Hi, I noticed that you've reverted my and someone else's updates to this file, replacing it with an AI image. UN:AI says that human-made alternatives are preferred over AI images. If you're worried about copyright, please know that AI is sometimes trained on copyrighted images and generating an image does not necessarily free one from copyright. As for the look and how it compares to the Uncyclopedia logo, I think the picture of the donut with the bite is a suitable image. @Fish on skates: The top of UN:AI's article specifically describes the policy as an ignorable one. I am free to ignore it as per Uncyclopedia's own rules. The AI image I chose to use, as I have previously stated, is a higher quality image closer to the original Uncyclopedia logo, and also trained on it. The AI disclaimer on the picture has made quite clear that the image should be considered public domain, but may not be - nothing here has broken a single rule. Really really great work on the google article. Can I make a smashing suggestion? I think it would be a TRULY amazing idea to withdraw the vote for highlights for a few days, and we can edit the article so that each time you load the page, a different item shows up in the search bar. It could be a truly great opportunity to have a collaboration with multiple editors to put forward suggestions, it could make it one of hte most successful VFH of the year (definitely in the top 10) and a great chance for collaboration. @Shabidoo: Thanks! It's a great idea, but it's better to naturally edit the page throughout the year, as-and-when, rather than setting out to get something featured. Unfair removals

What are all these unfair removals you speak of? If something like that really is going on, I want to help you. MrX blow me 16:28, 14 February 2026 (UTC)

@MrX: I've basically been fending off continual removals and refusals regarding AI images from Alula and a few others (not AI text) for over a year, with the last removal being a few days ago. I've put some of the details here.
The attitude I've had from Alula and others has basically been 'eww AI nuke it' even when the submissions themselves are decent and no non-ai substitution is better. In some cases Alula has removed things arbitrarily without replacing them, and because they're an Admin I'm told not to interject even though their actions are against Uncyclopedia's own rules concerning AI.

I suggested a Christmas logo and it was immediately rejected by Alula without any consideration purely because it was AI. All I expected was reasonable discussion, instead I got unexpected ridicule.

I had a continual back-and-forth with Donutpedia.png which culminated in DaniPine3 forcibly renaming it to something personal (Noopnurf's Donutpedia) resulting in it basically being buried from the list of Uncyclopedia logos + it was stripped of use from all pages (I had to manually re-add them). I appealed to Alula and got no reply.

A few days ago Alula removed my Breadlogo.png submission from the Bread page because 'it wasn't needed' but I do not trust this, given the level of antagonistic behaviour over any and all of my AI submissions.

I've had instances of images being removed from pages and then immediately being huffed 'because they weren't used'.

These are just some of the problems I've had with some users here concerning AI. I honestly wouldn't have made a fuss about this, but seeing as they want to be like this, I have no other choice.

I only expect 3 things.

1. Reasonable, fair discussions + actions over AI contributions, like you would any other image, not just 'f**k AI' and a removal
2. Good submissions to be left alone
3. Unfairly removed images like Breadlogo.png to be put back

Gergdown, thank you very much for taking the time to put all that together at this forum. Now we have a much clearer picture of the situation. Noopnurf, I’m sorry that you had to deal with all that shit. I know User:DaniPine3 was doing what he thought was best, we just simply need get everyone to stop hitting the panic button just because an image is ai. Anyway also Noopnurf I know you also spent a lot of time detailing everything in Great AI Conflict of the 2020s, but I hope you now see that it was lacking the specific information that I or anyone else would need to go fix a problem. Even the list of ai images doesn’t tell us what articles they were removed from. Please do feel free to reach out to me any time you have any issue or feel you’re being treated unfairly.
