At Uncyclopedia, writing articles is not a requirement, but it certainly is a fun and easy way to express your creativity. To write an article, it's recommended that you start it in your userspace (for example, User:Omnifluff/Article about stuff) so you can edit it at your leisure. If you decide to create it in the cold world of mainspace, make sure it is in accordance with the policies laid out above, and if you're not done put the "Work-In-Progress" template - {{construction}} - onto it as well.
If the current colonization doesn't suit your fancy, then browse our rewrite and idea categories. We have lots of articles just sitting around for someone to improve, so don't be afraid - dive right in!
If you need help, ask me on my talk page, ask at the Dump, or ask an administrator on their talk page. Additionally, the Uncyclopedian Adopt-a-Noob program is there to bring experienced editors straight to you. Simply leave a message on an adopter's talkpage to join. Again, welcome! -- MegaPleb • Dexter111344 • Complain here 06:04, January 9, 2011 (UTC)
Reviews[edit source]
Oy, welcome to Pee Review. Not only do you appear to be capable of forming complete sentences (it is astounding how many people who pass through here aren't), but unlike most people, you also heeded the bit about reviewing one yourself when you made your request, so you have my thanks. Even so, please (re)read the Review Guidelines in the future, as your first was somewhat less than in-depth. You may also want to look at what some of the more experienced reviewers do for examples (some keep lists of their pee reviews); I found that to be more useful, myself. Anyhow, hope to see you around in the future. Cheers. ~ 02:14, 10 January 2011
Thanks[edit source]
Hey mate, thanks very much for the critique. In gratitude, have this Boston Cream Pie I picked up from that hobo at the bakery.
Anyways, I liked what you said, although I'm wondering what was it particularly about the pictures that didn't fit? And thanks for review, really helps me out. Hopefully it'll come out better second time around. Also, if you want you can mess around with it too. I feel cooperative assistance makes for better articles --Sir Oliphaunte (განხილვა) 04:53, January 10, 2011 (UTC)
Nice page[edit source]
Hi. I like your mammoth page. Made a couple tweeks I didn't think you'd mind: made the beautiful pic larger and cleaner around the edges (see code differences for how) and made the lead a lead and not a section (it then formats into a story without that pesky section box leading off the page). Good to meet you, enjoy the site! Aleister 3:04 11 1 '11
- Thank you for not minding. I don't like to step on someone's construction tag but I had to see that great pic enlarged for all the world to see. I've put mentions of mammoths in a few of my pages, so I guess I like the critters. Most coding can be studied or copied from pushing the "edit" button on a page, and then looking. Some coding is so far over my head I can't see the bottom of it, PuppyOnTheRadio does a lot of that. Do you surf "Recent changes"? That's a fun thing to do, and it will get you into the bowels of the site by seeing what everyone is doing and sneaking around to read their talk pages and what they play with. I like to look at them when they're in the shower. Lots of stuff to find and work on here, but you have to have a no-limit button on your acceptance level (except we draw the line at wounds and graphic dead bodies, except, for some reason, at the dead bodies of other animals.) I will nom you for Noob of the Month now, hahahahah heeheehee ha hahee huh? And I will have to read the Swift essay on your user page, it looks interesting. Aleister 13:23 11 1 '11

Congrats[edit source]
On both the Noob award and on Woolly Mammoth. I love mammoths, but I think I told you that. I actually have a nice mammoth tooth (not in my mouth, but a real one which I chip things off of sometimes in an attempt to grow a mammoth). Aleister 18:00 2-1-'11
Having recently joined the Grue Army, you are now allowed access to all Grue Army places and files with your level Phi clearance.
Accessible areas:
Grue Army Main Base. Assign yourself to a squadron or two, then begin to carry out the primary orders of your squadron. The list of currently active vandals is at the bottom of the page. Study it, as you may come up against these foes during your tenure here.
Grue Army Peacekeeping Base. Should you assign yourself to Blue Squadron, you must add your name onto the list of Blue Squad members, plus send your training sheet to my talk page.
Grue Army Outpost Beta. Another secondary base specifically assigned to Twin Suns Squadron. If you join their ranks, add the template onto your userpage, add yourself to the list, and be sure to read the job information.
My talk page. If you have any information you wish to find out about the Grue Army, ask me on my talk page, and I will lie make something up give you the answer.
Grue Army Surplus And Treasury. Create an account here, and you'll be able to purchase whatever surplus we currently have. You will gain credits for following your squadrons' primary orders.
Current War Updates. Review this page to determine what your enemies are using, as well as updates of the Un-Wiki War. If you've found new war material for the Uncyclopedian Alliance, add it to the list. If you've found out about a new Wikipedian class of ship/vehicle/troop, add it as well. If you have heard about or seen a new battle, add it.
The Code of War. It explains some basic information about the Grue Army just like this template right here. It may be a bit out of date, but that will be fixed soon.
You are also allowed to add the following templates to your userpage:
This user is a veteran/combatant of the war. |
This user is an Assault Soldier and is pWn1ng n00bs with their quarter gun

UnNews:U.S. sells Hawaii to help balance deficit[edit source]
Well, you went through with it! Not bad, and I'll feature it somewhere on the Front Page. But you ought to read UnNews:Style about how to code the start and end of the story. And don't use {{Construction}}; when you submit a story, it goes into Recent News immediately--If the first draft isn't good when you start it, do it in your userspace, then move it over to UnNews: later. This story is good enough that it doesn't need {{Construction}}. Spıke ¬ 22:21 5-Feb-11
Nomination[edit source]
After a little though and consideration, I decided to nominate UnPoetia:Love Need Not Die for a...um....nomination...yea...
Anyways, hope it takes off and gets to the front page. Good luck --Sir Oliphaunte (განხილვა) 18:59, February 6, 2011 (UTC)
Congratulations[edit source]

QVFD[edit source]
Instead of using the {{QVFD}} template, if you want to list an article for quick deletion, please just list it on QVFD in the future, mon, following the instructions there. The template's deprecated and stuff. ~ 02:26, 7 February 2011
YO! YEAH! JEWS![edit source]
You're great. You're here like, two months and you're already about to have a featured aticle. I'm here for four months and I haven't got anything featured. You're like the best, man. Congrats. --~ 20:49, February 7, 2011 (UTC)
- Where is my featured article, hmn? Gongrats, I dont have featured article. Damn. Cat the Colourful 07:19, February 15, 2011
Pearl Necklace[edit source]
Aye, I've worked on the page since you wrote me, and from your comment on my talk page I couldn't tell if you liked the article or not. As you are the only one to read it, as far as I know, can you clarify a bit? I am hungry for the attention. Thanks. Aleister 14:00 14-2-'11 (14:00 on the 14th, you must be my valentine!)
- p.s. I've nommed the page for feature, and have given myself a pearl necklace in celebration. (2:09 15-2-'11)
Taking some time[edit source]
Taking time off from this. I have a couple things to do. Will be back on in April. -- 02:15, February 15, 2011 (UTC)
- Enjoy your time off. We will miss you, and cry. Have fun! Aleister 2:23 15-2-'11
- Be a dear and actually come back, though, eh? Plenty of folks say they will and never do... don't be like them! Unless you really want to, or something... ah, hells, perhaps I should just stick with what Aleister said. ~ 02:24, 15 February 2011
- It's May. Why aren't you back? --(talk) 01:41, 5 May 2011

Nice to meet you. Also, thanks.[edit source]
Thanks for that review of my UnNews article about the Yetti expedition and whatnot; I appreciated it, even though it's been a week since you've done it and I didn't notice until just now. Even though the time for that to be nominated and featured as admittedly passed, I'm going to revise it a bit per your advice nonentheless. Also, nice to meet you--I don't believe you and I have interacted before now (and that review, obviously), so yeah, hi. —Unführer Guildy Ritter von Guildensternenstein 03:47, February 18, 2011 (UTC)
