Hmm, I see you've recreated the UnBook in mainspace with the construction tag on it. Remember: it will be deleted if you leave it untouched for another seven days - that's how things work. That's why userspace copies are useful - they don't get deleted unless you ask for them to be, and you can work on them at your leisure until they're finished. You may want to think about that - lots of people keep articles in their userspace until they are finished - saves all sorts of bother! I just came by to thank all you. Because you did something I like to see in this newer generation, and that's appreciating those of us on the wrong side of 50. These days, getting featured isn't as easy as it used to be. Why, back in my day any ol' whippersnapper could throw something together and put it on the front page. Not anymore, not anymore at all. So I am glad to see myself on the front page of the good ol' wiki before I die. I guess its nothing big, but oh well. Anyways, I got to get back to helping Elmo now, so I better get going (he thinks his dresser is trying to kill him again.)

Welcome to UnNews. Apparently you've done something to, for, on, or with UnNews. Here are some links and stuff to help expedite your learning process, and advice for beginning UnNews staff.

HowTo:Tune up an UnNews article has some great information.

Strongly recommended are the following:

1. Pics with captions
2. Links to other Uncyclopedia thingies, like this [[thingie]]
3. Pay attention to suggestions in the UnNews article template
4. Please note that proper formatting of an UnNews articles title has only the first word (after UnNews:) and proper nouns capitalized.
5. Sources, fill in the info {{source|url= |title= |author= |pub= |date=Mmmmm DD, YYYY}}

if I see this "[ ]" ', Mmmmm DD, YYYY

instead of a properly formatted source, I may take it as a sign from the gods to move or delete the article

Hi again IWKY333, it's been a little while since I looked in here. Just popped in to say thanks for taking the time out to do some reviews - it is appreciated, we like to see people helping others out. That said, your reviews do tend to be a little on the short side - have you had a good look at the guidelines? The more feedback you can give on an article (which bits worked, which didn't etc), the more help it is, and I'm sure you'd like to know that the time you've spent doing the review wasn't wasted. Have a look at some of the reviews done by Cajek, or the current RotM, Saberwolf116, to see the kind of thing I mean. Review tips

Hey Iwillkillyou. I noticed that you recently did a review. Did you take a look at UN:PRG? Typically, you can't just have one or two lines of text that says "this article was cool", as that really isn't very helpful. You need analyze the article throughly, and offer suggestions in specific areas, such as in this review. Don't take this the wrong way- I hope that you continue reviewing, I just wish you would be a bit more in-depth. Cheers, and I hope you have fun around the wiki! No, really, all is good. It was because of this in relationship to this which sparked off this in relationship to this. And of course that lead to this which of course inspired this so I wanted to do this but you had already done this which upset me until I saw this and I of course could see that it would end up with something like this so I wasn't as upset about that anymore especially after reading this. The irony of it all is that think that this was actually the inspiration for part of this, and I think the reason why he did this was so you wouldn't spend time doing this instead of this. Does that make it any clearer? Pup

Hi boss, I saw that you had this up for PeeReview and although I'm too lazy to go through a full PeeReview, I'll throw in a coupla comments.

Glenn Denton - the early years.
Maybe if you photoshop the cross into the forehead?

1. I don't know where to go - "Lead singer of Deicide" but there's no link to the band. There is Deicide but it is the act rather than the band in question, although a link there is better than a link no-where.
2. Grammatical (and Grandpatical) issues - Cut and paste into MS word, F7, and make the changes needed. Little picky stuff but there are people like me who are sticklers for this shit and the capital "S" in "He Stormed into Roadrunner" sticks into me.
3. Good skeleton - but who wants to sleep with Kate Moss... okay, let me rephrase that, if you had a choice between sleeping with Kate Moss and Pamela Anderson... okay, forget the analogy. It needs a little more flesh on it's bones. Take stated that only "cowards and loser" choose to kill themselve. Many suicidal people were probaly offended by this. Ignoring the two spelling issues here, there's so much that this little part could be extended. Think about this - a suicidal person is intending to kill themselves; If you offend someone who then goes and kills themselves for unrelated reasons, are you really doing anyone any damage?
4. Who did what when? - try and stay chronologically true. They formed a band named Amon, and then the record company said it was gay, and then they changed it to Deicide. Add the albums in to the timeline as well and a brief comment on them. The "formerly" names I love (not spelled formely) but it could be the "working title prior to release" or "the title upon release in New Zealand so as not to offend the sheep" or something to that effect.

To cut the long story short though, I read it, I enjoyed it, I cringed at the spelling, but more than anything else I want to read more. Not a re-write as such but an extension of what you've got and you'll have a pearler of an article. (Note that Pearler is an idiom meaning that it's good, and is in no way related to Pearl necklaces.)Pup
