No, I don't like jokes related to genitals but that is not the [only] reason for my vote against. It does not need polishing, the prose is brilliant and the jokes well-developed. That's just that some of the important ideas are too far-fetched, such as Orwell's quote and that male pornography only makes it worse. Now, if that so-called Catalonian emperor is so famous that you dedicate a whole section to him, there must be some funnier image where his genitals would be, let's say, less visible.
