At Uncyclopedia, writing articles is not a requirement, but it certainly is a fun and easy way to express your creativity. To write an article, it's recommended that you start it in your userspace (for example, User:SPARTAN-984/Article about stuff) so you can edit it at your leisure. If you decide to create it in the cold world of mainspace, make sure it is in accordance with the policies laid out above, and if you're not done put the "Work-In-Progress" template - {{construction}} - onto it as well.
If you want to write and don't know where to begin, browse our rewrite and idea categories. We have lots of articles just sitting around for someone to improve, so don't be afraid - dive right in!

Vandals, blankers, trolls and whatever evil forces that threaten to destroy this wiki hardly pose any threat at all[edit source]
Your attempt to deal with the situation is very much appreciated. However, the common way to deal with things like this is to mention the vandals/blankers/trolls on Uncyclopedia:Ban Patrol and revert the edits of the vandals/blankers/trolls. Talking to them on their talk page is generally depreciated as it may do more harm than good. (I've had to learn this myself as well.)

how have I alienated your parents? The last edit I made to CtaM was "3223 PALENDROME!!!" (and that was a week before the edit in question) do they have something against palendromes? Or could this be to do with something I said on the second of feb? I appear to have been in a particularly vulgar mindset now that I read it back. I'm just curious, not angry or anything in case it came across like that. Also hi! ~Orian57~
