Could you please take a look at the Queen Victoria article? User: Frenchfried has really done a job on it, getting rid of my images and twisting the thing up, and not in a good way. May I get back the source code of ICU-expired deleted article?

So regret that article "Princess K-Train" is deleted due to ICU expired.

"Princess K-Train" is still being extended and improved. Moreover, the passage is signed to be rechecked on 2008-03-05 but it has already been deleted on evening 2008-03-04! That's too early to do so!

Do I have chance to get back the source code of ICU-expired deleted article (or insert to my sandbox), and recreate the page after it will have been completely improved?

my article

i am extremely sorry to have to bother you, but would it be possible to like stop one guy from editing my article he keeps making so i have to revert his edits this can be quite annoying his name is 'roadkill' but please don't tell him i said this :D, thanks, even if it isnt possible. the article is thurston, he makes it obscene by editing stuff that say like carrots or something and changes them to dildos, this makes the article not at all funny but mostly just weird. – Preceding unsigned comment added by Drmarsh (talk • contribs)

I have to say I don't see the problem. The edits of his that I've just glanced at [2] and [3] both look pretty harmless, and certainly not grounds for banning him from editing . If you object to the content he is inserting into the article, the first and most sensible step would be to discuss this with him on his talk page to see if you can reach a mutually acceptable solution. He's NXWave, and if you recall, NXWave is completely insane. He drove away AE, spammed Rewrite tags across half the site making a rediculous mess, and caused all sorts of other drama that Mordillo can tell you about in more detail. Read my forum topic about this subject before you get on your high horse and start lecturing me about a site I've been a key member of for over three years. Did you stop to consider that perhaps it was lack of communication and a "this person is inherently evil/mad/stupid so let's exclude them" attitude that might drive people to such measures? How about taking a look at the positive ideas and contribs that this person has made in their various incarnations? Do you remember the "... on Crack!" vandal? He was a far more destructive force, yet once we showed some understanding and a willingness to engage, he became a sane and sensible contributor to the site. I'm sick of this "Throw them in the oubliette" attitude that's prevalent on this site. Understanding and rehabilitation are the key, just like in the criminal justice system; locking someone in a hole just makes a more bitter and hardened criminal. It's time we all started facing up to our responsibilities to prevent drama, so I'm choosing to take a stand. I have no particular affinity for NXWave, I don't care if he comes back and edits again or not, but railroading him when he's done nothing wrong this time is a shameful practice. And if he does abuse this opportunity to come back and vandalise all over the site, he'll be reblocked and the damage undone within minutes. If we want to grow again as a site, first we have to grow as human beings.

It doesn't annoy us. Well Codeine maybe....the site has a vanity policy, which means we don't want articles about the author or their friends, or individuals they want to inform the world about their sexual practices, or general stuff like that. The problem with a lot of school or college sites is that people use them to attack other students or members of staff, which no doubt is hysterically funny for the author, but not for anyone else reading the article. Hmmm. I'd say the problem is at your end rather than on Uncyc.. Check your image editing software, and see if you've missed an option to loop the .gif. I'm not really an expert on image editing, but that seems like the most likely cause. Mordillo deleted my Michael Rosenbaum page as Not funny for sober people - am I allowed to retry under a different tactic or should I just forget about bothering? In addition, if I add the under construction tag to something, does that give me at least 24 hours to make changes to something? I am guessing you called me an idiot because I left myself notes on there, but it was like 2 in the morning and I was falling asleep on the keyboard. [Or maybe you're calling me an idiot because you didn't like my jokes. IDK.]
