The constant crap created by IPs isn't worth the rare Feature. Simply to put it this way, IPs can take ten seconds to create an account and write an article. Unlike IPs, they'll be welcomed and linked too HTBFANJS as well as BGBU and the odds are, as they read these guides, their article(s) will be better.

Before you vote against stating it's a wiki and anyone can edit, IPs would still be allowed to edit, just not the ability to create. Wikipedia has the slogan "The Encyclopedia anyone can edit", but IPs can't create articles their there as well. --Æ 23:36, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
