- Strong Against. To make a potentially long rant short, this article manages to be inconsistent in its own unfunny and jokeless formula. Take a hint from Colin, who is wiser in the ways of comedy than you are, and read up on some actual satire.

- Against I'd have to agree with most of what TKF said. It felt like a first draft. The breaking-the-4th-wall jokes on the pictures clashed with the story, which itself lost the overwritten, purple prose feeling of those novels for something about the KKK completely devoid of funny. Romance novel may be what you're looking for because it does what I think you're trying to do here. --Sir DJ ~ Irreverent

Comment. Seeing as a good number of people are voting Against, and for the same reasons, could I get this taken down so I can improve/fix things? Seeing as this seems to happen with about half my articles when they initially go up for VFH anyway, I don't think it should be a problem (I hope). - Ah, well, normally I just leave a comment on the nomination page like I have done above and an admin almost always sees it and does what is requested within the first day or so. - I removed my vote relating to the above request. I've actually had an admin tell me that they won't remove an article from VFH until voting is finished before (one of those grey area rules, I guess) so I'd just leave this as is at the moment until it falls away and simply work on a copy in userspace in the interim, because you'll have to wait a couple of weeks before you nom again anyway.
