Alright, via TKF's advice on IRC, I'm putting this into a petition. To clarify, sign if you approve of a total revamp and reformatting of Colonization. I'm taking it upon myself to make any such revamp happen, so don't worry about doing any work just yet. Check the talk page if you forgot what I was talking about.
