. Then, I want an apple pie. Just for myself, though. Serious. Otherwise, I'll report everyone for eating my cuntymints and for being an illegal douche. Understood? And DrStrange, did you get the name from Dr. Strangelove or the Marvel Comics Dr. Strange? I wanna know. --MegaPleb Dexter111344 Complain here 00:24, 31 March 2009 (UTC)
    • Both items were thought of separately. I realized many years after the fact that insisting on "Dr" as part of my DJ name was an homage to Dr Demento. Another project (film) that never got off the ground was called "Johnny Strange". I couldn't go with any name that sounded like Dr Johnny Fever so Dr Strange it was. I do like comics, just not fanatically.--DRStrangesig5.png Sherman.png Fingertalk.png  00:32, 31 March 2009 (UTC)
      • Okay, just needed to know. But I'm serious about the other part of my comment. Tell Djdorama that, too. That should diffuse all drama. --MegaPleb Dexter111344 Complain here 00:35, 31 March 2009 (UTC)
  • HEY GUISE. This here article delves in on the wordy content, rather than images because the whole thing's intended as a frisky 'lil thing called an 'UnBook'. Unless you be liking that Dr. Seuss fellow, you've obviously gone to the wrong article to expect coozy little images to take your mind off the hard, toiling, sweating job that is 'reading words'. Now, bear in mind that, as the co-writer, a British person had to go go on a month of typing like an a merkin. Is the nationality of everyoneeee above this post the same or it is just a coincidence? Decide when you've read the article honestly. Even if you find your eyes constantly drifting towards something else that you obviously have more time for, say like, OHMYGOD personal stuff that you read on the internet. Lighten up, folks! --SoIwastolazytolearnGermanic.jpg-kun "whisper sweet nothings into thine ear..." 13:33, 31 March 2009 (UTC)
    • Goddammit man. Didn't we all just stop the drama shit and suddenly you come in here with this? Just because I say the article's too long you get all defensive and say I have ADD (in Dr Strange's case) or that I must HATE READING OMFG (your case). Also, are you seriously saying we're biased because we are American? Are you seriously saying that? brb getting banned haha Djdorama 21:06, 31 March 2009 (UTC)
      • Okay then - let's assume it really is the length: all VFH articles have to be no longer than 3'10" long and at least more than 5 cubits short. Articles that are wider than a single yard (Queen's measurements) are redundant, but have to exceed the minimun 30 centimetres or it's kaput. All articles are measured by a professional tailor with the "ooh cold" metal part of his measuring tape. I personally like my articles being 5 inches long in flaccid state, but has the willingness to extend to a foot long, like an awesome hot dog addressed with onions. Jesus, I was kidding from the start. It seems humour isn't getting my point across, so I'll come out with it - everyone clearly has their right to vote either way, and either way I have no beef with it. I slightly dispute my co-writer's decision to respond to Necropaxx directly because, well, he put it in the against column and the wall of text that he put in there resembles a huge bouncer, willing to duff up anyone who dares to vote against. I believe the authors should be allowed to defend their article on the VFH page, but they should deter fear of the comment being lost among others, and just post it here in this already-bulging comments box. Personal comments are a biggie. If you don't want to vote on that context, than that's great; your decision. But if Adolf Hitler were to put an oil on canvas that he did in his spare time, y'know not shouting, and decided to put it on display and asked people if it were good enough for the Louvre, I would not respond with "UUHHHH NO, YOU KILLED ALL THOSE JEWS, REMEMBER????". That seems irrelevant, I had nothing to do with it. I wasn't involved in WWII. But as I said, even if a strange elephant is outside your house and you believe the author of this article has something to do with it somewhat, you should still be able to vote whatever which way and you can stick by it. Now, who wants to be expelled from school? I know I do. --SoIwastolazytolearnGermanic.jpg-kun "whisper sweet nothings into thine ear..." 12:55, 1 April 2009 (UTC)

You could've just said "Not featuring a good well-written article because some people find it too long? Only featuring short articles that are really funny but don't have a concept that leaves much to expand on? I'd rather want some variation, thank you." or something like that. As it seems that some people don't take the effort of reading a block of text.
