Siddhartha Gautama (born sometime in the 6th century BCE[1]) is an Indian prince and philosopher who founded Buddhism after reaching enlightenment. He is perhaps better known as his alter-ego, Gautama Buddha,[2] an overweight but jolly Chinese man who fights for truth, justice, and General Tso's Chicken.

Early life[edit | edit source]

Siddhartha was the son of King Śuddhodana, the Kshatriya leader of Shakya clan, whose capital was Kapilavastu in the Land of the Hard to Pronounce Names.

Road to enlightenment[edit | edit source]

Siddhartha's first LSD trip.

Footnotes[edit | edit source]

  1. Probably.
  2. Often shortened to just Buddha because people are lazy.
