Sign below a picture you find excellent - new nominations go on top. Unsigned votes will be thrown out, and IP votes carry less weight than votes cast by a registered user, because anonymous IPs are pathetic peons in our eyes. Feel free to add an thumb + description + article. You may nominate and vote for your own images: such is the freedom of Uncyclopedia. Make sure your vote is clear, by using 'For' and 'Against' in bold type. Neutral votes are absolutely unnecessary. If you're only making a comment and not voting, be sure to note that.

Please submit only original pictures to VFP! Images cribbed from elsewhere on the internet will not be featured on the front page, though you are welcome to use them in articles.

For discussion about VFP see Uncyclopedia:Community_Portal/archive2#Here_we_go_again_with_Rainbow_Brite.

When nominating an image, the template Template:VFP should be added to the end of the entry using {{VFP}}. A featured article should have the template Template:ImageFP, using {{ImageFP}}.

Removal/archival of failed/expired candidates, as well as the decision on which have reached failure, must only be performed by the sysops who have nothing better to do than look at pictures all day, so leave it to them.

You can see all the featured images listed here, or on the archived voting page.

Okay, this gets nine "for" votes in one day, and the (funnier, IMO) Bears vs. Unicorns image takes a whole month to get eleven? I don't have a problem with the fact that this probably took two minutes and that probably took two hours, but I should still vote against it just for that reason. Nevertheless, I'm voting for this, purely in the doubtlessly vain hope that it will make someone out there feel ashamed for helping to perpetuate such an obvious, massive injustice. --Johnny C. For. This postmodern reflectionization upon the meta-conceptual identification of art succeeds not only in challenging our preconceptions of artisanship but also in the decontextualized profligation of ironic deconstruction of the very idea of humor. ---Quill.gifRev. But aren't you concerned about the debasement of modern quasi-cultural iconography as expressed within a sterile and dystopian perceptual framework? Oh shit, I just spilled Pinot Noir all over my thesaurus. --Johnny "The Wikinator" Raven 05:02, 2 Jan 2006 (UTC)
Not at all. The modern fragmentation between narratives of reality has served to relativize cultural signifiers to such a degree that "debasement" only effects an additional contruction. By reappropriating meta-iconographic elements, the piece productively reconstrues the creative roots of society, shattering the artificial dualisms of good and not good and mockery and sincerity. Glad to hear about your thesaurus: by liberating yourself from the pre-existing vocalizations of hegemonic discourse you can truly embrace the psuedo-arolect of the postmodern zeitgeist. ---Quill.gifRev. I love explosive dog. I think if they are featured, the probability that they be seen should be split between each of them. But the odds should definately be in favour of explosive dog.

Oh, and in my puny opinion, I think they would work excellently as individual images, I just think certain individuals have difficulty imagining their reactions to having seen one on it's own now that they've seen them presented as a set. Also, this way anybody who goes on the Main Page quite a lot will be rewarded by seeing a few of the Dog Hazard images and forming them into a set in their mind. ALSO also, it'll generally be cool, and quite Uncyclopedic, to have a set of images featured on the main page which most people don't get chance to realise are a set, so each person has a different experiance of very similar images. Yes. Stuff like that. --Sir Carlos the Mean CUN VFP CS CM CUNT (talk) 04:52, 1 Jan 2006 (UTC)

Rumble In Euroipods

The infamous "Rumble in Euroipods" was wrought with ego-related injuries.

FEATURED Yee-haw --—rc (t) 04:18, 29 Dec 2005 (UTC)

I just made this picture, to be added to talk:euroipods. I think it's pretty funny (but I would say that), and it'd be great as a featured image. --Carlos the Mean 04:54, 15 Dec 2005 (UTC)

Yes, it's self-referencing; yes, few people will get it; but it's hilarious, and I'm voting for it anyway. --—rc (t) 05:57, 15 Dec 2005 (UTC) Heh, I just noticed it says "VERUS" instead of "VERSUS" (on the original too). --—rc (t) 07:50, 15 Dec 2005 (UTC)
