How To Page

Yeah, that page isn't there to just show the HowTo articles that have been featured on the Main Page, y'know. In fact, it's probably a good thing to feature different HowTo articles on there, to bring a little more attention to them. Hell, the last but one article featured on the HowTo page was up there for absolute ages until me and YTTE came along to work on the page again, and I don't think it was ever properly featured.
