Fact based bible jokes aren't going to fly well in VFH. I'm sure that half the humor is lost without a certain level of knowledge about the subject that I shouldn't have expected/assumed the average reader to have. It's one thing to read the bible or go to church and it's another to spend many an hour listening to PHD's talk about Hebrew/Greek translations and "biblical metaphysics". I'm not going to alter this one for VFH acceptance because it would ruin the in-jokes for people who do get them. In other words, if you don't like it you may be guilty of having a life. I think it's fucking hilarious as-is and I really don't want to strip out any more boring facts. Thanks for everyone's input! Maybe that's not even the right word to use, since it's not like it's bad writing. It just needs to be funnier. You're right, it's a learning process.
