...we love you really, Conservapedia...

YOU HAVE WON AT LIFE! You win free tickets to a creation museum with a new exhibit showing how god danced around with a kiddies extra-magic magic kit creating all life on earth as we know it. And a petting zoo. --Sir DJ ~ Irreverent OZ! Noobaward.jpg Wotm.jpg Unbooks mousepad.PNG GUN.png 15:31, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

OH YAY!...
Also, I've been browsing round Conservapedia, vandalising it a bit, ya know... As a normal user you can't upload pictures or move pages. Everything needs to be done my admins, basically... I created an account - "HomosexualPride" - and I was banned with the reason "Unacceptable username - Oh really!". I LOVE Conservapedia!!! You can get blocked forever, just for signing up with a celebrity's name! He he he... - [15:45 26 June] Sir FSt. Don Pleb Yettie (talk) QotF BFF NotM RotM UNPotM UGotM CUN PEE SR UnProvise
I still think the funniest thing on that site was when someone somehow put a picture of two gay women kissing as the "masterpiece of the week". Sweet irony. xD --Sir DJ ~ Irreverent OZ! Noobaward.jpg Wotm.jpg Unbooks mousepad.PNG GUN.png 10:24, 27 June 2008 (UTC)
Oh...oh...oh! They have a userbox over there with the caption "This user does not believe in so called Tolerance when it compromises Truth.". Oh and "Tolerance" is in italics! Oh I love conservapedia, it's given me more laughs than Uncyclopedia does in a day...! - [15:48 26 June] Sir FSt. Don Pleb Yettie (talk) QotF BFF NotM RotM UNPotM UGotM CUN PEE SR UnProvise
And "Truth" has a capital T. People make me sad, sometimes. Then I pet a kitten, and feel better. Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 19:11, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

By the way, what version of Internet explorer is that? Its lack of foxy goodness confuses and angers me. - P.M., WotM, & GUN, Sir Led Balloon Baloon.gif(Tick Tock) (Contribs) 20:13, Jun 26
I dunno, it's my cheap-assed school, who won't buy any of the latest software - despite their bundles of cash... I use Safari at home. - [21:46 26 June] Sir FSt. Don Pleb Yettie (talk) QotF BFF NotM RotM UNPotM UGotM CUN PEE SR UnProvise
firefox is free. - P.M., WotM, & GUN, Sir Led Balloon Baloon.gif(Tick Tock) (Contribs) 01:25, Jun 27
I know, but I can't download anything on the school system. We can't do much, in fact...and half the internet's blocked at school! All the good bits... - [07:54 27 June] Sir FSt. Don Pleb Yettie (talk) QotF BFF NotM RotM UNPotM UGotM CUN PEE SR UnProvise
They blocked everything at our school, in fact they even blocked the default block warning screen. It is sad because that is true. --Sir DJ ~ Irreverent OZ! Noobaward.jpg Wotm.jpg Unbooks mousepad.PNG GUN.png 14:56, 27 June 2008 (UTC)
Pah! Back in my day, we didn't have a connection to "the internets" at school. In fact, we didn't even have the web. Come to think of it, we didn't have school, either. No time for school. Too many chimneys to be swept and coal carts to push. Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 14:53, 27 June 2008 (UTC)
We had one BBC Model B Microcomputer shared between the whole school. We played a game called "Granny's Garden" on it. The blocky, pixellated drawing of a witch from it still haunts my dreams... *shudder* --UU - natter UU Manhole.gif 15:22, Jun 27
Bloody hell, we had that in my old junior school, ahh good times, good times... BonSig.png (Bonner) (Talk) Jun 27, 16:47

Did someone say "Granny's Garden"?!

(balloons fall from ceiling, lights flash, loud music etc)
Congratulations! Simply for mentioning Granny's Garden, you get this complimentary home copy of...you guessed it...a port of Granny's Garden! Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 20:08, 27 June 2008 (UTC)

The thing that initially shocked me about Conservapedia is what they say they will do to people who vandalize:

“Vandalism is punishable up to 10 years in jail...”

You have been blocked indefinitely. The cops will shortly be arriving at your house. Have a nice day. -Sir Hat-a-lot the great, who is feeling: Bored # My contributions|My talkpage|My templates Icons-flag-gb.png 20:36, 30 June 2008 (UTC)

They aren't falling for my trap. Well, the fact they haven't removed it shows something... --MegaPleb Dexter111344 Complain here 00:40, 1 July 2008 (UTC)

Ha! They must not get sarcasm. Not surprising.   Le Cejak <0:47, 01 Jul 2008>

I could not get banned from Conservapedia, I wrote things that should have gotten me banned from other sites, but all that happened was that it got reverted into a pro-Conservative version instead of my funny yet moderate version. Also I argued over the Uncyclopedia article being unfair and the viciously liberal name calling, but all they did was tell me to contribute to more articles like I did in the past. So I got scared and quit. --Lt. Sir Orion Blastar (talk) 04:13, 1 July 2008 (UTC)

I like over there too actually, not only does it have over 100 articles relating to "homosexuality" but their used links turn a slightly proud shade of purple. It also takes itself way too seriously which in some articles is simply hilarious but in some articles it's incredibly chilling and more disturbing than anything else; in their very best articles, though, it manages to be both at the same time. from their featured article: "Some creationists have proposed that the light we see from stars more than 6,000 light years away was not emitted by those stars, but was created 'in transit' by God."   Le Cejak <4:52, 01 Jul 2008>
...and so? He's God. He can do anything, so I hear. He made a young universe appear much older because He could (or, light didn't used to be as fast). Jeez, you'd make a terrible creation scientist. Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 05:10, 1 July 2008 (UTC)

Why are you wasting time with such nonsense? That is like picking on the kid who wears a helmet on the school bus. Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 05:10, 1 July 2008 (UTC)
You must live in a nice, liberal neighborhood. Never had someone threaten to beat you up because you were an atheist, huh?   Le Cejak <5:17, 01 Jul 2008>
I find that just crazy, I've heard that happens alot in America, people beaten up and made jobless 'cos they're atheist and it's just stupid. It's not so bad over here in the UK people as christian as these conservatives are pretty much on the fringes of society, though they're just as politically minded. Have Fun! MuCal. BFF Sir Orian57!Talk!PEE!Read!UnProvise!Awards! 05:33 1 July 2008
What happens a lot in America is that people are beaten up and made jobless just because they are mentally ill. Maybe there are certain parts of America that discriminate against Atheists in that way, but the Civil Rights Act of 1964 even covers Atheists according to the Supreme Court. I've been in many homeless shelters to know that most homeless people are mentally ill like I am, and are discriminated against because of that. It gets so bad that a mentally ill person can hardly take care of themselves or even hold a job due to the abuse they suffer. Since Atheism is not a mental illness or caused by a mental illness, it is kind of hard to say that only atheists are discriminated against in that way. While the ACLU will gladly take an atheist's civil rights case, they almost always reject civil rights cases by mentally ill people like me. To make it even harder, there are groups of people who harass mentally ill people and tell them to do the world a favor and kill themselves as we mentally ill people are a drain on society and the economy. But what do I know, I've been jobless since 2002 and if it wasn't for disability insurance I'd be homeless as well. I worked for Liberal Democrats who treated me like I was something they scraped off the bottom of their shoe, and finally fired me for being mentally ill when they couldn't get me to quit by abusing me so they could save the unemployment benefits. --Lt. Sir Orion Blastar (talk) 19:31, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
Haven't you read Psalms14:1? You're a bad, bad man. It's true because the Bible says so. They're only threatening you because they hate the sin and love the sinner. It's for your own good, to save you from hellfire. It's what Jesus would do. Etc. In short, it's all your fault. You're worse than Hitler. Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 05:40, 1 July 2008 (UTC)
Well to be honest it is only the Christian Fundamentalists who think like that. Christians like me don't think like that. I differ in saying that an atheist can be a good person and a good American as well. But then I'm mentally ill, and hardly anyone gives me credit or takes me seriously anyway. --Lt. Sir Orion Blastar (talk) 19:34, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
Hug? Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 21:21, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
Sure if you don't mind a mentally ill person hugging you. I'm more like Michael David Crawford a person with schizoaffective disorder who thinks that the thought police are out to get me, and it happens in the USA and Canada that many homeless people are mentally ill and thus go homeless. He wrote Living with schizoaffective disorder to explain it more. --Lt. Sir Orion Blastar (talk) 00:11, 6 July 2008 (UTC)

Most people are good by nature, even if we disagree on things or have different beliefs or follow different politics or live in a different country. Sometimes we make mistakes and even harm people in some way without realizing it. Everyone I talk to here is good in my book. Sometimes laughter is the best medicine. I hope that someday we can get along enough to solve world problems instead of just blaming each other. --Lt. Sir Orion Blastar (talk) 03:05, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
