You destroy the whole page at PLS. Stop it. Also the PLS is close. You can't put your article there. --~ Mimo.gifMimomaxus.gifMaxus.gif 16:16, February 1, 2011 (UTC)

Sorry[edit source]

I'm new. It was my first day. Please forgive me for destroying it. – Preceding unsigned comment added by Holden Caulfeild (talk • contribs)

Eh, no worries; everyone makes mistakes. Also, perhaps a little late, but still...

Welcome![edit source]

Hello, Holden Caulfeild, and welcome to Uncyclopedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If not, the door's right over there... no, a little more to your left... yeah. Anyway, here are a few good links for people like you:

If you read anything at all, make it the above three links. If you want to find out more about Uncyclopedia or need more help with something, try these:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being an Uncyclopedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~) or use the "sign" button (Button sig.png) above the edit box. This will automatically produce your name and the date.

At Uncyclopedia, writing articles is not a requirement, but it certainly is a fun and easy way to express your creativity. To write an article, it's recommended that you start it in your userspace (for example, User:Holden Caulfeild/Article about stuff) so you can edit it at your leisure. If you decide to create it in the cold world of mainspace, make sure it is in accordance with the policies laid out above, and if you're not done put the "Work-In-Progress" template - {{construction}} - onto it as well.

If the current colonization doesn't suit your fancy, then browse our rewrite and idea categories. We have lots of articles just sitting around for someone to improve, so don't be afraid - dive right in!

If you need help, ask me on my talk page, ask at the Dump, or ask an administrator on their talk page. Additionally, the Uncyclopedian Adopt-a-Noob program is there to bring experienced editors straight to you. Simply leave a message on an adopter's talkpage to join. Again, welcome!  1234 ~ 16px-Pointy.png 03:05, 15 February 2011

Behe's black box and whatnot[edit source]

You've figured out how to put in a review request just fine, but in the future if you get the name wrong, instead of creating a new request, just move (rename) the page to fit the proper name. That way you don't wind up with two requests sitting in the queue.

Mind, at this point, it's a little premature for a review, anyhow; there's just not enough there for a reviewer to really say much. Once you have a more complete article, then you'll probably want resubmit it for a review and you'll probably be able to get some more useful feedback on what it still needs and whatnot. Meantime, I can tell you this much - what you have so far appears to be completely random. What is your subject, your premise? Lay that out, explain what's going on, try to be funny (randomness may or may not suffice to that end, but either way it does need to be coherent), and turn it into an article; this is an encyclopedia, after all. Sort of. The links above should help, and you may also want to take a look at some other successful articles for examples of what works and what to do. Or just for some good reads, for that matter.

Oh, and the PEEING membership requests, that's for folks who do reviews - which you are more than welcome to do as well, but be sure to read the guidelines, and it will probably also help to look at some examples of other reviews (some of these people keep lists of ones they've done), first.

I know, I'm dumping a whole lot of information on you all at once - apologies; I know it might seem daunting, but... er... don't worry too much about if it is; we all started somewhere. Hopefully this will help, though, and good luck 'round these parts. If you have any questions, feel free to come ask me on my talk page. 1234 ~ 16px-Pointy.png 03:37, 15 February 2011

Hey[edit source]

Also use 4 tilde's (~), I've found sevenfold pages saying —The preceding unsigned comment was added by <assorted names here> (talk • contribs) Gen. Fudgem0bile Buy cats. Light them on fire. 03:48, February 15, 2011 (UTC)

For the Love of God[edit source]

Please stop editing this. Calling Liberals "Pinkos" is not only not at all funny, but clashes with the tone of the rest of the article. That same goes will all of your other edits. (Far Right people are not "fascists," for instance, seeing as fascism was a very specific political movement that has a much more to it than people who supported the war in Iraq or voted for George W. Bush.) Two other users have also reverted your edits, so I'm not alone in saying this. Oh, plus I wrote the article in question, so yeah.

Also, it's Holden CaufIEld, God damn it, not "Holden Caufeild". —Unführer Guildy Ritter von Guildensternenstein 00:49, March 28, 2011 (UTC)

Somehow you managed to violate all 3 of our 2 + 1/2 rules. For that, you've earned nothing less than a Limp Bizkit ban message. --Littleboyonly.jpg TKFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFUJewriken.GIFCK Oldmanonly.jpg 22:14, May 22, 2011 (UTC)
