A few years ago, I got into an argument with some guy who was railing against Uncyc bias on the grounds that there were a ton of anti-Republican articles and relatively few anti-Democrat ones. I replied that, of course there were, the Republicans were in power and the Democrats not so. Once the Democrats returned to power (inevitable in a two party system), there would be a slew of jokes at their expense.
