At Uncyclopedia, writing articles is not a requirement, but it certainly is a fun and easy way to express your creativity. To write an article, it's recommended that you start it in your userspace (for example, User:Ferric AlFerrous/Article about stuff) so you can edit it at your leisure. By the way Ferric, thanks for the work you've done so far. It seems you're writing, and patrolling, but even better, you've written a fairly decent pee review as well. Anyways, I encourage you to keep writing and patroling and writing those reviews! And dont forget to vote on the VFH pages. The more users there are helping decide what our feature content is, the more diverse views there will be to help chose the best of the best. Thanks for the support. I'm trying to get more involved in the realm of misinformation doing whatever I can to help out. This is a site that's really fun to do any type of upkeep on. So what about my sandwich now- oh God! oh, oh God oh- *throws up*

Your signature

A couple things:

1. Please read UN:SIG. Once you do that, the rest of these should be fairly redundant, but I may as well point them out just to save some trouble, or something.
2. Your signature is too tall - please make the image a maximum of 15px tall; currently it's 24px tall.
3. To get the template to go on pages as a template instead of putting the contents on the page, use this in your preferences: {{subst:nosubst|User:Ferric AlFerrous/sig1}} (you probably have something like {{subst:User:Ferric AlFerrous/sig1}} in there at present; the nosubst is the important bit).
4. Generally using <math> in a signature is frowned upon - it can have somewhat, shall we say, unexpected results, such as in extreme cases causing the links to just not work. In the case of your signature you should be able to get the same effect fairly easily with a specified font family and <sup> tags, though, so it's not too hard to get around. Feel free to ask me or anyone else who looks like they might know if you need a hand.

Additional to the above, using <sup> is frowned upon as it can also break the height thingy. I'd suggest using these (⁰ ¹ ² ³ ⁴ ⁵ ⁶ ⁷ ⁸ ⁹ ⁺ ⁻ ⁼ ⁽ ⁾ ₀ ₁ ₂ ₃ ₄ ₅ ₆ ₇ ₈ ₉) instead. They have a similar effect for what you're after, less code required, but are technically standard UTF-8 characters, so they are okay to use. Nominally Humane! 04:20 24 Mar
